Terrible experience. Waited a while in front with no human contact before being let in. Two employees working. Manager was a cool guy but the employee who I was speaking with was extremely rude. He told me the strain I was eyeing wasn’t that great. So I thanked him forBeing honest about that and chose not to get that particular strain. He got mad and stormed off refusing to serve me and claiming he didn’t get paid enough for this. My friend and the manager witnessed the entire ordeal. The cool manager apologized profusely but I still refused to spend money in an establishment where I was treated so poorly. I was a customer looking to buy while visiting Portland. I do not recommend this dispensary as you could experience what I did. I’m glad the manager saw it and apologized, however he felt comfortable enough acting that way to a customer in front of a manager. No bueno.

Good place. I’ve visited the airport location several times, and was always treated well. This was my first time to this location. I was drawn in by some crazy good prices on carts. I ordered online. When I came to pick up I was greeted and helped right away. There seemed to be a small amount of confusion and the tender had to triple check my order, but all was well. I appreciate taking extra time to make sure my order was filled correctly.

I like the convenience of Chalice Farms as I live near by. The staff is always nice and knowledgeable for the most part. They have a great selection.They often have sales on different brands all over the shop and have an awesome system that racks up points each time you shop with them. The points are redeemable for things ranging from lighters & t shirts to dab rigs and other cool stuff.

Everybody at the store makes me feel like Ive walked into the door and then being received by family. Ive never had a negative experience quite the opposite of come in feeling very upset and been uplifted and treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. Not only do they know their business about buds they have a real Sense on how to care for their customers. Ive even seen them deal with upset and rather verbally abusive customers with Grace. All of which makes this my favorite store to go to whether its a dispensary or a grocery store or a gas station its top-notch customer service

My names Chuck and Ive been enjoying cannabis for 21 years, have grown, and also had my medical card in California before moving to Oregon and after going to multiple establishments Chalice downtown has never left me unsatisfied. Customer service is a huge deal to me and excellent prices as well, hence why I tell everyone I know to go there to buy their numerous products and to feel welcome and appreciated. I love this spot. The product is always in point and they usually keep a good inventory to make sure things are in stock. Why really sets this place aside is how nice everyone is that works there. Being my first time coming to this dispensary, I went in on a stricter than usual budget to make my upcoming work week at least somewhat manageable, and I had an awesome experience! Great location with a wide selection of strains. the Budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable and the genetics for each strain are labeled on the jars. My guys Chandler, Josh and Bo always hook me up with some super quality flower for some great prices. If you can catch them while they have their weekly deals going on this place is definitely some of the best bang for your buck in the whole city, and thats saying something for Portland.

I really wanted to like Chalice farms decided to try it out since I’m constantly seeing nothing but good things about this place we’ll here’s the reality of it yes they have a decent product selection but it’s outrageously overpriced. If you have extra cash and don’t mind paying more than you should than this is the place for you !

Good weed but lately its been stemmy. I feel their recreational prices are higher than other dispensaries. Its easy enough to get there on MAX. Now located in a sketchy part of downtown.

0 stars if possible. Purchased a number of products, only to find out after I got home that several edibles were both melted and past their expiration date (and over a year old). I went back to see if I could exchange the item for the exact product that wasn’t defective and expired but was told by an exceptionally rude manager that he couldn’t do anything about it by law. OK fine, but then maybe don’t charge patrons full price for old and melted products.Save your money and go to another store that checks their inventory and doesn’t cheat their customers (and hide behind a law to justify not doing anything about it).Update after hearing back from the Oregon Liquor Control Commission Recreational Marijuana Program:“It is incorrect that retailers may not accept returns, retailers are able to accept returns from consumers and offer refunds/exchanges. Items once returned to a retail location may not be resold”. Chalice Farms’ manager probably should be familiar with OR cannabis retailing laws, or at least not trying to point the finger at the state when he doesn’t want to accept responsibility or offer a replacement for an unusable product.

Chey was such a great help! I dont imbibe very often, and so I dont always have the clearest idea what strains of flower I should choose. She was friendly and informative, and made me feel super comfortable. Its great that you can still get such good service even at such a busy location.

In town for a couple days, checked out this spot. Convenient location, safe entry, decent selection and daily sales. ATM on site and no lines. Informative associates helped me choose some merch and all for a great price.

Ive been really impressed with the dispensaries in Oregon. The vibe is generally a bit more friendly and relaxed than what Im used to in CA - where there are metal detectors and several big guys manning the front doors. Overall though, once inside, I think the staff in both states is friendly and knowledgeable. This dispensary is well-located in the downtown area and the selection is great.

Store is not honoring the price on the web site. False advertising at its finest. I ordered 24 grams of blue dream and their site says 1 dollar a gram. I have screen shots of my order and of my order conformation. Not cool. I will take my business to Floyds where the ozs are 48 bucks. Really messed up to not honor ur prices. This is my second visit to this dispensary. First time was a quick in and out, but the second time I wanted to do some shopping. The young lady that helped me; I couldn’t get her name although she had a wicked throat tattoo was very knowledgeable and helpful! You were out of many things I was looking for but she was able to find some great alternatives for me!! I will be back for sure!
