Beautiful store, unique products, friendly staff. They have imported Japanese products, both old and new. Lots of indigo dyed textiles with sashiko stitching and shibori resist dye patterns. Really cool and worth visiting!

Was walking around Portland and saw the windows of this store and fell in love! I walked in with my little sister, and the owner (I presume) gave her candy. We felt welcome and comfortable. Prices are a bit on the higher end but theyre completely understandable as the products are of good quality and artisan-made. The person at the cashier was lovely as well.

Very high quality masks and sensible customer service. Ordered couple masks to Toronto, Canada for my girlfriend as a present and there were some difficulties with delivery. Kiriko staff promptly responded and gave a very straightforward plan of action.Everything got resolved, very satisfied with masks. Recommended!

Foind this shop on Insta and had to see it while we were in town. The owner/staff were all friendly and knowledgeable whenever you had questions without being overbearing. The textiles and other Japanese goods are beautiful; you can tell they love their craft. My only regret is not having a big enough checked bag to buy more things!

Great products with even greater service. They retroactively applied a discount that I wasn’t aware of. The mask is great and the bandannas are beautiful. Beautifully packaged as well. Will definitely shop with them again. It’s clear they really value their customers.

I stumbled upon this place while wandering around Portland and decided to venture in. There were so many handmade items that were unique and hard to choose from. The owner personally makes each item in the store and also has a selection or rare assortment of Japanese decor. The store itself is visually stunning in the way that it is merchandised. There are plenty items to browse through from as far as kimonos, tops, scarves, tea sets, socks, bags, etc. I bought a few unique gifts and my friends were over the moon about the patterns and texture. This is a must see if you are in Portland and would like to pick up a one of a kind gift. Their new location is even bigger now!

I found Kiriko thru an online search for tabi (v-toe) socks. Kiriko had the best selection of all the sites I visited. And great customer service -- I emailed to ask about sizing and they replied right away with helpful info. After the order was fulfilled, I received a lovely note letting me know the item had shipped. Kiriko offers a wide variety of elegant, one-of-a-kind, traditional Japanese items with a modern twist. Cant wait to order more.

Fine quality Japanese textiles and helpful, informative, friendly staff. They host events from time to time that are worth checking out! The yearly patchwork workshops where you can sew their scraps onto your own clothing in the boro style with assistance from their expert seamstress is a special treat.

I have not been to Portland yet to see this store in person but I have shopped many times online. Though my wardrobe is fairly simple, I do love a good statement piece and Kiriko has produced several pieces I can’t live without. I purchased an antique kendo jacket from them two years ago that I wear so often it’s become a part of my identity. I recently purchased one of their button up aprons and I have been wearing it (almost) as a dress with a sweater underneath, over skinny jeans. Their clothing is excellent for someone who wants comfort and style, but low maintenance. I have also purchased pocket squares as gifts for the men in my family, as well as a number of scarves, hats and dresses.Something that really makes me feel special as a customer is their personalized messages they send following up after each order. As a retail manager of a brick and mortar store (that also dabbles in e-commerce) I know how tough it is to build a base of repeat customers in an age when there is less and less of a personal touch to selling. This company has inspired me to better in my career and dressed me well for the adventure. Cheers!

Amazing customer service! I asked a question through instagram and they quickly answered! I was asking for a product that was no longer on the website, but one of the workers actually looked through their inventory at their store and found it! These people love their products, and care about their customers. The quality of the Haori I bought was amazing.

THE BEST. If you are looking for the highest quality and a unique product, then look no further. This store does it right! I currently own four pocket squares and two ties from Kiriko and they are AWESOME. This is a product that you know the price is worth it because of the quality. Not to mention, I didnt through away the packaging yet because even that is top notch! If you dont believe me, just check out my Instagram and see for yourself: @DapperProfessional

Excellent, friendly service with a great selection of very beautiful clothing and accessories. The shop itself is small, but well organized and cozy, with lots of cool art and knick-knacks to check out. I bought a nice short-styled Kimono as a gift, and Id go back just to hang out and see what else I might want to pick up.
