I have a bit of a mixed review, but maybe I am just misinformed. I love the decor, the choices of flower, and the bud tenders are all very sweet and personable. I originally shopped at JaynePDX because I wanted to support a woman-owned business, but I have never seen a single woman in charge so far. When I asked the bud tenders about management, they directed me to an older white man with a beard. The few times I have seen him in shop, he is running around customers without a mask, despite the mask mandate. I really want to love and support this business, but it almost seems like false advertising at this point. I also don’t want to support a business that does not take the health and safety of others into consideration, especially because my son is immuno-compromised. I simply can’t take the risk, perhaps if the health department comes by to enforce the rules I will return.

Horrible Management, one of the bosses runs around with a mask on in front of customers. It’s not even Woman Owned? But claims to be? Poor quality flower for $$$. Wish they were kinder to their employees too. Never give your money to this horrible place!!!

This is A WOMEN OWNED COMPANY and multiple investors who are women. The manager of the shop is male. yes. but does that mean you put a 1 star review. grow up and start acting like functioning adults before you get thrown in a nursing home. This could be ruining a whole company and people lives within the company by misinformation. dont be dumb read sometimes. go in and have a opinion.

I was very impressed by the quality of service and flower. Flower is kept in glass and selected/weighed by your bud tender so it’s as fresh and frosty as it could possibly be. Always a good deal here if you’re low on cash too. I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in Portland.

Jayne is a very cozy, clean and classy. The budtender we got was a great help, and was very friendly. The asthetic is what did it for me. The front has a nice sitting area, and the store itself has lots of cool gifts and products. Only downside is the prices, everything was a bit spendy, but definitely still worth going in and checking it out if you are on a budget!

Went in and had the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Outside of dispensary’s as well genuine people in there. Crazy knowledge especially since I have anxiety so sativas have been a no but, I was told about cbd tree and a whole bunch of other super helpful info. Forgot the bud tenders name but it’s an older dude with curly hair and glasses. Last name starts with an M. 10/10 making the drive from Vancouver

Jayne is one of those places you just feel good pulling up to, and the feeling simply builds as you go inside. Passionate and well informed budtenders, a well curated selection of cannabis, and anything else you might need to complete your cannabis experience. The cherry on top is their emphasis on giving back and connecting to the community, I cant recommend this dispensary enough!

Classy Atmosphere. Awesome merchandise. Bud Tenders who know the value of strain and how each treats pain. Its a shop worth visiting more than once. If youre a patient they speak your language. If youre trying it for recreational, youve come to a nice place. Cannabis curious folk can find helpful hints awaiting them. Bud Tenders have answers for all your questions.Its a local shop that gives back to the community. It has ample parking. Its easy to enter parking lot if going South on MLK but challenging if going North. Prices seem average to better as specials seem to make trying something new more doable.

Amazing store! You buy by the gram! Which means you can really get any amount you want. $5 tasters? Yes! I love trying out new strains and different flavors but couldnt really afford to do many because of the pricing. Well now I have a new fun thing to do on weekends. Get a bunch of tasters and try them all! Sorry in advance for being that guy but also that k you for being cool and doing it.

Used to love this place spent a ton of money in here. ID expired on my bday in ‘21 a couple months ago. They would not let me buy despite the fact that I am allowed to fly on a plane for an entire year with an expired ID, and despite the fact that I was a loyal customer. I am from another state and have been waiting for my ID renewal to be sent to me. No other dispensary has limited me (even the ones who didn’t know me before hand) because of the new ID guidelines through COVID that many ppl are following. I understand that maybe these guidelines are up to the owners or managers but it felt as if the person just liked turning me away despite the fact that I was a regular for months beforehand

Comfortable, easy, knowledgeable and fair prices. I was visiting from out of town and came to this location several times. Every time I just walked in, told them briefly what ailed me and what I needed to do or how I needed to function & they hooked it up spot on every time. Better than a pharmacist!!

