I prefer to use smaller businesses, but these guys really made it hard to not run across the street to FedEx Office.The first time I went, there was a long line of people while three employees stood around a computer mumbling and pointing and looking totally confused. After five minutes, I gave up and went to FedEx.The next time I went, I was told that they couldnt print my job because all the computers were down, which was odd since everyone working there was at a computer and looked busy. I got the impression that they just didnt want to help me (it was about 30m until closing) so I went to FedEx.Finally, the third (and last) time I went there today, there wasnt a line and the computers seemed to be working, so I was quite hopeful until I was told that there was a $20 minimum (I had a job that would be about $15.) I said I was willing to pay cash. He asked what exactly I needed and I held up a USB stick and said I just needed to print a document. He looked at the stick with a look of confusion and said USB? like hed just been transported there from the 80s. I gave up and went to FedEx.Not sure how these people manage to make money.

Super great business!I am a local artist and have my all my art prints made at Minuteman. They have an 11 ink Giclee printer and it makes the most beautiful prints with great color and contrast. Justin and his team have been so helpful with formatting, paper choices, and quick turn around for print on demand. The quality is very high and well done for the price. Also I love supporting a small and local business. So glad to have found Minuteman!

Was visiting Portland for the first time for a conference when I realized my print job from an online vendor may have been the wrong size only hours before the poster was needed. After calling around to several local and chain print shops who could not print any sooner than 6+ hours (which would have been too late), Minuteman Press and the owner Martin were extremely helpful. He thoroughly asked all the questions over the phone to get the print job started immediately. It was finished 30 min earlier than promised, was beautiful quality, and Martin even recommended a nearby coffee shop for me to wait nearby. Friendly, professional customer service that really delivered! Cant recommend enough.

Cant rave enough about this print shop! Whether its just a small job or a giant convention job, they handle each one with care and thoroughness. So glad I have them in my corner!

Only geared towards big jobs, dont expect help if you are a small business.
