Took my vehicle into the service department because it was smoking when I started it up in the morning. After 3 or 4 days they called me and said that everything was running great. They have had no problems with it, it was running quiet and smooth. No problems that they could see after running through their full diagnostic. I then asked what it was burning to cause all that smoke? Was it oil or coolant? They told me they never checked. They will call me back in a little while. They called back in ten minutes and said my oil sump was completely empty and that I need a new engine. I told them no thanks paid them the 150 dollar fee for checking on the one item that I had to prompt them to do and got my car out of there.

OVER $5000 of work done on the car and it is STILL NOT fixed properly. They replaced a A/C compressor when there was NOTHING wrong with the original one. How do I know? Cause it worked EVERYTIME I turned it on. Now the car sounds like something is loose when I turn the A/C on AND the ORIGINAL problem I took the car in for is STILL NOT fixed. I had planned on trading the car in and purchasing another there. I will go elsewhere instead and hopefully be treated better and get my problem resolved. At that time I will trade the car in and purchase another at that dealership.

I was very disappointed to find out that my second oil change for my Camaro was denied due to it being expired!!! I only have 6790 miles on the car and went for an oil change which should have been free. They told me had expired. I feel I’m being punished for not driving my car enough to get the oil change sooner. Mr Wiileford I’m not sure we can do business in the future. Sincerely, Robert Roach!!!

Having strange noise coming from left front wheel area during hard braking on my 2021 Chevy Equinox Premier. Service rep gave me a service bulletin stating Chevy engineers are aware of this issue but there is no solution to fix this issue at this time. Service rep said nothing was done to my vehicle during this service appointment but did tell me my car is safe to drive.

Went there for condensor leak and they tried to charge us 1700 (1200 just for labor) I called 5 other places and every one said it would be under 1000. Im getting it done for 750. This place is a joke !!! Come to find out, this is a normal issue with chevy bc its a bad weld, I will never buy another chevy, i shouldnt have these issues with a new truck.. plus theyre all a bunch of scammers up there, youve been warned

Sales experience was great. Experience with service department was not as good. Be prepared to pay 175.00 for them just to look at your vehicle to diagnose the problem. Was not informed of this prior to dropping off my truck for an issue.

The brakes on my 2015 Sierra pickup had developed a shimmy when I applied the brakes to stop. I was expecting to need a full brake job, with over 70k mikes on the truck. The service department only did what was necessary and nothing beyond that, which ended up being only the front disc brakes. I appreciate the quality work and friendly service. I also really appreciate the integrity of the service rep (Celeste) in not selling me parts and labor I didn’t need! I highly recommend this dealership.

I have been using GM Service departments for decades. Every Service Department has issues. The reason I prefer Al Willeford Service department is they have always treated me fairly whenever there has been an issue which only happens very rarely. Kudos to Brian, Celeste and Raymond!

I bought a car from here about 2 months ago and the experience whet very well. I feel like my dealer gave me the best deal possible. However now its been about 2 months later and my car is acting strange when I start to accelerate. And so I ask to bring it in to their service center and now they want to charge me a $190 just to run a diagnostic. I feel like now that they made their sell the car is no longer their problem. I feel like Since I bought the car from them and its been such a short time thay could at the very least run a diagnostic. Theres problems with this car that I feel would have been an easy fix and should have been taken care of before selling it. I will not ever bringing my car into this location to be serviced.

This is only related to the service and tech department.I have had my wifes vehicle in on 2 different occasions, both for easy oil changes and rotates. Both times I have asked overall how the vehicle looks, both times everything looks great . Problem is both times I have found things very wrong AFTER the service. (not mechanic caused). Wife told me she heard a cluck on bumps. 1 week after service I find sway bar link is loose and lower control arm bushing is trashed, tire has play in it! How did the tech not see? Oh, because they didnt bother looking, not just for me, but thats how you get business, UPSELL! Well I will not be taking my vehicles there again.

