Gigi and Ted are great at what they do. They are happy to make suggestions so you can stay within your budget. Costumer service is a 10. We will continue to buy from them for all our home improvement needs.

I drove quite a ways to look at flooring here today and was very disappointed with the handling of the business. Upon arrival, around 11:30am, I was greeted and helped by an older woman who seemed very friendly. As I was looking around, the same lady was on the phone with either a vendor or employee and was extremely unprofessional with her communications with said person. After yelling at them (very loudly and rudely), someone named Wong, she proceed to hangup on them and slam down the phone while repeating I cant stand them over and over again. Shortly after, another customer walked into the business and the lady began a conversation with her talking about politics, our democratic society, and the problems with Chinese people/their work ethic. The interactions made me extremely uncomfortable to continue looking around and so I left. Its quite unfortunate because I have been shopping around for flooring the past week and this store actually had the color/type of flooring Ive been looking for at a reasonable price. I would be purchasing the flooring here for our entire house if it werent for the interactions I witnessed today of the lady with her customers/vendors. I would recommend that whoever handles your store front be trained more on professionalism and how to navigate miscommunications within the business.

I dont have a large job for them yet, but Im considering them. Ive been getting carpet samples to go under heavy storage cabinets Im buying for my back room, and under my existing file cabinet, so that I dont scrape, scratch and wreck my newly refinished wood floors. The samples are very useful and very inexpensive. I do like the look of the tile theyre offering though, so when it comes time to redo the kitchen I find it likely that Ill at least check them out.

Great prices, service, and expertise. Tons of selection. I was surprised this locally-owned small business could match the prices of the big box stores, but they do. Some of their stuff was even higher quality for the same price, and some of it was significantly cheaper (on sale).I also felt good about supporting a small family business. These guys are highly recommended. Shop local.

We used Flooring Depot to do our entire new house that was built. Our contractor recommended another place and after 5 mins in that other place with ZERO help...we decided to look elsewhere. We visited this place and met Gayle, who spent countless hours with us (throughout the entire process) going over options and configurations based on our vision and style we had in mind for our home. Never did she seem bothered or rushed and wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. Explained why we might want to pay money out of our pocket on top of our contractors budget...we did upgrade on carpet and it was well worth it. It gets compliments on a regular basis and has stood up better than other new construction homes cheap carpet i have seen. She even recommended, things that could save us money and put towards other items. She was about helping us and not making extra money off people who had no idea what they were doing.They had an amazing selection of products in a variety of styles...we never felt stuck without something we liked.While, we werent putting out a substantial amount of money from our own pockets per se. In the future I would gladly pay a premium for the service they offered as opposed to HD or the like for the care and attention we got.Can not recommend this place enough...go see Gayle!

Ted and Gayle saved the day for us when our family room was flooded last summer. We were hearing nothing but bad news from other companies about replacing our wood floor with the same product we had prior to our flood. Ted and Gayle immediately went to work for us - making phone calls - tracking down our discontinued floor at a local warehouse, holding inventory for us, delivery to our home, etc. They really went out of their way for us and made a very stressful situation a bit less stressful! Great experience! I am a first time DIYer and Ted taught me everything a guy needs to know in tile cutting. He even gave me a few tiles to practice.

Ted and GG listened to what we were looking for and guided us through the planning process by providing different choices of tiles, countertop and paint. They also ordered our new floor.
