Not what I expected by Florists on this molding flower bouquet purchased today the only good thing was when self check out lady helped me out when machine loading took 5min to process purchase

People were really helpful. I was able to find everything that I need quickly. The store has a lot of stuff and you may pick wherever you want and wherever diet you follow up. Nice and clean. Ogh.. BTW.. They do have a lot of self checkouts.. For me that is important cause I dont like to waste my time staying at the lanes. Keep doing guys.

This HEB location is always very very clean and very well stocked. All of their associates are very friendly and knowledgable. They have a wide variety of products to choose from. I highly recommend this location!

H-E-B Partners always friendly. Found exactly what I needed. Clean store. All good. They do not have a bakery. They do not have a pharmacy.

We found everything we wanted quickly and were pleased with the very nice cashier! My favorite place to shop. My daughter was pleased to get fresh tortillas & Mexican foods she cannot get in Florida.

Fresh produce, fresh flowers and fresh meat is all I came here for. Always busy.

Too busy, need more cashiers! An elderly lady was holding up the line. They took almost 10 minutes to resolve the problem. Line of people behind me. Either just give it to her the coupon value or she needs to get back in line or go to customer service. While Im usually patient. There are days I have zero time to just wait in line for nonsense. Less than $2 and have ten people waiting in line? Please use good judgment in the future.

My wife and I have shopped the HEB in Robstown ever since we got married 43 years ago. Now in the past year changes have come about which caused us to shop elsewhere due to lack of supply from this mentioned HEB. Shelves are overstocked and limiting customers to purchase Hillcountry merchandise or some type HEB brand only.Now when I shop this HEB, its for one or two emergency items weve run out of.We have friends at this HEB but the store organizers must have worked for WalMart before. Thats sad. I feel like this store will be shutting down in the near future.

The HEB in Portland, TX is awesome it would take me just about all day if I wanted to go through everything they have there. My day was very enjoyable. I love their sea food section.

I love my Portland HEB. The store is always clean. They always have what I need (except running out of chocolate covered coffee beans) they go as quick as the put them on the shelf! The customer service is awesome in all department. Employees are constantly working and friendly. ❤️

I had them at 5 stars until March 2021. The store was always great and the employees amazing. Sadly this HEB has chosen to put public health and safety aside during the COVID Pandemic. This is especially sad considering what HEB does for the community.My review changed when I went into the store in March 2021 and so many customers not wearing masks. This is obviously due to Texas opening 100%. Regardless of if you believe in the Pandemic or not HEB has a policy, as a company, that they are failing to enforce. This is a failure on the Management at the store and from the company as a whole. Enforce your rules if you believe in them.

This store has created a line at the registers. They have appointed someone to direct traffic to the most appropriate register. This afternoon there is no designated employee directing traffic. Shoppers are trying to determine what to do while many H‑E‑B employees are walking around not assisting. Finally at the register one employee tells another employee you can win $100 during power hour for the most sales. Well move the line or it is rigged. We had the same issues here last week. I will stick with my hometown HEB not here.

Except for moving everything around so many times (since 2003) that I think everything’s been moved back to where it used to be to begin with - lol...our Portland HEB has consistently been excellent. It’s the anti-Walmart. I wish ours was an HEB Plus so I’d never have to set foot in that no AC, 99% self awful place again! Since the introduction and then reintroduced of the self serve I’ve really missed a lot of the naturally friendly and helpful cashiers, and bag boys / girls (some my wife taught in Elementary school). HEB is still a cut above the rest, not to mention their charity and community involvement. We love our HEB!

Wish they wouldnt separate everything...I mean cmon meat is meat...why have it in freakin 4 different places...makes no sense.

Here heb in aransas pass texas has employees toss bread on the ground and we have corona virus which dont help. even the buggies are sterilized but the bread can sit on the floor. where u may have steeped in poo and tracked it in at heb on the floor. who knows? then they removed the pic illegally cause the supreme court says you cant remove reviews. then they moved the bread to the other side of the aisle so it looks as if it never happened. lol whata joke. lmfao

I enjoy going to HEB the two I go to are Portland and Ingleside. The employees are very nice, the stores are well stocked and clean.

