Both Gentleman were very helpful and nice. Pleasant conversation and offered full knowledge of products and what would work best for our needs.

Ordered everyday materials on line because of the covid-19 issue. Materials not in stock, has to ship in from another store and Will not give us a partial order because of their inventory program. This makes no sense at all. What happened to good old customer service.

Very helpful and professional staff.After running into issues with a tricky hardwood floor we reached out to Jon-Don for suggestions.Even though we didnt buy anything from the store they were more than willing spend the time to answer all my questions, share their knowledge, make suggests for products/equipment some of which they dont stock, and direct us to other businesses in town that could help us out.We will definitely come back to do more business with Jon-Don.

We took our equipment in for tune-up and it took them 4 days to even look at it . Then when they finally did it always some major thing wrong with it which it only two years old. then we say never mind will pick up they still have not put back together. so meanwhile we have lost money on jobs going on two weeks still has not called after we have called so we can come get. It ridiculous I will never bring back and never buy equipment from them either.I warned about this, but we gave them a try .

They are always super helpful and have a nice selection of equipment and products to choose from.