The store was very clean and professional. They had a lot of cool product for sale in the lobby as well. The lady at the counter was helpful and friendly. The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because I feel like she could have been a little more interactive in helping me find something I liked. I was new to the area and was a first time customer. I was hoping she would have shown me a little more variety and been a little more interactive with me. But it was all in all a great experience, and would recommend to anyone passing through the area. She said they always have one strain thats on the daily special, which is what I ended up ordering.

This establishment does not treat its employees with fairness. The owners are very inconsiderate of their staff especially when in need. I personally know of a staff member that was fired after calling in sick which they don’t do often. Not only are these employees not receiving hazard pay for putting themselves in harms way of covid during this difficult time, but they went out of their way to fire someone during a time of hardship. There are better ways to handle things and they did not care enough to handle it with finesse or compassion. I’m disappointed by the things that I hear going on with how the employees are treated because this wasn’t the first time I’ve heard of it. I have many friends in the industry and it’s disgraceful that they’re discarded like that when they’ve put so much time and effort into adding quality to YOUR establishment. Do better!

Why have an online menu if its not accurate or updated in a whileeee as the budtender said. Smh

Jaynes is my favorite dispensary in Portland because they maintain a clean and professional environment, but are friendly as well. Some places feel sterile/ medical, some feel like the staff are too stoned to help you; Jayne is the perfect blend. They’ve also been extremely helpful in finding the right product without using pushy sales tactics. A+

A very warm and inviting atmosphere with a friendly and helpful staff. You just tell them what youre looking for and theyll get you something perfect. The prices were surprisingly low. Going anywhere else after this is disappointing.

Friendly knowledgeable staff I got the Ice Queen highly recommend its amazing has a slight train wreck taste ❤ and the Guava also pretty tasty. I havent been to a dispensary yet that had such friendly staff in Oregon reminded me of Queen of Dragons back in Nor Cali.

Best dispensary! Warm, inviting feminine decor. Great prices. Also carry candles and sensual oil!! They also hold community events. Worth the drive as it feels like an experience rather than just another dispensary.

I love the layout of this place. Their menus give it a touch of class. I enjoy all the staff I’ve met there; they’re all very helpful and kind. It’s a tad more expensive than some of the other dispensaries, but they always have good sales going on that make it more affordable for a senior on a fixed income income.

This is a great dispensary. Always fresh, potent products. Whomever handles the flower selection has excellent taste. May be the best dispensary in Portland.. WORTH THE TRIP! :)

Best one in town. Nice space and staff. Im not well-versed in cannabis products but was put to ease. Ive been to few other competitors and have made videos for some of them but as a consumer, Jayne is my first choice. My only complaint is - get a better bike rack system! They have a generous parking lot but the bike rack is a lightweight that isnt even bolted to the ground. I dont have a kickstand on my bike and could not keep it upright.

Over the last few years I’ve checked out quite a few dispensaries and Jayne is hands down my favorite so far. Great product, great prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff all around, and best of all is their rewards program which actually gives you discounts on green. I’ve seen other rewards programs at other places where you can get merch, but to be able to save money on actual marijuana is wonderful. Nothing bad to say at all!

I was looking for a dispensary near me while visiting Portland, and found Jayne. Might be one of my favorite dispensaries I’ve visited to date. Feels extremely high end but prices are on par with other Portland dispensaries I visited. It’s beautifully decorated and budtenders were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

They have a beautiful space, good parking and pretty knowledgeable staff. They used to offer some great deals (up to 50% discounts) too but I havent seen those in over a year.Unfortunately, since their markup of about 18 to 20%, I simply cannot justify going often when I can buy the same edibles, CBD flower and items that I get there at a spot thats not nearly as cute but kinder to my wallet.

I came in and Ryan was extremely friendly, helped me find great flower not to mention he hooked me up only having 15 bucks. Ryan is very customer oriented, leaves you feeling welcome, and he is extremely relatable. I will most definitely be returning thanks to the amazing service from Ryan.

