I tried to return unused glasses. Could not because it was past 90 days. Not good customer service during a pandemic. My neighborhood store is disappointing today.Update: the store manager was kind enough to approve my return. They put the money on a gift card and I paid it forward to the Street Roots guy. I only had to drop off an Amazon return. The customer help counter was RAD and efficient and friendly. Also nicely recycled the packaging for me, even though they repackage there. Well done you two behind the counter. I wish I could acknowledge you by name, but it was on 9/28/2021 @ 11 am give or take.

Whole Foods never fails. I enjoy going to different whole foods and seeing what they have. Im never disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even with the mask they come through with a smile. Produce is fresh. The store is clean. Mask policy protects us all. Thank you 👍👍💝

I like the prime discounts, the smartsweets sour watermelon only to be found here. Sometimes items I expect to find arent here because of Whole Foods brand products. The Irish cheese and goat cheese mozzarella are both $1 more than at New Seasons which is disappointing. I like the bags of frozen wild caught seafood. Good wine selection. Good freezer selection. Decent health and beauty selection. Theyve brought back the soups - looking forward to the gf salmon chowder returning. They make fresh juices to order at the deli counter! Yummy bakery - more gf options please!

I’m sorry I feel no love for WholeFoods. Somehow it has everything you don’t need, at a price. The staff are charming and helpful though.

This is a smaller location. They do not have as much selection as others. You are also required to have a code to use some of the stinkiest bathrooms I have ever set foot in. I have used porta potties, outhouses and literal holes in the ground for primative camping. These bathrooms are on par with the worst facilities I have smelled. I dont know if its the age of the building or maybe they are on a failing septic tank but if you can wait to use the bathroom, save your nasal cavities the horror and do so. I will say the employees are friendly and helpful.

This Whole Foods is terrible. Their kitchen has no options for pick and grab food. It is small and has homeless people sitting on the benches that made me nervous for my kid. Not surprising considering how these 2 states Oregon and Washington do ABSOLUTELY nothing about the homeless just camped up on the over passes on the freeways. Im disappointed with how beautiful these states are and how ugly they are with all the trash and homeless camps.

Well, I work merchandising here, and let me tell you from the stuff Ive put on shelves, Im definitely switching up my grocery buying.

Its a Whole Foods. Self checkout was nice. Not my normal grocery store but great for specialty items. Good parking lot but exit can be tricky because of traffic on cross streets.

The staff was really nice and helpful.But the store is laid out really weird. It’s slightly difficult to navigate and figure out what’s where.&, I had a very negative experience there today.I have been vaccinated; I pulled my mask away from my face for one moment to take a real breath, still covering my mouth - I have asthma - & another customer walked straight up to me and started harassing me about public safety and how I need to wear my mask. State law, etc etc.I know this isn’t your stores fault, but wow. I have never been out shopping and been harassed by a stranger anywhere else. Folks need to realize they don’t always “know it all” and need to mind their own business.I had a very poor experience here today because of this. & though it isn’t your fault, it still will stick with me.

It is sad that the local staff is not informed when the Prime specials change.

I went into this store and felt completely uncomfortable with the cashier’s. I am Hispanic and I’ve observed that I have been treated way differently than Caucasian people. Every time there is a white person in front of me the cashier acts so nice but when it’s my turn at the register the cashier completely changes her attitude and acts rude with me. This has happened multiple times. Also, I was just accused of cutting someone in line by the cashier when the other customer was clearly not in line before me which the other customer was “white”. This is not okay and there needs to be some equality at this store especially coming from your own employees. I understand other customers have their opinions but from your own employees... this is not ok. I felt very disrespected

Theyre good are top notch...service is high quality, friendly, and appealing...just like their products and produce...some are sorta higher priced than other markets and grocery store chains...but its like quantity or quality....I prefer both...their hospitality and safety protocols got me coming back...and Im elderly, disabled, and on food stamps

This particular Whole Foods is holding it together so much better than all the other Whole Foods in portland through the transition to becoming Amazon. The other hot bars now look like cafeteria food, rather than the fresh hot bar I’ve been used to from WF. These Brussels sprouts are light and crisp, not the soggy, oily mess at burnside and sandy.

They were so accommodating when I came here to make my Amazon return that I stuck around and did some shopping of my own

The Wednesday before Thanksgiving my order left off 7 items. All Amazon could do was refund the money for the items which Amazon did immediately. It was too late to reorder for pickup or delivery. I called Customer Service at Whole Foods to ask for a double check for the 7 items.Then Nick in Customer Service did the unbelievable Re service: he said I want you to have these items for the holiday I will get them snd have them ready in 20 minutes! And he did! Unbelievable service and care!! I deeply appreciate and value Nick!! I hope Whole Foods does something special for Nick of Fremont Store Whole Foods Customer Service. Jean Johansson

It is a clean store. Theres a reasonable wait in line outside, but it is then a less crowded environment. Inside lines were short. Deli items were fresh, rotisserie chicken was perfect. Hand sanitizer is readily available.

Blackened salmon & 2 side salads for $12 from deli, was not only delicious, it was enough for two meals!

A smaller than average Whole Foods but they do have a great staff and also an excellent beer, wine, and cheese selection.

Beautiful store, mostly great staff except a person named Teresa who didnt have friendly approach to everyone (including myself). Definitely the first time I felt delayed in my shopping compared to any other place even with the current situation.

