OK, its hard to admlt, Well I am in very good photographer I have had my problems flying. So I needed to get my poor drone at argued with a Cedar tree repaired. Ben the owner, Did some Tests, and explained my options clearly with no bs. He didnt make any money off me - my drone has too many challenges to repair. But he did make a customer and a reference Because he is a straight shooter. Like I said no BS and thats what is important.

Great customer service. My Phantom 4 crashed and I brought it here based on reviews. Ben (I think his name was Ben) spent well over 30 min taking apart the drone and explaining, very patiently, what my options were while he worked on the drone. He also spent time trying to find the most cost effective way to obtain the parts to repair the drone.I was ready to pay for the repair when Ben found some additional, internal damage, with the possibility of additional damage he cant see without further work. At that point, it was decided that repairing the drone wasnt the best option due to all of the damage.He also took time to explain that I could sell certain parts of my drone package so I could at least offset the cost of buying a new drone. They sell drones there, which Ben showed me, but there was never any pressure to buy anything.So after all of the time working on the drone, I askedIf I owed anything for all of the time he spent. He said, no charge.I would definitely recommended this place. I felt comfortable and trust Ben. The customer service wasoutstanding.

Went in with a lot of questions as I did a lot of research online about drones. Travis was very helpful and answered many of them. Its nice to go in and see the products and compare. I got the impression that they wanted to sell the drone that was right for my needs, rather than a specific brand. I ended up taking home a tiny practice drone with an extra battery, so Im not out $1k if I have an accident. Prices seem competitive, but the service puts the value much higher.

Absolutely fantastic service.I needed to get my DJI Phantom 4 fixed and found out that EZDrone is the only DJI authorized service provider in the entire PNW. I went to their location in the Pearl District and unfortunately, no one was there, even though they were supposed to have opened an hour earlier. I was a little perturbed to have made the trip down there, and left a voice mail letting them know Id been by.About an hour later, Ben called me apologizing for his absence, and asked me if it would be OK for him to stop by my house later that day. He finally came by, and was the nicest guy, answering any questions I had, and taking my drone back with him to get serviced.They got my drone all sorted out, and even went the extra mile by making a house call. Not a good selection of drones and are priced higher than what it should be. They do rent out drones but only a certain one and again the price is higher. I recommend other places. Unless they drop there prices.

I called in advance about their hours to make certain I would be there within holiday hours when I was told they would be open, after 11. After waiting over an hour, I had to leave to drive 2 hours back to Olympia. They are inept at customer service, dont need the business, or must operate this place as a tax write off hobby shop. Why would I trust them with my expensive drone repair?

These guys are great! They have a wealth of drone knowledge that they will share with you. I recently crashed my Phantom 3 standard and the camera broke off in a tree. Wanting very badly to get it working I bought a used camera on eBay. After examining the camera they advised me against spending a bunch of money on something that likely wouldnt work. Drones are more complex-and delicate than many people realize. Without the knowledge these guys have, I would have wasted more money. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in drones!

We were on vacation from the UK and I planned on picking up a DJI Spark Fly More bundle during our stay as they are about 30% cheaper in the USA than back home.I much prefer dealing with an independent local business over a big chain store, so decided to stop by here after reading all the great reviews and I wasnt disappointed.Terry is a friendly guy and from our chat it was obvious that he really knows his stuff when it comes to drones, which is exactly why you should always spend your money with the little guy. Terry actually cares about the product he is selling, you wont find that in a chain store.Anyway, turnes out that he didnt have any stock of the Fly More bundle. Terry explained that due to a shipping error from the supplier they had been sent to the wrong location and it would be a few days before they showed up with him. No big deal usually, but I explained that I didnt have a few days as we would be leaving for Seattle. Without hesitating Terry called the location who had received his stock and made arrangements to drive over that evening after he finished work to collect it.He told me to call him in the morning and he would have one waiting for me. Needless to say he came through for me.If I lived in Oregon this place would be my go to for all things drone related. If you live far away and are reading this wondering if its worth the trip here when you have a Best Buy a couple of miles away then trust me, it really is. I couldnt ask for more from a business.

Called the number first time yesterday, and Ben spent 20 mins talking to me over the phone about drones. My Inspire 1 had camera problems, and he told me to bring it down. Tested the unit to not have signal transmission from the camera. He was going to take it home and try it with another camera when a customer came in with an Inspire 1 and offered to let us try his camera. Same problem, then Ben realized a cable was loose. Tested it to work properly. Didnt even charge me. Unfortunately, he doesnt stock a great deal of product, but his service makes up for it all! Will be back and use his services if the need arises!

Went in today to purchase a drone. We greeted warmly. I have been researching products and had come close to making my choice but needed a little hand holding. A high end drone is not an impulse buy for me but all my questions were answered and service after the sale was mentioned many times. I was there over an hour asking questions and getting comfortable with the idea of dropping my money.Only hiccup was when we put everything back in the package a small cable was overlooked, Just happens to be one that I need. I gave a call and it will be mailed out tomorrow so I dont have to drive the 40 miles each way to there retail location to pick it up.Great service and I believe that I will be doing much more business in the future.
