I cannot recommend Clancy Supply highly enough. I needed parts for an unusual foreign kitchen faucet that came with my house. They were super friendly and helped me buy the part directly from the supplier. Even though they didnt make any money off me, they checked in multiple times and made sure I got what I needed. What a wonderful local business!

Our hot water heater wasnt working and our friend Rusty recommended this place. Melinda was very helpful in getting us a quote for a couple of styles of water heaters and in also helping us to sort out whether or not our current water heater was covered under warranty (which it is). She recommended that we call Stan the Hot Water Man and they were able to do a minor repair later that afternoon which saved us a lot of money. I feel Melinda went above and beyond and wanted to share that experience. We will be going there for our bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures in the near future. Thank you for your excellent help!

Ive had the privilege of dealing with these folks from way back in the 1980s when they were located over on Division Street, and always theyve been generous and patient in taking the time to tutor me in solving plumbing problems, making sure by supplying appropriate supplies and know-how so that I wouldnt be running back and forth multiple times.

Theyre going above and beyond to help us try to find a unique part for our old bathroom fixtures, despite us being residential customers with little plumbing knowledge of our own. Theyve been generous with their knowledge, teaching us how our pieces work and patiently looked through their catalogs for nearly an hour to try to find the parts we needed where other places in town wouldnt even spend 2 minutes on the phone with us to find the parts we needed.