Ive randomly had some extreme almost aggressively negative interactions with staff at other places throughout portland where ive gone to the extent of just leaving so whenever I experience good in contrast I want to reward it.I have been coming here for years with a few year break in between, but during that last trip (yesterday) and thinking today, i have always had awesome service here. The cashiers treat you like a friend to chat to and not an inconvienance in their day (were all young and spoiled at some point haha). I literally had someone not even respond to a busoness question recently (hence me walking out, not playing games with randos). Anywho, the cashier yesterday was awesome, a young brunette female who talked to me about my caffeine addi tion as I purchased almost 2 lbs of coffee for only 9.99.

The 15th and Fremont Whole Foods is my favorite because of the locale and the relaxed atmosphere. Good sales for Prime members.

Its Whole Foods, the food is great, the people are chill, and the prices are expensive. It is exactly what one would expect.

Now Amazon owns Whole Foods I wonder if things have really changed. Prior, I know Whole Foods really had some serious charges leveled against them. Supposedly fruit is cheaper there now. But they definitely have good chocolate milk. The one quart glass bottle is one percent molk fat. Theres a $2.00 deposit for each of their glass bottles. Its pretty nice, I dont get a lot of annoying questions from the employees.

One of the best Whole Foods stores around town by far. Clean, well merchandised, friendly staff, welcoming outdoor seating and fast WiFi. The line can get long at peak times, but that is because of current capacity restrictions mainly it seems.

I cash out my bottle drop receipts here. I hate how I always feel disregarded or unimportant to the staff when I have to wait for one of them to help me at the customer service counter. I stand there as i watch customer after customer go threw the lines. People who where waiting after I got there. But because there buying something and not wasting the staffs time like me apparently by cashing out a Oregon bottle co-op receipt they get preferred service. I was even told once, and I quote you will need to come back later today to cash that. We are busy with real customers. My deepest apologies to whole foods for trying to utilize a program that they participate in by cashing out my bottle account so I can buy cat food before my cats run out of food...............

Really the best WF in the city. The store is aesthetically unique, the staff are really cool, and they handle the COVID situation very well. Prices are better than New Seasons, especially if you have Amazon Prime.

You know mainly I go in here for the pizza and the salad! The salad bar is heads and tails better than New seasons. The store is big but at the same time its small. I actually like it.

I tried something different this year. We had our Christmas Day dinner catered by Whole Foods. We picked it up Christmas Eve. It was a small turkey, with organic mashed potatoes, string beans, cranberries, gravy and stuffing. All of it in a sturdy brown cardboard box. We reheated everything up the next day and it tasted pretty good.

The salad bar here is amazing. And they also have really good cookies and a variety so whatever you prefer.

Nice selection of merchandise and products, but the checkout staff can be a tad over zealous enforcing their Covid-19 safety protocols to the point of being rude.

They skipped corners on meat and I got buffalo meat it felt half frozen. I cooked it and ate it got Super sick 😷 I am thinking of actually reporting this store to the local health officials. The security and staff act like authorities and totalitarian feel(creepy). What a dump. Salad is moldy. Staff is also rude.

Its Whole Foods... We all know the drill. It is however in a good location. Ive never felt like I couldnt find parking. The staff are friendly and the prices are actually becoming pretty reasonable if you take advantage of the sale prices. Compared to the absurd prices at New Seasons, Whole Foods is a bargain. Love this store. Its my local go to.Now if they could only bring the price of cheese down a little.... Hmm. 😉

Whole foods workers are on strike due to management mishandling of their safety to such a degree that a worker has died of COVID. Im appalled at the management chosing to put the workers and customers in danger to this degree and Im deeply sad that this store is putting money over safety.

The only Whole Foods store in the area with fresh store-made juices. Closing at 9pm forces me to have to rush before they close. Whole Foods in other cities close at 10PM.

I like Whole Foods, and I like the quality of the produce and selection of products. However, at this particular location the cashiers are absolutely horrendous, even by Portland standards. I know of at least 4 that are condescending, and nonchalant. Nothing worse than dreading the check out line because you know who’s waiting for you with an eye roll and an upturned nose. Yikes!

I like going to Whole Foods they seem to have everything organic that I like.. I think everyone would like it if they try it.. I am a vegetarian vegan so I definitely like going there until I find another store like it. But for now Whole Foods is good.. but after and doing clothes research and looking in after some of the issues with Whole Foods .who they get into bed with in joining with some of these chemical companies in poison on our food and give us the hormones and all these other things they put into our food.. I find Whole Food is not for me and for anyone else who enjoys living.. I think the devil company. When I went to Whole Foods I want natural organic food not for someone a lie to me and label it what you want no that is not natural or organic its appalling the way Whole Foods has gotten in bed with these type companies and call they self natural food organic its far from it so everyone do your research the way I have . and you will in your frequent shopping at Whole Foods the way I have.. a big thumbs down for Whole Foods.. I was fool the way many others were. These are genetically modified crops GMOs. The company theyre in bed with is Monsanto company check it out when you can.. Im not saying all of genetically modified food . but a lot of them are and theyre not telling us that it is..

It has great selection of produce, and awesome sandwiches. When I walk into a grocery store, I love for produce to be the first thing I see. Whole foods Market does that, it also has a pretty good variety of dairy free items which my tummy appreciates.

I try to get here bye 9 a.m. they usually have some pretty good baking on a hot food line!

Small neighborhood grocery store with friendly service, knowledgeable staff, great produce, and high quality prepared foods. Extensive wine and beer selection, with an emphasis on local. Far more reasonably priced than New Seasons Market.

I found the veggies all organic and of the healthiest selection. Those not available were not as healthy as those that were. I found the best to put into my body. Yes, the prices reflect the quality. I also found higher prices on name brand items than at other stores, but the quality over all was higher.

I love this location. Great prepared foods, awesome pizza. Great produce. Mostly cheaper than New Seasons a few blocks away.
