Clean Kratom is the only respectable company that I have found in the last ten years. I first learned about kratom when I travelled to Thailand two years after I had a near death experience in a car accident. While traveling, I learned of a plant used for helping aid in depression and pain. I found a shop in Hawaii when I returned and it was great for a few years before I become exceedingly ill from the product. When I tried looking for kratom again, I heard about Clean Kratom from a friend who had used them while traveling, the owner faith, was very understanding of my situation even when dealing with a family death . She explained to me the serious issues related to the kratom I was buying, offered to pay for it to be tested, and the harm in buying from companies not under government oversight. To my amazement, she explained how they were the first company to open dialogue with our local department of agriculture . Its unheard of what this young lady and her team has accomplished. There have been days Ive come into the store and limited types available because the companies staff would rather not have items on shelf than to cut corners and sell harmful product. It comes in waves. I have tried other shops too, and I have either been upset about the quality or I have become itchy with rash. They third party test all kratom they sell, and they also test third party vendors . I am very grateful for this company and the quality of life they have given back to me.

First time visitor to the Portland store yesterday. The gentleman on site was Brandon. Since I was unfamiliar with the product, Brandon took the time to explain everything, in detail, and answered all my questions without haste. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, courteous and personable. Nothing disingenuous with Brandon. The parent company are fortunate to have him as representing who they are and their core values. The store is clean and bright, well organized.I was curious about the volley of rigorous testing they apply, and he showed me those detailed pages with lab certified test data. I left confident of the integrity of the product I purchased. I’m hoping they succeed with their business here, because they are going the extra mile to ensure product safety. And their front person is professional — not a clerk watching the clock to rush off shift.That said, it provides a significant measure of legitimacy for Kratom. Like any herbal medicine / supplement, it’s up to the consumer to be responsible and apply some prudent common sense with use. My impression of the product quality is it is superb. Well worth the price, and you can rest assured what you’re purchasing is indeed “clean.”

My wife and I went in a few weeks ago and purchased $100 or so in 2 different strains of Kratom. We have had Kratom from other places and did enjoy it. But the Kratom here is 1000% cleaner and more potent. This is by far the best Kratom I have ever ingested. I first heard of this place from an article in Wired magazine. After reading that article we went in right away and were not disappointed. After we emptied both containers we returned and purchased even more. The fermented green powder is amazing. And I truly mean that. I have had 3 spine surgeries and use Kratom on the reg to help with pain and overall mood enhancement. As long as Clean Kratom is open for business we will keep returning to get more. Thank you for bringing this amazing product to our city. Seriously, thank you.

Ill leave a 3 star review because I like the shop and I think they have the best kratom in town. That being said, I got there today at 1:20, they had a sign that said back at 1:45. I waited a bit, got some coffee, then got back at 2:00 to see no one was there still. I went somewhere else. I like this business. Ive never left a review of anything, ever. But I feel like if this business is mismanaged it wont be successful. There are other places that are always staffed at the hours they say they will be, less than a few minutes away.

I have been to both stores in Lakewood Colorado and in Portland. You guys continue to amaze me with how top notch your customer service is. Everyone I have met on the staff knows how to provide the best customer service and their knowledge of the product is above and beyond any other Kratom store I have been to!!! Place is cool and the kratom seems fairly good quality but the prices are downright crazy. Kilo prices for less than a quarter ki. 4x internet prices for midgrade kratom. Supposedly its lab tested in Oregon for bad chems and stuff so maybe theres some value there if youre a stickler for that sort of thing but honestly the prices need to at least drop in half to be anything close to worth it.

Not only does Clean Kratom have high quality kratom they are reasonably priced as well. Their customer service is AMAZING! I have never had a negative experience with any of their staff.
