Sure you can buy most of the stuff online, but the friendly service is what brings me back each time. They tend to run a little low on e-juice from time to time, but there willingness to help and friendlyness is what keeps you coming back for more.

I went here as a convenient place to buy CBD oil in a pinch, and was really impressed by the quality selection and prices of everything. The staff has always been great, too; theyve always been personable, prompt, and more helpful than most people in any kind of store. Its the kind of place that feels like the staff is a family. Ill definitely be going back for most of my CBD oil.

This place is great. The first time I went there, I couldnt make up my mind which pipe I wanted. The guy was so patient...he had at least a dozen pipes on the counter that I was comparing, and I only bought one. I regularly bought kratom there, and spent time on Saturdays talking with the guy who worked there weekends. When I visit Portland again next month, Ill be stopping in at Smoke It Up for a new pipe...broke my favorite.

Came back after an awful experience, the guy was very nice, gave us good deals and even threw in a pack of smokes for free for us. He was very kind and knew a lot about the glass he was selling. Id come back again.

I went here to help a friend fix his vape pen. The person behind the counter new absolutely everything about vaping and their selection was astounding I dont know anything more about this but if I was to go to someplace to start this would be the place I go

They were not in the shop, left a sign saying be back in 4min 20sec Obnoxious, how long ago did you put the sign up? Will you actually be back on time? Your sign basically tells me youre closed until an unknown time, so I should just leave.Maybe get a sign that tells me when youll be back? Respect your customers time a little more.

This place used to be my go-to for Kratom. They charged 10/oz which is a great retail price. However, without any notice, they raised the price by 50%, which puts it at $15/oz. I’m no longer going to shop there for kratom. The two clerks that work at the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. However, their kratom knowledge leaves much to be desired. In terms of quality, the kratom is not worth $15. I try to support local vendors, but they’re other shops that charge less for better quality.

So let me start by saying that I used to work here back when it was owned by Myron before he passed away,, back then it was called Up In Smoke. Back then the shop was THE place to go. Ive been in there a couple of times since then and frankly Im dissapointed. The atmosphere is dead and the quality of service, less than acceptable. I wont spend money there,. And everyone Ive talked to about the shop has said the same thing, employees were rude and didnt feel welcomed. Im not trying to talk down on the shop Im just stating factual information from my prospective. It is what it is and I hope this post either helps them change the way they do things, or at the very least itll give people an idea of what to expect if they choose to go there.

I’ve been using kratom since 2014. I found this place while out on a walk with my dog. Kratom for $10 per oz was a great deal in my opinion. The price per oz and quality were hard to beat. However, they raised the price for their eclipse and bulk brands without notice. Herb stomp has better quality and prices. I don’t usually review online because it’s hard to run a business that makes everyone happy. When trying to address the issue with clerks, they blame the kratom vendors for raising the price on them. The common story is that kratom shipments are being confiscated at customs, which drive the prices up. Sounds like a very convenient excuse. Either way, the customers suffer. I won’t be shopping there for kratom anymore.

Off the path place but definitely worth checking out. Good selection and very friendly staff. Even took 20% off my purchase and threw in a free lighter.

I bought an E-nail for over 350$. It doesnt work. It didnt come with directions and the staff cant tell me the brand or how to work it. Ive been in the shop for over an hour, waiting for an employee who is late, to show me how to work this thing. They refuse to give me a refund even though Ive been waiting for an hour and the thing has never worked. Id rather pay a few more bucks for customer service. Thanks for robbing me

Super helpful duders working here. They have pipes and papers out the wazzu. The pretty much have you covered for most needs in the lung cloud department. It does not hurt the are on the same block as a cannibis shop and a liquor store.
