If youre a first timer in the hearing aid category, it can be highly confusing to navigate and find the right solution. OHSU SoundSource seems to have found the right balance of professionalism, product knowledge and excellent service with a choice of the best brands. A really great resource.

I got a hearing test and was fitted for IEMs by Holden, who was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. The whole procedure took just under an hour.

Ive been going to SoundSource for several years. My hearing aids are state of the art, but what I appreciate most is Shelleys willingness to explain my difficulties and tinker to get the best programming for my particular needs. I wouldnt change providers. I look forward to advances in technology and working with the SoundSource staff to take as much advantage of them as possible.

Very thorough and helpful throughout my three year period visiting them. And always upbeat and fun, which is hard to do thinking about hearing devices!!
