The mechanic Chris is shady! Charged me 420$ for a AC repair. put in a part from the junkyard that was the wrong part. He promised he would fix it. Now hes ghosting me. Im a 70 year old woman living on social security
We were in and out in less than an hour. Gary is wonderful! Honest and ever so helpful. He did not try to hard sell us on anything(which is very refreshing) he also gave us a great price, working with me and the amount I had to spend. We left there with a beautiful Scion! And he is even taking car of the registration and plates for us at a responsible price.THANK YOU GARY! YOU ROCK! I will be recommending Price Is Right Autos 🚘 to all my friends.😄
Unprofessional. Do not follow thru with their word. Business practices seem shady. They clean the vehicles so well a machete was found in mine when pulling everything out to clean once a pet urine odor was found when the seats were laid down. If youre going to purchase from here, purchase outright
I got a great deal on a used car. Check them out!
Worse experience if my life. Currently working with attorney general and looking for more contacts who have had bad experiences with these guys. Actions of Fraud is against the law, no matter what you have been forced to sign. Period.
Horrible cars horrible sales service.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM HAVE YOUR MECHANIC CHECK THE CAR FIRST.. I LOST 2600 CASH BUYING A 2007 EQINOX AND IT OVERHEATED THE SAME DAY.. NOW I CANT DRIVE DRIVE IT.. THE HEADGASKET IS BLOWN...
Dont do business with this place!!! They sold me a POS that died while I was driving it on the highway.
*Update! Ok so here it is FIVE months later and not only have I still NOT received my license plates and registration that I paid Gary $200 for (and which the papers were supposedly sent out by him as well of course) but the car has since all of a sudden stopped running and been broken down in my driveway now for the last month and a half to two months as well. So super upset and disappointed. Feel duped. I spent everything I had on that car ($2000 sadly I know, but hey! still!) and I was able to drive it all of about 3 months. 😔 I literally cry about this. I would skip this spot if I were you...I sure wish I had.*Update Above-I love this place and this guy! I bought a super cute car from here today and i love it! And Gary was super honest, upfront and helpful. I will definitely recommend to everyone i know! Thank you Gary!
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, you WILL get ripped off!!!
Bought a car couple days ago and now its not working at all and they wont do nothing about it
Bought a 1995 Geo Prizm from them. They were fair and up front about the car, and negotiated well on the price. Ive had it about six months and driven it 5000 miles. Its been North of Seattle and back several times, and to Central Coast California and back. I recently had an oil change, and there were not signs of using oil or leaking it. I had to replace the alternator, but what do you expect for a $1300 car with 181,000 miles? I highly recommend this place. If you want decent, reliable, transportation at a reasonable price, go see them. The car was obviously taken care of.They took the time to make sure the car was clean, as was their lot and facilities. Not to mention they transferred the plates from my old car to this one, saving me a time wasting trip to the DMV. It may be a small lot off the beaten path, but they are truly professional. Thank you so much for a great experience.
Love my little car i got from them. it is what it is. come in with cash leave today with enough time to register it too. already put some love it it. i recommend if you looked by for something that can get you to work then you have nothing to complain about
My boyfriend and I bought a Chevy Aveo from here and the car is great. The service is even better and they have been willing to help us with anything they could. Will be back for sure!
The salesman did not do his job. We wanted outside financing and the said we did not qualify. Went to another place and they found us good financing with no problem. They are Definitely not motivated to sell. I dont recommend!!
Best car dealer purchase experience Ive had. Seriously a classic car salesman experience they are talkers. Bought a Crown Vic for a great price took care of temp tag and plates on the spot. NO DMV woohoo! I then drove it to a recommended mechanic who has some small repairs he suggested should be done in the near future. Proceeded to road trip to central Oregon rallied some dirt roads and back the next day with no issues. As for these other reviews, do yall know your buying a used car? Of course its gonna need things done.
I appreciate everything Gary has done for me. He got me finished up within 30 minutes and did it with full, genuine and authentic intentions. I’m grateful for him and his generous nature. Thanks again!!