I would rather suffer a gunshot wound than return to this HEB. I asked for help from multiple associates who couldnt even look up or be bothered or even assist me and then when I was checking out my groceries nobody came to help me bag my order which I packed everything by myself Im a big boy but even saying thank you after spending $140 on my way out I cant even get a thank you in return or anything that made me feel appreciated as a customer I will not be back.

If you love seafood this is the HEB to go to with a great seafood department you can literally buy shrimp and they will cook them right there for free and add seasoning with no extra cost best thing I love about this HEB is definitely their seafood department.

Best grocery in this area. Corpus has better, but I’d rather not drive so far. Excellent produce. Beautiful meat selections. A huge variety! I love shopping here. Also the employees are friendly. Maegan is a shopper for online customers and she is always smiling and friendly! Also a young girl named Danica is always friendly. These girls deserve a raise!

My favorite grocery store of all time. Love supporting this store and happy to have their selection of food and supplies.

I love love love this H E B, but was disturbed to hear a cashier make fun of a bagger one day I was in there and when I called to talk to the csm she said the store manager would have to handle a racial complaint and they would be calling me back, no call back and that cashier was still working the next day

You know I usually dont rate grocery stores but this heb has been really good they keep everything stocked up as fast as they recieve it. so considering the carona deal they do a really good job. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is because that location stays PACKED! Alot of people like this one.

There is one floor manager thats a natzi... and Im sick of being treated like Im stealing. I finally made a choice to not use plastic bags and certain people like to stand over me while I am scanning my items. The other floor manager is constantly telling me where I have to check out. I had a basket with 15 items. Half of them were my daughters items. We were told we could not check out at self check out because we had over the limit. I have never been so displeased with HEB. Ive lived here my whole life and my family is from here as well so Im not new to the community.

We travel all over the U.S. and this is hands down the best grocery store I’ve ever been to. The produce is fresh, they have an excellent meat selection, deli always has great options, and I always get some sushi (which is so good!) I could go on and on....lol. We don’t live in Portland anymore, but man I miss this HEB!

The store is fine, delivery is great, but their website for shopping needs improvements. Not easy to navigate.

HEB always has low price, they also offer deals. Most employees are helpful and friendly. Their products are put on their self if damaged or out of date

Today we had a hurricane warning so it was crazy packed and running low on waters and Gatorade. Plenty of beer and chips. Snack cakes were almost all gone. The staff had the lines running smoothly and quick. Safety measures are going well.

To save the staff from cleaning additional carts, we had 2 separate transactions with about 21 items in ONE cart and going to pay separately. The cashier (curly black hair pulled up) said we had to physically get a new cart, load the items into a second cart in order to use the Self Check-Out to be able to have 2 transactions. Apparently 1 cart with 2 transactions was not allowed according to her.

A little low on inventory, but cleaning and preparing for their trucks to restock their shelves

For been so pack because of the Thanksgiving Holiday everything was running smooth.. Older people even got help with their groceries..

Nice clean HEB. Not crowded.

Management decided to deny customers direct access to the registers, according to two employees I spoke with that day. The alleged reason is social distancing. Instead, there require customers to stand in one long line and wait for an employee to direct them to open registers. There were over forty people in that line, which stretched across the front of the store and around to the side of the store all the way down the aisle. They sure were not practicing social distancing in that lengthy line, nor was anyone in management there to ensure they did. I set the items down on a shelf and walked out of the store. Went to Walmart instead.

Had coupon for Dr. Pepper. Husband is diabetic do he has to drink sugar free. There was none on shelf. Employee said warehouse was out of them. On a good note, they have nice produce and a good deli counter

The employees are very nice and helpful. The store was stocked with every item. Only thing the parking lot is not big enough for its size of store
