They treat data like its a food shortage because they are greedy like most of these freaking corporations. You get unlimited data so spend your money, they say but also you gotta keep paying money when you go over your data limit for your service to work!, They said🖕Its all a scam all these corporations are just a scam!

Spoke to Candice and she was so helpful and courteous.

Very rude employees. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she was too distracted with her phone to notice.

Good for affordable cell service, and thats about it. Management is fairly unresponsive. Also, make sure you read the fine print before you buy anything or sign up for rebates, because the employees apparently do not read it and they may lie to you to make a sale.

Staff we worked with were very uninformed as to products and service pkgs.

Terrible Customer Service! And obviously they need to know their Math or invest in a calculator and know The TAXES as well as COMPANYS POLICIES. Watch your Charges people. Theyll try to get you where they can. I will assume the gentleman i was dealing with was an owner. I will be making a COMPLAINT!!
