I had a very positive interaction with the owner; she was extremely friendly, nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this store.

Over-priced with poor quality and outdated records. I bought a futon here a little less than 3 years ago for roughly $900 total (frame, cushions, cover, and mattress). While it was nice to look at, it certainly seemed expensive for a futon. Within less than 3 months one of the arms completely sheared off. It took them over a month to get me a replacement arm since all their sales records are paper only. Used it very lightly over the next 3 years, then another section broke off with stripped screws making it unusable. Never jumped on it, rarely anyone sat or slept on it, and if they did they were typically less than 200 lbs. Severely disappointed with their product. Would not recommend.

Owner was very helpful. Now have a very comfy futon.