Good place to get a car without financing. Half down and small monthly payments
SEE UPDATE Gary rocks!!! Sells overpriced garbage used cars to teenagers without checking them out. kids discovered that their lights didnt work when they got home and these guys actually charged them to fix it?!! Not even a week later the car overheats and has multiple leaks and gasket issues. Dealer claims too bad, they need to pay up or we will take them to collections. Stay away from these guys!!!!!!!!! would give them a Zero if I couldUpdate! After speaking directly with the Owner Gary he has proven to be an upstanding businessman who cares about his clients. He worked with us to get the issues resolved and problems fixed reasonably and at a level that was acceptable to all involved. I appreciate his honestly and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Gary again. So if you’re in the area after 2pm go see Gary and tell him you read my updated review.
My husband and I were looking for a used mini hardtop as a second car. As retired folks, we watch our pennies and Gary was generous with asking for what we could offer for the car. We reached an amicable price that met both our needs quickly and efficiently. This was the easiest and most pleasurable car shopping experience I ever had.
What is there to discuss my mom is disabled you took advantage and you sold her a lemon then you sent her away when she came to talk to you about it you said for her to never come back
Gary was amazing! He waited for me to get there as I was running behind due to traffic and stayed open late to take care of me. He made sure everything was to my liking before letting me leave with the car! He was friendly, professional and very kind. I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone go to him!
Had a terrible experience at The Price is Right. They tell you what you want to hear, but all they do is take your money and dont keep their end of the promise to work with me. Just had found new job and The Price is Right came and Repo my car. I will never work with this company anymore and advice others to do your research before putting up money. Get it in writting. Dont believe when people say they are understand when they havent walk in your shoes.
Amazing place to get a good car for cheap
Price Is Right has nice and affordable cars. Gary was very helpful and I had a great experience shopping here.
These guys are awesome. They are good people, they have good cars, and great prices. I have bought 2 cars from them now and no regrets, I highly recommend these guys for your next car purchase.
So far so good. Im a bit skeptical and leery when it comes to car dealers in general. Having said that, everyone Ive met here has been friendly and helpful. I feel the vehicle I purchased was in decent shape and reasonably free of defects and priced appropriately. Financing was easy and I felt the actual cost of credit was very fair for people with less than stellar credit. At this point Im expecting a great future relationship and will likely become a repeat customer. Definitely consider them when youre in the market for a used car. UPDATE: Paid off and running strong, you guys rock!
Favorite place to buy my vehicles from
Cliff is awesome!! Real down to earth guy. And willing to help you get rollin‘ again. Would recommend going to see him if you’re in a tight spot with limited time and money. Am planning to go back when I have to get my daughter a car.
Good sieves cheep prices all around good people
Gray is a great salesman and business man my boyfriend bought a mustang from his lot during the process he was helpful understanding and honest man when Id showed up with my boyfriend he was shock in a good way that I a young woman knew about cars and what to look for since I work for jiffy lube. About 2 weeks later I went to the lot with my boyfriend to bring my 1992 Acura integra with a motor of 2000 Id ask his brother for a quote for a trade in he looked at my car without asking questions or poppin the hood he said in a rude way $200 bucks I told him how can you juged the car without asking questions test driving it or looking at the title mind you that kelly book blue quotes me $1200. In the front there was a red Honda Id wanted to look at he said I couldnt look at the car and to leave the lot that he supposed is the owner. I told him that I spoke with gray and he said come back to help me get a car . Then he switched his store and said they both owe it that he wont do business with me Im honestly shock and sad how can someone be so rude and unprofessional to me a woman like really what has this world turn into I would love to go back if his brother said sorry to me please gray reach out to me
Thanks Gary. Love the car so far. Very upfront and honest. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent used car.
Absolutely love Price is Right! Great and honest guys, truly appreciate their loyalty to their customers. Clean and neat office too! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase from an honest dealer! This would be my 2nd car, I love upgrading with Price is right!
Best Experience Getting A Used Car.Owrner worked with me n made sure i walked out with a car. Good credit or bad credit. You can get a car.
