Great place for off sight fueling

I was work as a floating therapist between nursing homes and have a tight schedule. I was working at Leeway facility in New Haven. I need to be in north haven to see a patient when I came in contact with Dave from this company earlier this afternoon and he decided to park a huge truck blocking several cars in the parking lot. Apparently he was to unload 3000 gallons of diesel fuel for a large generator being installed. I told him I needed to get out as well as several other people waiting in their cars. He was unpleasant and unsympathetic to the people he inconvenienced. When asked if he could move he said no and was unwilling to position the truck as to allow others access to their daily routines. The truck plate number is New Jersey AS876B and the truck number is 16303. Its really too bad I missed my last appointment for the end of the day, and highly unlikely I will get reimbursed for my missed wages. I hope the people who own this company recognize the issue as well as the problem employee.
