I had not been to check my vision for quite some time. Finally got it done and WOW. These folks are amazing. First off I didnt even have to get dilated (new amazing technology). It was Glam day and that was awesome. Everyone was friendly, warm, helpful and I got a great set of peepers. They fit me, gave a lot of brilliant advice and I could simply not be happier. This is my spot now!

I really can’t say enough good things about my recent experience. I had visited the office before, but on my recent return visit felt like visiting a new business in the best possible way.As soon as I walked in the door I was warmly greeted. During the eye exam everyone clearly explained the process and the whys. The whole office made me feel like they cared about my needs and finding the right options. Dr. Jade Himmelsbach is a great listener and made sure the options she presented were personalized to my needs. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and actually make the experience enjoyable.I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new eye care service or looking to switch. Fantastic experience.

I love this little clinic, the doctor, and the staff. Everyone is so friendly and its a pleasure to go there. As a cancer survivor, I go to a lot of doctor appointments and have experiences all across the board, and I can honestly say that their staff is top notch. They have been so lovely, communicative, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jade is so freaking awesome. She’s extremely knowledgeable (explaining everything in detail, especially if I had questions), patient, noticeably passionate about her career and super bubbly. My vision isn’t terrible, but I went in anyway to get an eye exam. I explained that my glasses don’t seem to “work” anymore, everything is still blurry. She noticed my eyes hadn’t really worsened, but she suggested enhancing my vision to 20/15. I just picked up my glasses yesterday (not from Multnomah vision however, a bit too pricey for me), but using the prescription she gave me I had them put into new glasses elsewhere. And WOW. I had no idea my vision could be THIS clear. I’m a hairstylist as well as a painter, so I definitely need all the detail I can get with my vision. So, thank you, Dr. Jade, as well as the amazingly friendly staff that works at this adorable little shop. I hope they never leave Multnomah village!!

Dr Jade was very good and really explained my vision to me. I felt well taken care of by the whole staff. They are striving to be a long term family oriented practice. Ill be a regular from now on.

I am stunned. Honestly stunned. I called here to set up a new patient exam. I felt the need to try to be proactive as I was having a current issue. My first attempt nobody answered. No big deal, and I called back. I was hung up on and then texted that they would call me right back. They never did. I called again and left a voicemail. Nobody called me back. I used their online appointment request. Nobody contacted me. Finally, I sent a personal email explaining this was my experience hoping the owner would contact me. I never heard back. I hesitated writing this review thinking someone would get in touch with me, but it has been made abundantly clear they want nothing to do with my business.

I had a great experience here! My exam with Dr. Breeden was thorough and informative, much more than I have ever received from another provider. Great beside manner and clearly knowledgeable. The optician was kind and attentive without being too pushy with frames. I enjoy a little space to try on frames and decide what I want, without the pressure of a “sales person”. Highly recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Dr. Breeden is very thorough, professional and gets to know you as a person. He allows plenty of time for questions. The selection of frames is very good. And the folks who help you pick them out are kind and quite helpful. Gone in for adjustments has been smooth too.

Last summer I was in a hurry to up-date my glasses. The staff introduced me to Dr. Breeden who had an opening in two days, and then they spent a lot of time helping me select the type of lenses and frames that I wanted at an affordable price. I would highly recommend this business for excellent and affordable eye care.

Had a great eye checkup. Dr. Breeden is prompt, efficient, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining any questions I have, even giving advice for preventative methods that I can hep myself, for example with eye strain and dry eyes. I couldnt ask for more!

Very caring office that listens and helps you every step of the way. They help maximize your insurance benefits and Dr. Breeden does a great job explaining what he is doing all through the eye exam. Its nice to know they have been at the same location for over 60 years! Highly recommend them.

Ive been going to see Dr. Breeden for several years now and he always does an amazing job. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I cant recommend him enough!

If I could give it less than one star, I would. The customer service here is atrocious! The office staff are all too busy doing who knows what to help anyone, no one can bother to answer the phone, they don’t stay open during their regular business hours, and they don’t return phone calls. I hope you never have an actual emergency and need them!

Friendly optometrist office in the heart of the village! My appointment was efficient and painless, and Dr. Breeden answered all of my questions clearly. Very glad I gave them shot - Ill be back.

I was Dr. Breedens patient from his old clinic and followed him to Multnomah Vision Clinic. My first exam there was with Dr. Beattie, and it was fine. But I called Multnomah Vision Clinic on December 27th to ask them to expedite an order of my contacts because Im leaving the country for work on January 5th. I should have ordered earlier, but I was distracted by a sudden, tragic death in my family. All the receptionist could say is that they couldnt guarantee I would get them in time. I suggested that they call the contact company and ask them to expedite shipment, for which I would pay the extra costs, but the receptionists (one consulted with another one) refused. They said they didnt do that. The same day, I went back to Dr. Breedens old clinic (Visionworks in Beaverton) and asked them to help me. Even though I was no longer a patient there, they called the contact company, I paid for expedited shipping and the contacts arrived at my door the next day. Its clear that the Multnomah Vision Clinic doesnt need or care about me as a patient. I will never be going back there.
