Shout out to Bennett for the help finding the right size of shoes. It was a busy weekend, and he made time to help me find the right size, so really appreciate it. Huge thanks to Eugene, who made returns of items that were the wrong size super easy. The employees were all meticulously restocking, organizing, and resetting the stores to make it look nice while shoppers looking for a good deal tore through the shoe and clothing sections. Fabulous customer service, and I could see a real employee effort to make the shopper experience nice.

You have to wait in 3 giant lines. Two to get in and one to check out. Even if you just have a return. The store is also set up poorly, doesn’t have any shoes above a size 12 in Men’s. The clothing options were horrible and only XS. My partner bought a jacket that was originally $80 and it’s pilly after two wears. It’s such a waste of time shopping here. The quality and selection is a big disappointment.

Good deals and worth checking out. Only downside is that I would have expected a much better assortment of Portland Timbers gear as this is their hometown and Adidas is their clothing sponsor. But beyond that they have a nice selection of clothes and shoes, all at 50% off. Hard to beat that!

50% off some really good Adidas gear. Cool location in Montgomery Place. If you are not an Adidas employee, you need to download the Adidas app and book a time to visit to get in the door. Or get an employee to give you a ticket. Dont just try to walk in - they will turn you away. And inside its a bit of a hodge podge. Completely self-service, lots of really nice stuff is only available in small or 2XL, etc. So definitely hit or miss.

Ill never buy Adidas again after this horrible lack of customer service as I purchased a pair of Adidas tennis shoes, wore them for 10 minutes on the court and drove 35 miles back to the store to return them only to be rejected because they werent new, in selling condition. Called customer service and they gave me the same treatment. No apology, just cold policy. Adios Adidas. You will N E V E R get my business again!

Bland and boring. I cant help but feel bad about giving a negative review due to product selection, but it was all the same faded and ugly colors. Is it too much to ask for them to move on from designs that are aesthetically archaic? Not to mention trying to find something that matches! On the rare occasion you find a top you like, better pray its black because that is the only option for bottoms.

Amazing prices but short on unique styles. Wish they had more colors and suede shoes. The clothing was okay and the soccer gear was not part of the good prices.

The store was great. The prices were awesome. The staff were so nice and helpful. Sabrina helped us the most. The dressing rooms were good size but not that many of them. The have some clarence with 10% more off then my discount. In all I did like this store and their prices. I do recommend going to this store if you have the opportunity.

We came here in late October and were not impressed with this selection. The quality did not match the price. The clothes seemed to be designed primarily for teenagers who pose on Instagram and dont actually work out.

Weve visited this store a few times in the past (with a pass, of course) and there have been some changes since Covid, but everything went really smoothly. The check in process is fast and easy, and the store was kept very clean. We didnt have any problem finding an employee when we needed assistance, as they were buzzing around the sales floor, and easily noticeable. Great job Adidas, we will absolutely visit again!

Would like to have seen larger quantities of items on display. Most everything had limited stock. Check out line took forever. Columbia employee store is much faster. Lots of parking available on weekends. Probably more of a problem on work days.

Hats off to this place. They are probably at a 3star realistically.I gave them 5 stars because we had a mishap with the shoe missing. There customer service was incredible. I was truthful in letting them know that we could have very well list the shoe. Customer service said if they have another pair they wiuld swap it out.Pretty much we should have been walking around with one shoe, but they saw it fit for is to have a pair. Thanks.

Worst customer service over the phone. Asked to change method of payment because used the wrong card. Guy said I can’t. I asked him well how so? If I can come back return this stuff and after buy it back with a different card? He was like I guess so just if its in a presentable condition. As I was explaining to him that I was there just yesterday so nothing was worn he hung up on me.

Sometimes the size selection is limited, but the store carries a wide variety of options for men, women, and kids. That discount is so sweet, you almost feel obligated to buy something, and I always find something that I love. I feel great about what I bought and what I paid for it. You cant beat that.

You have to get an invite to come here, and Ive gone twice. Its a significant disappointment. You usually get a 50% off discount ticket when you arrive, but my wife and I felt like they jack up the listed price on the sticker so you really get like a 25% discount. For example, basic shoes that should have retailed for around $90 were priced at $180 - so you felt like you were just paying full retail price for so-so quality shoes.My wife got 2 classic pairs because with the 50% off deal they were about 25% off retail prices advertised at other stores. I was not so lucky. I am a solid size Large for most things and everything usually fits me perfectly - however, I bought a T-shirt here and it has a really odd fit - slim fit in the body (fine), but the neck is low in the back and high in the front so it chokes you. The arms are also like 3 too long. This is the kind of nonsense you get with really cheap (low-quality) clothing. My mom bought a 3-pack of socks here and they had holes within a couple of wears.Im not going back despite the lure of a big discount.

The store was pretty great. We went on Good Friday and it was pretty busy--did not help that they only had one set of fitting rooms open. The shoe selection was terrific: mens and womens for all sports and activities (I wear a size 13 and had no trouble with product availability). I would have liked to see additional apparel i.e. golf, training, etc.All-in-all, really great experience. Im happy I went!

The store is nice and it’s great that they give you a bigger discount than other shoe companies employee stores. However, what’s the point of setting a reservation only to be sent to the back of the line where walk-ins were just sent? Essentially I could have saved a 20 minute wait in the reservation line and gone straight to the walk-in line, and gotten in 30 minutes faster. A flawed system to say the least. Don’t waste your time downloading the app, planning your day to make sure you get there at a certain time and then wait for nothing. Simply walk right up...just do it.

The North American headquarters of Addidas. Not as large as their world headquarters in Germany but still impressive. They have free parking and if you are a legitimate guest/employee you can shop at their store which is fifty percent off. They have a cafeteria and there is often a food truck during lunch hours. They are on both sides of the street and the buildings are colour codes based on their operations. It is a super cool environment and was formerly a hospital. Very fun place to check out if you can get an invite or tour.

The prices are great, the variety is solid, but the availability of sizes is kinda garbage. Went in for shoes, found about 7 pairs in total that we would have purchased and walked out of the store with only one pair, this was our 3rd trip with a pretty similar outcome. Its pretty disappointing to go in and get excited about the variety only to walk out empty-handed.

COVID precautions are in place OUTSIDE while in lines but not enforced in store in the aisles, etc. Patrons, not employees are those who are violating the social distancing in store. Wear your mask and try to sanitize between trying on shoes. The staff is always kind and helpful but I LOVE my Adidas and went with specific shoes in mind. THOUGH I didnt find those shoes (NMD-R1) I did find 6 other pairs I LOVED. I will say that I wish that there were a greater selection of kids shoes but my kids are still small enough that they grow too quickly for $40 shoes anyway. However, I am always happy with the selection for adults and the prices. I am a loyal Adidas customer!

Excellent Adidas shopping experience. We found everything we were looking for. Lots of styles and sizes. They cater to the local sports teams both ameture and pro. The building is the vintage Montgomery Ward landmark that has been refurbished with a modern twist.

What happened to Adidas? All the clothes got ugly. And the shoe designs are more flash than well engineered footwear. Material used has degraded and the only item worth buying was a 3 pack of socks.
