Their T shirts in particular are fantastic. They might be $55 but they will last you 10 years. High quality organic high threadcount cotton! You will look really good if you buy clothes here.

Was just there today. Have been numerous times and every time the staff is all so friendly. I asked about the extra 25% off, they have going on online and they honored it. The manager and young gentlemen where super sweet, and I got awesome deals. It is a high end store so maybe some of the negative comments are from people that looked like they don’t belong there. Ross is a couple blocks down. 😉

This place is the most excellent place to shop in the mall, you enter the store from the mall and immediately you feel transported to some fancy Amsterdam couture clothing store (which it is). The smell of the store is always a plus, clothing prices range from 55-75 dollars for a very nice shirt made of high quality material and usually a good background about the design. Jackets can range from 75 (when on sale) to 300+ dollars. All of it is very worth it. They also have a fancy swedish man there who is very kind and adds to the place. If you are a student, bring your I.D for 15% off

Will most definitely not be shopping here. I came into the store because a few pieces caught my eye. Before I could begin shopping, my children said they needed to use the restroom. As I was getting them both in and out of the restroom I noticed that several store associates kept coming by as if they thought I might be stealing. I was planning to return to shopping after my children finished in the restroom. However, I wont spend my money where I am discriminated against.

As a guy, this is my favorite clothing store. Their style is very masculine while still being stylish. I love everything Ive bought from here. Perfect Portland aesthetic.

Establishment was satisfactory and probably will return at some point.

Helpful staff if not in stock they can make arrangements to have it sent from another store to your home . Good selection of clothes the dont follow the norm .

Highly disappointed with the low quality of service, attitude and the unprofessionalism from the staff at Pioneer Place store - A huge turn-off to the brand. Being defensive, talk back and dismissive is not the right way to treat your customers. Love the clothes and highly recommend the management to retrain your staff to be more professional when interfacing with customers.

Customer Service is horrendous. Spoke to a rep named Robin about exchanging a product I bought online for the right size. I wasnt returning anything, but she wanted me to pay $8 for the return then buy a new shirt in the size I wanted. I also tried to exchange at their brick&mortar store and they said they couldnt do exchanges for online product. Robin was rude, unhelpful and kept saying thats just our policy. Folks, their product is overpriced and service is non-existent. Avoid!

I used to buy Scotch and Soda at Nordstrom- so I have been a fan for a long time- nice little store friendly staff, kindof a weird dressing room wish there was a door and not a gaping curtain though....
