After my hearing aid was returned from being sent out for repair, the office assistant, Tammy, was able to recalibrate and pair the aids to eachother and to my iPhone using the doctors computer. I had thought that the doctor would need to be there to do that but Tammy showed me her skills. Im glad she was able to do that since the doctor is at this office on a limited schedule. Thanks, Tammy, you saved me a trip!

Todd is incredibly informative and willing to spend the time it takes for an inquisitive person who is new to the hearing aid world. He is up to date with new research on the need to restimulate the auditory nerve/brain with brain exercises along with hearing aids. Im 75. Hes awesome and I dont use that word all that often. Hearing aids these days are computers and you are paying for someone who knows how to use their capabilities or youre wasting your money.

My Oticon HA speaker wire broke. I was going crazy hearing in one ear. I have a warranty. My previous provider would not help me for a week and only after an office visit a week later.I left a message on the Accurate Hearing web page. It was answered within the hour. I simply gave them my serial number of the broken devive. They ordered it for me without a problem. 2 days later it came in. I went to the office and it was repaired immediately. Best service ever.
