These are legitimately the best donuts in Portland. Theyre the perfect size with really good flavors (I recommend creme brûlée and French toast). Seriously, ditch voodoo and stop over to the blue food cart THEYRE SO GOOD

I have an unhealthy addiction to the Milk & Honey doughnuts. Best frosting Ive ever tasted.A great spot for amazing donuts. You dont need to wait in an absurdly long time for bite-sized perfection. You can order ahead through Yelp! which is convenient if youve got some late night cravings...As a local Id recommend Byte Lab over Voodoo, any day.Tip: Walk up order limit is 2 Dozen, so if youre trying to bring the most awesome snack to your next party, order ahead! Cause these guys fly out of the box.

Wow! What a gem! Burnside cream and strawberry shortcake donuts are a must (my husband loved the milk&honey). We got it on a plate but asked for a to-go box since we were stuffed but wanted to try a little bit while there...we never ended up using the box cause everything was way too good not to keep eating! Awesome that its right by the pink building where I work!

I tried these delicious minis about a year ago visiting Portland. I finally made it back here only to find out theyre closed! Im so distraught! I travel across the country and these donuts were literally my top 2 best. Light, fresh, hot, crispy donuts with great toppings... what an I going to do??

Voodoo who? Seriously, dont bother going next door. Get a dozen or two mini donut masterpieces here instead. They are ridiculously fresh, and hand-crafted with care. The flavors are unique, and ingredient quality is up there with restaurant desertiers. Our sampling of every menu item was satisfying, with eager anticipation to bite into the next eye-catching morsel.

For a food cart that sells donuts, this place was awesome! We got both the French toast and peanut butter flavor, and although I liked the French toast much better(I feel like it had cream cheese frosting) I was pretty impressed and surprised by the fact that they had a huge amount of real peanut butter and chocolate on their peanut butter cup donuts. I mean, those things were completely lathered in real peanut batter, and the way that he made them by hand, I can imagine it would take a while to serve these if the cart was any busier.Anyhow, I tried both this place and Voodoo donuts, and although Voodoo had very creative flavors, I have to say that I really do think that this place has better tasting donuts, so avoid the crowd and stop by here!

Bought 2 dozen for my team. Ordered online, wandered over later, just as they were finishing up decorating our batches. They are FANTASTIC, and because theyre bite size, you dont feel as bad about having one. Or two. Or three. Ill definitely be coming back here, and telling everyone else to skip other donut places in favor of this cart!

Portland has a great selection of street vendors for all of your cravings, this is one of the gems among the plethora of choices. Its not as cooky as the place down the street, but youre not going to wait an hour in line either.You can see the donuts cooking in the window so you know they are fresh. I got the maple and bacon donuts and they were warm, generously dipped in maple icing with a huge dollop of crunchy bacon.They were an explosion of flavor, I wasnt a block away and they were gone and I was thinking about turning around and going back for more.So, if you want to try something warm, tasty, and fun, give this place a go.

I just came from picking up a dozen, when the proprietor saw me waiting, he brought them out to me, talk about service.

Relatively cheap donuts that taste great, I usually just stick with their basic flavors and they are still delicious and melt-in-your-mouth taste. There are also options that are less sweet for the folks who dont like things that are too sugary

Awful! Guy was too busy decorating donuts to ever take our order, said hold on, then we stood there watching him for 10 minutes as he continued decorating this single plate of donuts, he never addressed us again, so we dumbly stood there as he did this painstakingly slowly. Finally just gave up & walked away. Great business model! Put your donut art before your customer! Nice! (NOT!)Thank goodness other businesses & trucks in town have customer service skills and give a friendly welcoming vibe.

Wow! Very tasty mini donuts and run by people passionate about what they do. The entire donut making process is run within the small foodtruck and thats impressive. $1.50 a donut and worth it.

Man these doughnuts are awesome, and byte sized (for my huge mouth anyway)! Amazing value. Gourmet mini donuts for $1 a piece and standard flavors for only $25 each! We skipped Voodoo and found this gem. Dont rush, theres only one guy and if he gets a large order he has to do some of them one by one. Our creme-brulee donuts were excellent and he hand blazed each one with a blow torch!

Ill admit up front, Ive never been to the Donut Byte Labs truck. Working a 9-5 right on the other side of the river gives me no time to visit during the week. So Ive sadly never gotten to watch the mysterious donut robot and I cant speak for the experience. All I can do is mention the donuts.And, oh, such wonderful donuts they are. These things are basically the perfect sharing sweet treat. Ive had them delivered to our office several times and each time everyone loves them. The Big Test Box lets everyone try some of everything without any one single person grabbing up all the the best ones. I cant recommend these enough if youre looking for a pack of treats to share with a group.

Always come here to grab goodies for friends! The donuts are fun, bite-sized, and delicious! Warning, it can take a while if you are ordering a lot, or if a person ahead of you is, but at least you can order ahead online ;)
