Never needed this place before but they had a very specific product we needed for an older establishment. From placing the order to picking it up, the process was seamless and exactly right to me. I would absolutely use GTS again.

Very slow service forklift guys just walking around they don’t unload the truck take more than two hours to unload I don’t want to prefer this place

Pretty straightforward, everything went smooth with a 53 footer, everybody was really nice to me, just a couple of hiccups and communication thats all, its all good hahah ! :)

I called and placed an order the day before, I had my staff go at 630 am and they couldn’t find an order with my name, even thought they took my order and asked for my credit card infoI had to call 3 times and speak with different employees there, they all seem confused, therefore this is my first and last time I be using this company to by any material until they can be transparent and clear with their orders

Very slow service

Service is very slow and no one here speaks a every good English. Don’t expect to get out of here before 2.5 hrs.

Our company, Cascade Painting & Restoration does a lot of water damage repairs and GTS has always been very helpful. They are well stocked, and knowledgeable.

Yesterday: aug 1 st 2019 .Experienced 1st hand a total bait and switch. Fruad..GTS SENT A TO SMALL TRUCK WITH FOUR SHISTERS TO MOVE OUR DAUGHTERS... EVEN AFTER 2 TIMES ON THE PHONE TO MAKE SURE OF THE AMOUT CHARGED &THE AMOUNT OF HOUSE HOLD STUFF... THEY SHOWED UP .. WANTING TRIPPLE THE ORIGINAL QUOTE.. WOULD NOT LEAVE ME WITH THE HANDLERS CARD... DAUGHTRES HAD TO TURN AROUND AND COME BACK.. ONCE THE LEAD GUY..KNEW THEY WETR COMING BACK .. THEY LEFT QUICKLY..BAD BUSDINES.. THEY FAMILY IS GOING TO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH BBB.. WDOT..

Not helpful people too many forklift driver nobody unload your truck sitting 3,4 hours They just driving around the forklift

A lady name “Cintia” on the phone she talks really rude she’s not professional to her customers a complete route lady

I think that the people there have great experience, but they are not even using that knowledge, I been hearing negative reviews stating that people are disrespectful and I have to agree with them because people, u know, are being so not nice, and to me, I have ZERO tolerance for abuse to me, and refusing to help people is one of them, and I am NOT Going to that place, and u guys should not either

Great service in and out

Ordered drywall for our addition, was advised by my contractor to get it from GTS. Pricing difference between GTS & Home Depot can be significant. I ordered about $2,000 in supplies from GTS- which when I priced out @ Home Depot or Lowes was only $1600. I wanted to support a local business and not give HD all my business. BUT I was told GTS will deliver the sheetrock and put inside your house where you need it. SO I went with GTS. They came & delivered and put the sheetrock in my addition, but my hangers realized they ordered too much sheetrock.3 days later I get my refund to only realize it was $250 short of what I expected because they charged a $100 fee for taking the sheetrock back, even though they were already here and didnt have to schedule another trip back out & then additional restocking fee to total $150!!Next time I will be buying from home depot & saving myself the original $400 between pricing and the additional $250 I had to pay for ridiculous fees. And expensive $650 lesson to learn just because you are buying local doesnt mean you will get better treatment. HD will thank you GTS.
