Randy and the team were fantastic. Window and siding work was quick and professional. The replacement work was done with great care for the family and neighborhood. They coordinated the painting and are gutters as well. Questions were answered promptly and every issue addressed. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

It took them over 4 months to install my windows (even though they stated it would take 4-6 weeks). The excuses included; Ill be gone to Sturgis and we booked a larger job out in Beaverton. Instead of offering me a discount for the wait, they charged me extra for using my credit card to pay the remaining balance. Also, the energy credit took about 3 months to process (which they messed up when they filled out the application, so it took even longer--Im still waiting for the check in the mail...).On a more positive note; the windows and the installation appear to be of high quality (although the crew didnt pick up after themselves very well and I had to paint the trim myself before they installed it). I like the windows, but will definitely be using a different company in the future.
