I feel like they misrepresented themselves as a pawn shop. While there are a variety of miscellaneous things throughout the place and a couple aisles of tools I felt like it was geared towards paintballers and CO2. I have stopped in 3 or 4 times and made one purchase. Not exactly a friendly vibe walking in. I was met with disinterest and felt like I was bothering them when I asked for assistance.Slim pickins. My least favorite pawn place.

Owner kicked me out when I asked if he would wear a mask. With Portland moving back into extreme risk this week, its people like this why we cant have nice things.

The owner was very helpful and nice 🙂! Highly recommend checking this place out, there are some good finds.

Great CO2 refills!

Came in to have my soda cartridges refilled, but got an unwanted lecture on the Soda Stream business model instead. The guy also corrected my grammar. CO2 with a side of sexism. Taking my business elsewhere.

The place is neglected but I stopped because of an item in the window. I never write reviews but the man with the mullet at the register had the most judgmental cadence in his voice. And in his eyes. The store actually had what I wanted but I didn’t buy it because of the condescending and rude environment he created. I was uncomfortable from the moment I said hello to him. This is a one star operation at best and there are plenty of well curated vintage shops with friendly employees in Portland. Best of luck.

Empty don’t bother

Good place for tool hunters. Good variety, good deals come up often. Got a smokin deal on a Fender American Standard Telecaster a while back. Never experienced any attitude with the people who run the place, maybe because I never sent any their way. Never had an issue with anything Ive purchased there.

Always a nice place. No smells, well lit, and the people do answer questions you have and dont hover over you. The most amazing selection of sockets Im town and for a great price. I picked up a bunch at about a dollar each.

Great prices, friendly employees. Theres definitely some hidden jems to be found here.

And, Im told that there are people making money off this, to fix it for you, if that happens. You mean, like protection money? Thats as creepy and evil as any scam Ive ever heard of.

Been a customer for 3 years. After today, that is no longer the case. Why? Absolutely horrible customer service. The guy with the epic mullet was rude, condescending, and arrogant. You work at a pawn shop, dude. Get over yourself! Wouldnt come down at all on their overpriced merch, and acted like he was doing me a favor. No thanks. I will take my money to other shops who appreciate that I spend my cash there. Makes me mad that I ever spent anything there to begin with.

Place is a joke dont waste your time

Very disrepectful people. They insult ur intelligence and ur in the wrong for asking a question...no wonder they have poor ratings and to top it off have no customer service. I suggest going to a different pawn shop these guys will be shutting down real soon.

I called to see if my stolen items have been sold there and they told me ni camping stuff was sold there today when i didnt even say camping stuff. I kept trying to explain what it was that was stolen and he kept cutting me off. Rude as hell.

Even for a pawn shop these guys are low balls. The employees are nice but the boss with the pony tail is far below par on communication skills. Im going to that shop on division steet and you should too.

I went in to sell my xbox 360 and a handful of games, the employee who initially helped me was kind enough, but when he called over his boss to ask about what they could offer me is when it went downhill. They offered me $15 for a 1st gen xbox with all the hookups, controller and 6 games, to which I replied, oh, I can do better than that elsewhere. To which the boss replied, No, you cant. First of all, very unprofessional and rude with that remark. He continued to say how the console was over a decade old (yes, Im well aware) and that he wasnt trying to slap me in the face with a lowball offer, so I left and went to a pawn shop on Division and they offered me DOUBLE what these guys did. My advice, dont go here to sell anything.

Awful, just awful do not buy or sell from here! Service was just from hell, extremely rude staff, wouldnt even talk to me about what I was trying to sell, but was all about trying to make me buy, crappy dirty store, just an awful experience. No one should be treated like that at a business most un-American you can get. Its a sign of the times that this place is still open.

Just unfriendly service and rude to be matter of fact. Theyre always looking to gouge for the lowest price and never work with somebody.
