My pediatric dental office ordered yellow isolation gowns TEN MONTHS ago. They were backordered and there was no communication about estimated arrival time and no communication from this company whatsoever since that order. Several boxes arrived yesterday, and we called to return them. Obviously I am not going to wait TEN MONTHS for an order. The manager said we had to pay the shipping of $100 to send them back, was very rude and not willing to listen to reason. This is unbelievably poor customer service. If an order is delayed TEN MONTHS, perhaps it would be wise to call the customer and ask if they still need the product before shipping it. A phone call, email, text...something would have been appreciated. Unbelievable!!
