Its my 3rd vehicle that I bought from them.Very good guys to work with.Straightforward honest. No pressure, like those guys. I would definitely come back for my 4th one, when time comes.

Look, they weren’t the worst but it also isn’t the best. I was approved for financing and asked to sign a contract that didn’t tell me what my monthly payment was or what my APR was going to be in order to drive it off the lot. So, because I needed a car and I was “approved for financing” I did it.2 weeks later I get a call to set up the monthly payments. It’s $250 more a month than I toldthem I was willing to pay, and the interest rate is so horrific that by the time it’s done I will have paid $27,000 for a $12,000 finance.While I did get the car I applied for, I was definitely blinded by them. While they didn’t necessarily openly lie, they did lead me to believe something else.I had a very deep conversation with them on the phone about EXACTLY how much I was willing to pay and we had all seemingly come to an agreement on this. But yet, that’s not what happened.End of the story: you’ll get a car but you’ll probably have to pay an absurd amount

Once again this car dealership proves it just doesn’t care about the surrounding neighborhood. They continually park their used cars all over the surrounding streets of the neighborhood. I have made numerous complaints to the city and perhaps it’s time to start timed parking in our hood as was suggested by PBOT. They abandon cars for WEEKS, park illegally, and constantly drive at ridiculous speeds throughout the neighborhood. Please don’t patronize a business that shows this amount of disregard to it’s neighbors, makes you wonder what kind of car they are trying to unload onto it’s customers? The cones in the background are what my neighbors use to prevent CASCADE AUTO from parking all over the street and blocking spaces.

These gentlemen are hands-off no-pressure salesmen and I loved every minute of the experience, I even walked away with an awesome three year warranty for a reasonable cost... & a box of the most decadent chocolates my husband and I have ever had as a complimentary gift for the purchase of my lovely new suv at the right price :O THANK YOU, CASCADE AUTO ♡Edit-- Changing to 1☆. After having gone to order & pick up my -WRONG- replacement part and having to have my seat replaced with another from another Dodge/having to go back to get my seat, & sending over the quote on Messenger as instructed for them to *pay with their account* at the Dodge dealership,, I was told to pony up to get paid back. I have been waiting ONE WHOLE MONTH since sending the quote. Suddenly they dont want to communicate over messenger though weve had communication before this hassle just dandy. My current impression now stands that the hands-off approach to the sale was just pure laziness.

I am always skeptical when it comes to used care sales. I searched for a truck for awhile and found that cascade had the best prices on the exact truck I was looking for. Joseph and Michael took good care of me. They got me great financing and there level of communication and keeping me informed was excellent. They did everything to get everything right to make the deal happen. Even after the sale was done they were still very responsive and took care of my needs from a simple customer standpoint with and exceeded my expectations.Next time I am looking for a car I will contact them first because they earned my business.

I bought a 2014 ram promaster was reassured and sold a warranty that would protect and cover major disasters 3 months after purchased it broke down it has been broke down for 8 months have had it in two decent auto shops and 2 dodge dealership auto shop it’s currently at dodge and has been there for 3 months now. unlawful trade act is a gamble I can’t afford so I’m basically screwed and out 27,000$ on the vehicle and 7,000$ in repairs that hasn’t resolved the issue. This dealership shrugged me off on my first call referring me to the warranty and the warranty only cover internal motor and transmission so it was no help then the dealership ignore my calls and has moved locations. My advice go new you are not saving money buy purchasing from this dealership. They will lie and lie for a sale when they have your money good luck doing additional business with them.

Came in expecting to purchase a 2014 Forester, but to my surprise they had the vehicle id been wanting all along, a Toyota 4 runner! Brand new lift kit, wheels, and tires, and they even gave me a great price! Looking forward to using my rig for the next 10 year and beyond!

My experience at cascade auto was great, the prices are reasonable, and they are willing to work with you to help you afford the car you want! tristyn tirelessly worked to get the price down on the vehicle i wanted. they really do work hard for their customers!i had been emailing with tristyn the week previous and i already had the carfax for the vehicle i had in mind, and had requested a safety report that was made available upon coming in. all the staff was very attentive, helpful, and kind! i was working with a limited budget because i was replacing my recently totaled car, and i left with the car i had my eye on!the reason their prices are comparatively low to other lots is because they sell cars that have been previously totaled or have other marks on their records. the car i purchased was marked a total loss because it had been reported stolen and then was later found (but then belonged to the insurance company, who sold it to Cascade). not all totaled cars have physical issues or damage from accidents! it is beyond worth looking and checking with Cascade for carfax, etc.one of my tires had previous damage that wasn’t immediately detectable upon purchasing and it ended up going flat a few days after i purchased my vehicle, when i found out it couldn’t be patched but needed to be replaced i contacted Cascade and they are currently working with me to replace my tire! great customer service and trust worthy salespeople.i highly recommend going to cascade auto if you are looking for a high quality car at a low price! would buy from them again if i needed more than one car lol

