6 months or so of light usage. Contact customer service with hope they stand behind their product, but I do not of proof of purchase so no help. Advice from them remember what store you got them from and ask them. I dont remember what store. Sustainable should not mean inferior.

My husband and I came in here and was helped by a woman named Ally. I wanted to leave a review because she completely blew our experience out of the water! Of course, every employee had great customer service, but she worked with us directly and was so personal, patient, funny, and was so helpful with trying to find the right stuff for us. She’s really a special type of person and I’m so thankful for the amazing customer service she had!! I would drive back to Oregon just to shop with her again!

There was one in Santa Barbara, Ca. but it closed so when I was here visiting Portland and saw this one I had to stop in. The store is well lit and easy to get around in as they keep the spacing between racks and displays roomy. The staff is friendly and helpful but do look around because the one person helping me didnt know that a shirt I was looking at came in another color that was on the same display! They do have clearance racks and good sale racks. Overall a great place to shop.EDIT: I do have a problem with them deleting pictures I have posted numerous times, nothing offensive in them and they are good shots of the store inside. I guess they like showing places that have nothing to do with the actual store. This seems to me overly controlling where we cant see what this location truely looks like or has to offer other than primped staged ad shots.

Its a great outdoor shop that propose a lot of good product that are perfect for Oregon climate, and they are looking good in general. Ive spent over a day in their shop. They also propose yoga classes that are awesome.

My whole wardrobe is turning into Prana. The best looking, most comfortable, dynamic clothing on the market! Only four stars because they need a bigger mens selection, get that fixed and it is 5 stars forever!

Great quality and service. They didnt have the pants I wanted in black at the store so they sent them to my house no charge. I like their ideals. People on here were complaining about the prices but I had just been up the street at the Levis store where the jeans were NOT organic or fair trade and cost even more, but no one complains about them! I got two durable lightweight travel pants that fit perfectly. Very happy!

I like this because my wife likes this place. I wish they had a waiting room with news and sports playing so that those of us who are there for support could relax while our SO shopped. It is a very nice store.

Made a quick online return and was blown away by how clean, classy, and helpful the staff and store was! If possible, go shopping in the store vs online because they really know how to give a positive experience. I was fitted, shown great selections, and the return i made as effortless!

I dont have a ton of experience with their clothes. Being a shorter gentleman its rare I find something there my size. The one item I have from the brand I found elsewhere that I do have is very nice. I did notice this trip that Ive never been approached by the staff offering help to find anything, like they do work other patrons, despite the long time I was searching the racks. Only speculation, but I was the only non-white customer.

Prada has a very outdoorsy vibe with a smaller selection of mens items. The pants have stretch in all of them and range from slim which werent that slim two more baggy style. They had a wide range of options for size which I really liked and more in the back. I notice that they were really going for a sleek fit-and-finish but missed the mark when it came to style points for me. Youre also going to look between spending $30 to $80 depending on what youre buying. It definitely gave off a very Portland feel.

I really enjoy prAna clothes, as they are comfortable, but the prices are steep. Staff here at the prAna Portland store are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will walk you through what you need to know about the products. My problem is I hate shirts that are 100% cotton and shrink after 1 wash. The way a lot of shirts get to be extremely soft and with cotton is a lower thread count, so when they shrink, they shrink a lot more than when there is a higher thread count. I always look for about 40%/60% Polyester to cotton or more ratio.

I like that they use materials from sustainable sources and the store is laid out quite nicely! The materials dont feel cheap either, they are a bit on the pricey side of things but it is as expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

I first tried Prana clothes when the Whole Foods in Savannah, GA had them in stock. I love the fit, style and quality. Since I live in Connecticut I have limited options for purchasing other than Amazon. I was in Portland, Oregon on business when to my delight I found this brick and mortar Prana store. The staff was friendly and helpful and I saw styles Id never seen before. Its also located in a great neighborhood (Uptown) that has an eclectic mix of stores and eateries. Pro tip: be sure to put your parking receipt on your dashboard or risk a $40+ ticket.

Didnt have much of what I was looking for in stock. Wanted a jacket (sizes werent in stock) and multiple hoodies (only one was in stock and not in the right size). The website has free shipping over $100 which seems better but without trying it on Im unsure if it would fit properly. 2 stars for the lack of stock, but 1 additional star for the high quality goods.

Nice little store with all the selection you need. Rating it 4 star because I didnt figure out wheel chair/stroller access to the upper section and it is quite pricey but great quality clothes
