The staff at Total Surface Concepts were very helpful and professional. Once we decided on a color they got the job done quickly. They came in on Tuesday, and they were done by lunchtime on Friday. I called a few places around town inquiring staining products to stain our concrete in our living room (we tore the carpet out) and no one seemed to be informed enough on the products they were selling. That is until I stumbled across Total Surface! I was immediately transferred to the owner, Mark, who had a full conversation with me on what I would need & what I would need to do to achieve the stained concrete look I wanted. The fact that we talked for 20+ minutes about how to do it when I wasn’t even going to use his labor showed that he really cared and wanted to make sure I got the job done right. I ended up purchasing all of the products we needed to complete our project from Total Surface to show my appreciation for Mark taking the time to speak with me!

Let me start by saying what a GREAT job they did! I had the misfortune of actually going with a less reputable company to epoxy the floor of my man cave. Needless to say the workmanship and quality of their work was horrible. Then Mark and his crew came in and fixed everything. The guys were professional, mindful of my house, and did what they said they would when they said they would. Total Surface Concepts placed an epoxy flake surface on my enclosed outside porch floor. My wife and I are very happy with the results as it is easier to clean and walk on in bare feet than the previous exposed aggregate floor. The crew (Trey and Saf) were professional, showed up when they said they would and completed the work on schedule. They also explained what they were doing and what would happen next so we were always informed on the project. We would recommend this company to anybody.

Communication was excellent before, during and after the job was completed. Very nice job. Highly recommend.