Absolute swindlers who take advantage of people. I was told the car I was looking at (and bought) was a branded title- when I asked what that meant I was told that it had been in a MINOR accident. I was not told that my car was worth less than half of what I was paying. Much to my surprise when I went to switch my car in for larger when I found out I needed a bigger car for my family. Dishonest people who talk a good game about being Christian. Complete lies. Now I am stuck with a car I do not feel safe driving my toddler around in because it is worthless

After the purchase he asked how much gas is there left. I said not much. He offered to fill the tank up. That’s a plus!I don’t think there are dealers who does that. I recently purchased a vehicle, and from the first phone call the experience was great. When I arrived on the lot to look at the car I had in mind, I was greeted, not attacked, as I had been at most of the other places I visited. I was eagerly handed the keys to the car when I requested to test-drive it by myself. After the vehicle was inspected, I went inside to discuss the price; which was already reasonable. Joseph and I briefly talked, and I cut straight to the point that I wanted to pay an amount I had in mind. He told me that was low, but he would see what he could do. To my surprise he didnt need to spend a lot of time, nor make several trips to the sales managers office. He conferred briefly with the finance manger, came back and said, Lets do it! The process was quick after that. I was in and out with possession of my car about an hour after I drove on the lot. It has been a few weeks since I got the car, and after several miles, and a couple of trips to the beach, the car is holding up well and getting better mileage than expected. I am not one to write reviews, but my experience with Joseph and Larry was so good, I just had to leave a note. I would recommend these guys to all my friends!

Good guys, Honest, respectful and straight forward. Yes most of their cars are rebuilt titles. No they are not salvage, there is a difference that you can look up. I did not end up purchasing but thats only because I got approved for a new car faster. Their Journey was in better condition than several newer ones I looked at. So I bought a car from them back in June 2017. The vehicle I bought had 65,000 miles on it. Well Joesph offered me an extended warranty on the vehicle, promising me over and over that the warranty covered the vehicle another 80,000 miles or 48 months on top of the 65,000 miles. I made sure to ask multiple times to make sure I understood and Joesph reassured me that was how the warranty worked. Well over the weekend I ended up finding out my vehicle has a leaking head gasket. So my vehicle being at 82,000 miles currently, I put in a claim and was informed by the warranty company that the vehicle was only covered up to 80,000 miles on the vehicles, not and additional 80,000 miles. I called Cascade up to ask about that, they informed me they didnt have records that for back but theyd look into it and call me back. Havent heard anything from them in 2 days. If I had known that the warranty was going to cover me for only 15,000 extra miles, I wouldve never paid an extra $2650 for such a short warranty. But they scammed me and then when I called to ask them about it, I was given no help. So be careful if you buy here and buy an extended warranty from them.Edit: After a few weeks they corrected the issue and got my warranty fixed.

My wife and I went to purchase a vehicle that she had seen in an online ad. We went down and were surprised at the great selection of vehicles. We started off with one salesperson and were handed off to Mike N. Hes not the typical salesperson. He was attentive, not pushy, and answered our questions. He let us take the vehicle for a drive and stayed behind. When we returned we discussed terms and negotiated what we thought was a fair price. He threw in a gas card and we were on our way. We came back that evening after close to pick up the vehicle and there was someone who stayed there until we arrived. Thats good service. On the drive home we noticed the AC didnt work. We took it to BMW and they wouldnt look at it even though we had the purchase paperwork. We called Mike and they got us right in and fixed it. Mike called us later to make sure it was working. My initial five star rating was because they told me that they’ll give me my hold back on a car I didn’t end up getting if I left them a five star review, then proceeded to check on google to see that I had in fact left them said review before giving me the refund.

Thank you for Cascade Auto. Had a good time coming to cascade auto. A friend referred me. They had a good selection so we came and got a car for my mom.

Less than a year after buying my 2015 Outback, the repairs they did to resell the vehicle have broken down and the warranty doesn’t cover their repairs. Now I’m out $215 to have my lights replaced. I was happy for the first 10k miles, but I haven’t been happy with the work they did to rebuild the title since.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Purchased a car from them about a year ago with a extended service contract the was $3,459 that I never used one time. I recently purchased a new car and wanted to cancel and get my warranty refunded. I call to cancel my warranty and they tell me its only refundable in the first 30 days. BULL. So I get all the paperwork they gave me that I signed and it says nothing about my warranty not being cancel-able!!! They never disclosed it to me. Very shady dealership. Dont buy your car from here! You will get totally ripped off. Thanks for nothing. I will be contacting the attorney general.

Joseph was a good No no-nonsense used car salesman. We picked up a Sienna with a salvage title, from a flood, and the vehicle seems to be in perfect working order. They tried to sell us on the gap coverage and maintenance plan, I told them I wasnt interested but they kept pushing it a little bit. I had previously given them a good rating, but since I got into an accident in June 2018, with the car I bought from them back in Sept 2017, it has been nothing but hell. The GAP insurance that they sold me was worthless, because it did not help pay off my loan on the vehicle. The GAP company denied my claim because the car I bought from them was a salvaged title. They new this, and told me I would have no problems with the GAP insurance. I do not recommend this dealership at all! They are liars and they don’t care about the consumer. I recommend going somewhere else.
