WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!I was shown a vehicle that was just turned in and I absolutely loved it!!! They told me that it needed an inspection first and we would make an appointment as soon as possible. I even received a phone call from the manager a few days later asking if I was still interested in this vehicle... I said yes 100% as soon as it passes the inspection I would love to buy it! I just need to drive it first. Please dont sell it and I was told that they would not. The next day I received a phone call that one of the other dealers sold the car out from under the other dealer and myself
Just bought a 2011 chevy equinox through them. Kyle was the name if the gentleman that helped us and he was very helpful, very funny and beyond kind. The experience was beyond great! Very happy satisfied customer
Scuzzbags!!!Scheduled an appointment as the dealership requested to view a specific vehicle. Drove over an hour from home for this appointment just to get there and be informed that they just sold it. Great customer service guys! Ill suggest avoiding Mark Anderson if you decide to shop here.

I felt like I needed to take a shower when I left that place. I would never choose to go there unless I had to for a very specific reason. I left feeling like I wasnt given the information I needed to get my car fixed and I am NOT paying to have my car diagnosed. I understand the industry is moving that way and I understand, as the service rep indicated, some of the mechanics make up to $40 hr but the dealerships make enough money on the sale of new cars and should not be charging if no work is done. I will resist this business model as long as I can find a mechanic that will not charge me to simply look at the car.

Poor customer service after the sale. How can tires need replacing at one visit, pass inspection on the next visit and the same tires be judged as green (fine) quality on a third visit..... with many miles driven inbetween visits?!? Are they self healing tires? Or is it that they were still under warranty and quirk refused to acknowledge this? Repeated contact to dealership regarding this problem is ignored. WILL NOT BUY FROM AGAIN.
Worst car buying experience in over a decade. Sales reps quoted me a price and when it came time to finance they couldnt deliver. Had me waiting more than 2 hours after being told over the phone the deal we came to was a done deal. Left empty handed with 3 credit hits even though they only lease through GM. I have good credit, a good government job, Im a Combat Veteran and own a home. There is no reason they could not finance at the agreed terms. Was told I have a top tier credit application yet they came in more than $100 a month more than we agreed to. Would never give my business to these clowns.

Worst service department around, truck is under warranty 13,400 miles on needed a left tail light. They did the oil change and tire rotation like I asked but couldnt be bothered to check the tail light, like I had asked at 8am when I dropped truck off, picked it up at 2:30pm. Had to wait another hour for them to fix the tail light. WHY wouldnt they just have fixed in the 6hrs they had it..
Woundnt go back. Sent truck in for simple window problem and then they called to tell me it wouldnt start and needed a $2000 injection pump. Was running perfectly when i brougjt it down . a simple coincident ?? Hardly

Absolute worst used car I have ever purchased. To be fair, the vehicle came from the Bangor location (I believe). Regardless, I purchased a vehicle that has cost me about $3,500 in repair costs in the year following the purchase.