I bought my 95 Ford Taurus from these guys for 900 dollars two years ago and have only replaced a belt and tires on it. It has really been a great car especially for the price. They knocked the price down a bit so I could afford all the tags title and license fees and then made sure I got plates that had at least a year of registration on them. Would definitely buy another car from them and plan to keep the one I did buy alot longer. Car is in overall good shape for its age too. 120xxx miles on it when I bought it and am up to 136xxx now
This place is a joke I’m calling my attorney and getting this place shut down they sold us a car with a broken axle and the srs came on just found out it doesn’t have a horn or airbag and the Abs light came on found out they can’t be selling cars that have a broken axle and all the lights on!! They never told us anything was wrong with it! Found out it’s against the law
Trustworthy people, good prices, love my car
Decent prices
Buying a car here was an awesome experience! Fast and friendly service. I’ll be back when I need another car!
Hello. I purchased my first car from this lot on 6/15/19. All the cars there are good looking. Most of them run good. Minor cosmetic issues but hey its a used car lot. What do you expect. They got great prices and Gary makes you feel at home, such a friendly man and very honest and when I had a problem test driving a car he was very apologetic cause he didnt know. He let me test drive another and I drove away with a car. This place is great for parents to get their kids a car to get them to point A and B. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car. When I need another car Im definitely coming back. Thank you Gary for making my first car purchase experience wonderful. He ess very thorough with explaining the paperwork and laws on getting cars from Oregon and trandfering them to Washington and vice versa. Again I would definitely come back and buy another car. They had another car that I wanted but it was manual not automatic.
They told me the title was clean and that the car was safe and legal to drive. Recently took it to a mechanic, it needs many repairs and the mechanic said it showed strong evidence of having been in a bad accident. Hence, not a clean title. Do NOT buy a car from them. I will be pursuing them in court soon.
Had a great experience buying an car here. They were friendly and quick!
DUDE IS A CON MAN! He had an ad on Craigslist for a running car with GOOD tags! When I got there the tags were expired and when I mentioned this is said would that really stop you from buying it. YES THAT MEANS HE IS DISHONEST! When he pulled the car forward it had puddles of fliud underneath where the car was.
Was sold a 1995 Chevy Blazer for $1500 with a whole host of problems that i was not told about. To begin with, the battery was completely shot and died on me twice the first week of ownership and i had to replace that ($120). A month later the radiator has a crack and starts leaking out of nowhere, another $250 to replace and thats without labor included. On top of that they were trying to get $2500 for it when I walked through the door. No wonder they were so negotiable on the price, making me feel like i am actually getting a decent deal. Shame on me. But Cliff i thought you were better than that.
Good cars for price salesperson was friendly and hometowny
Buyer Beware. Purchased a Ford Explorer from this dealership in July 2018 that has been nothing but problems. When I test drove the vehicle, it took the owner 3 tries to get the car to actually start, and he told me that it just happens with cars that have been sitting for a little while and the battery was old and weak and probably just needed the be replace soon. It continued to take 2-3 tries to start the vehicle, every time.Three weeks after purchasing the car, Im stranded 45 min. from home because the car will not turn over at ALL. I take Uber to a nearby auto parts store, and purchase a brand new battery, and new connectors (as the ones that were currently on the car were broken and crumbling) and replaced them, the car still would not turn over for several hours. This same occurrence happened 3 more times over the next two months, and it continued to take 2-3 tries to actually start the car.Fast forward to October 2018, car will not turn over at all, yet again, this time at 2 am in downtown Portland. After 3 hours, and multiple people helping and troubleshooting, it was determined that the anti-theft system in the car was not disengaging. The theft light had always been on, since the day I purchased the car. I have never owned a car with this system before, and since it had always been there, I assumed that was normal, and was only on to show that the system was on and working. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the keys given by the dealership were the incorrect keys, and therefor they were not disengaging the anti theft system when the keys were in the ignition as they were supposed to, to allow the engine to start. After several hours, we eventually got the car to start and get it home. The next morning, the car will not turn over yet again. I spoke the the dealership about this, and how it has left me stranded, and missing work because of being un-driveable, and that it states directly in the owners manual for the vehicle that after market keys do NOT work for this vehicle and will cause issues with starting the vehicle as well as loss of memory in the security system (mind you at this point, 3.5 months into owning the vehicle, and I have well over half of our agreement paid off) I was told tough luck.
