Last Thursday I saw a Trade dollar that I wanted but couldnt get to the store to get it so I called to see if it could be delivered to the downtown store. My luck was with me and Mike was able to get it down to the downtown location that day and I was able to get it. That was awesome and I am grateful Mike did that and I am looking forward to doing business in the future.

Location is convenient, service is questionable. Be on your toes when dealing w/Mike - attitude of a shoddy used car salesman that will take advantage of customers if given the opportunity. Look at my bio rather than making assumptions.

Ive been dealing with Mike at AJPM3 two or three times a week for many years and after reading some of these reviews I have to say that Mike has never acted that way to me or in front of me to another customer. I always got the best prices in town with items I sold to Mike, and very fair prices on items that I bought.

The place feels like a jail, you enter a caged area, with doors locked, salesman OK but not particularly nice. Overall not feeling good as a customer, would not come back again.

Awesome place to sell silver and gold coins. You can monitor the daily fluctuation of the metals via CNN and do a cost comparison on their website; a no brainer. Fast, efficient and fair.

BEWARE! No Masks! Monitor not on to see published prices. The guy happily and easily overcharged me while acting like I was an intrusion into his life. Sad. Bad. Very Unprofessional. Will Never Return!

Great place to buy or sell precious metals. Mike is extremely helpful and provides sound advice for getting the best deals. Highly recommend AJPM.

Out of all the AJPMs in the area this one certainly has the worst service. But the metals are still quality and are sold/bought a fair price. For someone like me who swings in every pay day and already knows what theyre looking for its good enough.

I have bought gold and silver from the other locations of this company. This guy at the Eastside location is a gruff, unreasonable person. His demeanor and professionalism or should I say lack of, is an example of the lowest of the low in the precious metals sector. He needs to let the family business go and get a Kiosk in the mall selling cheap jewelry or something. I don’t trust him at all and will never do business at this location.

I have been to this location a few times. The guy that works there is very aggressive. He acts like you are being an inconvenience by being there. I stood outside the door with him staring at me for at least a few minutes before he buzzed open the door. He took my coins to his desk before we had finished the transaction and I had a question about the coins. I thought I had brought specific coins but he said I gave him something else and huffed and puffed and slammed the coins down on the counter when I wanted to see them again. Very unprofessional and I didnt feel safe in there with him.

Ive been an AJPM (downtown and eastside) customer for at least 15 years. My only experience of the staff, Mike included, is a pleasant professionalism which expresses as an eagerness to serve the customer and the exchange of quality coins at a public posted price.

I have been dealing with the AJPM location down town for several years, Ive made both sizable purchases and sales at the downtown office and always had a great professional experience.But its a long drive downtown from SE where I live, I found out that there was an AJPM location, literally around the corner from my house, I was so happy that I could buy the gold and silver I wanted from the trusted company Id been dealing with for years. When I walked into the office near mall 205, I was instantly set back on my heels by Mike, he was rude and disinterested that I stopped by to buy 5 silver eagles. He became quite hostile and even more rude when I had questions about buying some fractional gold coins. The entire transaction felt uncomfortable and tense. It was very obvious Mike didnt want me there and didnt have time for questions, I will never return and I will tell all of my coin friends what a deplorable experience I had .

The gentlemen throw my coins around wouldnt go here also he was just plain rude

There is a new owner here. Works for Rodney. Great guy. I have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. The Old review below no loner applies.I have been doing business with AJPM downtown for 2 decades and really like Rodney and the professional way that I have been treated as a customer.I have made numbers of transactions at the newer Southeast location and really like the older gentleman there.Recently however I had what I considered a bad experience with a new guy there; who was turse and I believe unethical.I had quite a few silver Kangaroos and was offered well over $1.00 less than the list buy at price of the main store.It is as though the guy worked a Pawn shop before and had that aire about his demeanor.I was well into profits and took the hit and a very poor excuse and attitude and just let it roll off. It was my mistake; I should have gotten a super clear idea of exactly how they price there and worked out any issues prior.I admit my defenses were down because of the $100,000s of thousands I have moved with AJPM downtown ... I had forgotten the scummier pawn stars side of gold and silver places.Never ever did I remotely feel mistreated by Rodney or Aaron or any of the downtown crew ... so it was just a deal and their excellence, smiles and making me feel righteously treated for so long ... well maybe that has ended at the east side location.Really they deserve less stars for this last visit but as I have said the older gentleman who has been there for years is a good egg and has always been super decent and never had that pawn guy feel.My .02 --- (Actually a $35 rip) ... so be more guarded and get defined quotes from the eastside location.

I have been dropping in the store for nearly a 18 months. I have found both Randy and Naife to be very friendly and informative (I have a lot of questions, being relatively new to Precious Metals purchasing). They drop some education on me and I return the favor by dropping some money for some bars and coins.Randy and Naife are terrific people to deal with. If you are new to Precious Metals or are a seasoned investor/trader, you wont find a better place than AJPM3.

Went to buy silver in March of 2021. He said that he doesnt have silver but has coins just as good as silver from the early 1960s or older. I went ahead and bought $3000.00 worth and never relly looked at the bag until now and theres some newr coins in there which is fake silver. He pretty much sold me junk silver which he totally ripped me off when I was just trying to buy silver. This man cannot be trusted and dont deal with him.