First time here and came by on a Monday night 3-11-19 about an hour before closing. Small parking lot that I imagine could get full quickly in front, but there was only one car, so parking was easy. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and the vibe just felt easy and friendly. I’m not an especially knowledgeable connoisseur, so I usually like to rely on my budtenders to steer me in the right direction and the woman that assisted me took my descriptive words of what I was looking for and came up with a couple of selections. My sense is that she knew what she was doing and that I should take her advice. I did and she delivered in spades! She really took my descriptive words and gave me exactly what I was looking for! She also gave me, in her words, the “born in the 50’s discount,” so that was a nice little extra and much better than a “senior discount” haha. I was in and out in just a few minutes even though the vibe was very relaxed and I never felt rushed. This may just well be my favorite dispensary here in Portland that I’ve encountered so far. Thankfully, it’s not too far from my house, so this may be the last one I check out and will probably become my regular spot. If this visit was indicative of how this place is run, then I definitely recommend it!

They had a large selection of every variety. I will be going back to Jaynes. We also are big fans of Jaynes community involvement. Each month a local charity benefits from sales of select products, theyre present at our local farmers market, and always hosting fun events. We are very happy with Jayne!!

Used to be one of my fave places for flower. I spend the money for top shelf....so burnt out on the 3-4 gr out of every half being these half stem smaller than a pea pieces.

My friend and I came from out of town and are very new to the land of legal cannabis. The first shop we went to seemed sketchy and made us anxious. Jayne was the complete opposite of that experience. Beautiful displays, and very friendly staff greeted us.The sales associate was SO helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable asking questions without looking stupid. Even my friend who has SEVERE social anxiety in situations like this felt comfortable about asking questions about products. If you are buying legal cannabis products for the first time, go to Jayne!

Just moved to Portland as a previously med patient in IL. The staff here was amazing at willing me adapt my medication schedule to their products so I could stay within my usual mg doses at the lowest cost. I cannot say enough good about everyone here. Be sure to hit ge candy bowl on the way out too!

My go to shop for consistently good flower and concentrate. Great deals on CBD strains. Love their costumer loyalty program and helpful customer service. Often I’ll come in for a quick pickup (order ahead of time for hassle free pick up)but stay to check out what’s new. One day, they even offered free chair massage with Allay CBD massage lotion. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great medicine at reasonable prices.

I really enjoyed my experience at Jayne. The budtenders were knowledgeable and helpful, and they stock Green Source Gardens flower which is something I always look for but have a hard time finding. I also like that they have a rewards program you can sign up for to get discounts and coupons.

Awesome dispensary. Knowledgable and friendly budtenders. They offer a variety of free classes and even a Stoned Yoga class that is free. There Quality is always Top Shelf and yes that means you get what you pay for( So it is not going to be cheap, but it shouldnt break the bank either.)

So, I’m not much of a Cannabis person - but had someone recommend I try some CBD topicals for muscle issues I’m having. Found Jayne through some friends and all in all - I’m now way more educated, way more confident in what I’m doing, and so far, have had a great response.I walked in probably looking like a deer in the headlights - the girls working there couldn’t have cared less - too wrapped up in their own worlds to be bothered by a customer. I almost ran away. Luckily the super tall dude (sorry - can’t remember his name) took me under his wing and walked me through what was available and things to try.Seriously - if you’re new to this world, or want to learn more - go find the super tall dude at Jayne!

Jayne is my local dispensary (Literally a 2-3 minute walk from my house.) and I have been going to them for all my cannabis needs since they opened back in November of 2015. So Im not a smoker (I actually hate the feeling of being high), but even as an outsider, I loved this place! I went in looking for some CBD gummies on the recommendation of a friend for my back pain and found the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful! They didnt make me feel silly for not knowing much or for asking for something that wouldnt get me high.The space itself is lovely- it feels more like an upscale boutique than many of the upscale boutiques Ive been to and the free parking is a huge win!