Prices decent always looking to help not pushy or badger you have bought several from here
Within a month the cars Evaporation Emission Control System went out and the brakes needed to be replaced (they were grinding). So basically my experience is that they get the car in just good enough condition to get it off the lot, and then good luck to you.
All I wanted was a car I could reasonably depend on, thats the reason I went to a dealership. It turned out to have a bad radiator and needed headgasket work that I wasnt made aware of. I would suggest people stay away.
I hate to seem disingenuous by giving five stars but I really, truly did have a good experience with Cliff at PiRA—i bought a vehicle from him just a couple weeks ago at a fair price in fair shape.A word to prospective customers and one star reviewers: a vehicle is a big, comfy box that takes you around to places you want it to go. A vehicle is also a series of systems and components that are screwed, glued, and bolted together. When you bolt ANYTHING together, it has a tendency to wear randomly. From bed frames to rocket ships, if it’s mechanical in any way, it will eventually wear down. When you are shopping for a car at the price point around what PiRA has in stock, you need to adjust your expectations and realize that they are cars that have lived their lives and done their job, and some just need some tlc.And this, dear customer, is where you come in: you need to be mindful of your purchase. Inspect the vehicle, search for things that might warrant a second look. Don’t take random mechanics’ word for it, or your buddy who says he knows cars, or anybody else at all, even a salesman. Learn a little bit about your investment, research common issues, read forums, and be knowledgeable about what you’re buying. Was my car perfect off the lot? No. Cracked windshield, 2 missing interior covers, shoddy suspension. Is that the dealers fault? Absolutely not. All of those things were obvious during my thorough inspection and test drive, and cliff answered all of my questions.I spent an hour looking the car over before I even expressed interest—I noted what I found during inspection and a fair price was agreed upon.If you’re expecting every single car to be perfect, flawless, shiny, happy funtime car that won’t show wear for another 10 years, go pay 20 grand at a jumbo dealership. If you are tight on cash and are willing to take the time to find out what you truly want and need from a car, hit up PiRA because their stock is eclectic with a lot of gems in it, I’m very happy with my car, I’ll be back for another at some point, I’m sure.
Very friendly staff and they made it very easy to get into a car. Great place!!
The epitome of sleazy car salesman. Man didnt even know a thing about any of the cars, not even the prices, he was rude, pressuring, repeated not tryna twist ur arm, Im just saying many times to try to get us to buy any car. Not going back.
Bought 2 cars from them and brought friends and family every single one of the cars they sold had pre existing conditions that caused all the cars to stop running we also had a contract for them to fix some things on the car that they never fixed. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Horrible business. Sold a lemon and offered to do absolutely nothing and that it is something that I will just have to deal with. Never step foot on this lot
Dont waste your time
Very affordable prices, they are very welcoming and great customer service! !!..
Do not ..I mean do Not Ever Trust these thiefs..I bought a car there, they told me it had a clean tittle, and then a few weeks my car # 1 was not running right,# 2 got tittle back it was not a clean tittle it been in wreck which was confirmed by my mechanic, they tried lieing but I had them on tape they got scared I was going to sue they tried just fixing car n giving back I wouldnt do it so they let me get a different car but # 1 I had to sign paper I wont sue, & I lost 800 on the deal they would not give me full credit,so the next car is a grand caravan, and they promised they fix a oil leak, a gasket, has not happened been 3 months, plus I took it in had to replace breaks & 2 front tires, and Im told Ive got a leak, and where its at you have to pull whole engine out,I still owe 400 on this car..which in my mechanics word...its a lemon...please do not buy anything from them ..glen...all of them, liars the lot of them
Got a deal! Awesome, thanks very much