We went in on a Monday, was told the service manager had traded in a particular car, had just came in, they showed us the car. They said they needed till Wednesday to make sure it passed inspection, and would be safe for us to test drive, to do an oil change on it, and clean it. We spoke with a salesperson and a manager. They printed out a copy of what it would cost us, gave us a copy. We verbally agreed, to wait to hear from them by Wednesday. We stopped by on Wednesday morning, said the 2 men we initially talked to werent there. They said theyd get the car in and get things moving forward for us, and wed hear from them in a day or two. They called us Saturday morning, said theyd sold the car. They sold it out from under us. Now we search again, a week wasted. Dirty business dealings, men.......very unproffessional.

Great experience. Had been shopping for a vehicle for a few months, other dealers gave me the runaround, pulled the Internet Pricing BS on me (that was SHAW) and not move a penny for price negotiating. People dont fall for not being able to haggle price. Al Willeford gave me a great deal, I haggled a little on price they agreed. The deal was sealed. I left the facility, came back a few hours later and paperwork was ready to be signed (less than 15 minutes and the vehicle was mine).

This is the worst dealership to have work done to your vehicle. I took my vehicle in for a warranty issue (bad strut). They replaced the bad strut but broke my steering column in the process. On top of it the wheel alignment was not done after the strut was replaced. When I took it back they told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I had to take it to another dealership with competent mechanics to have my vehicle fixed correctly. Al Williford Chevrolet does not care about the quality of work they do.

I had a flat tire on a vehicle with 3k miles and under warranty. The service rep insisted I didnt have a tire warranty .... except I did. I had to get the manager involved. They kept my car for 3 days and stilldidnt install the floor mats in my 21 Tahoe they said they would take care of installing. I just find when they argue with me its BS

Great service and excellent people! I had previously taken my truck to AutoNation in Corpus for a brake recall. I had booked the earliest appointment of the day (8 AM) and they had my vehicle more than half the day (after 2pm) without even getting to my truck! Here at Al Willeford Chevrolet, I took it in first thing (8 AM as well), had my vehicle fixed, and I was back on the road by 930 AM!

We researched what we wanted in advance.We then called ahead and made sure it was on the lot, with the price and features we wanted. Zachary met us at the door. He didnt try to sell us anything; he just showed us what we asked to see. He was knowledgeable and polite, not to mention patient. We purchased the car we came for, and when Zachary found out it was for our daughter he made the drive away special. He also took the time to explain all of the safety features to her. Larry helped with the paperwork, and he was equally patient, as she had to write out her first big check. While Larry promoted products available, he did not try to pressure us into buying anything we didnt want. All in all, it was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, and the the most painless. -Thank you... We will be buying our next car from them as well.

Dropped off truck at 7:30am for a scheduled appointment time. We are now going on 5 hours for an oil change and wash. Was told wash was done and oil change and then called back after an hour of not hearing anything and was told they havent started the wash because people are at lunch. So I guess it was never washed. So five hours for an oil change.

First time customer for the service department, was met by service representative Raymond Castillo immediately, a busy Monday morning and I had no appointment, minor service issue under warranty, my vehicle was accepted, I was given a courtesy shuttle ride home within minutes, called a few hours later, picked up at my home and delivered to my repaired vehicle. Maybe it was just good timing on my part. Regardless, the service from start to finish was over the top. I have never taken the time to write a review for any type of service until now. These guys deserve a pat on the back. Great Job! Highly recommended.

I have used them for years - as have my parents - always buy vehicles from them. Sometimes it takes a while to get our vehicles worked on but they are just really busy. 4 days for an alignment. Smh. Bryan Harrison called me to talk to me about taking down the bad review and he would give me my truck, well i did and he said he would call me back on a little bit (were his words) to give me the ok to pick up the truck. Do not trust this company. My wife is receiving text messages from this dealership despite the fact that we live in Colorado. Weve never been to this dealership and dont own a Chevy. When I tried to call and find out how they got her cell phone number, the three different people dodged the question and transferred me to someone else. The worst part is that each time I would request a Manager, but not one would pick up. Its sad that honesty is now a thing of the past.

The actual service of replacing my bearings on the left front seems adequate so far. What I was not happy about was the fact that one of the technicians spilled coffee in my vehicle. When I climbed in to my work vehicle for work the weekend after service, there was an odd smell, sort of like old hazelnut. Upon further inspection, I found coffee stains and splatter in my drink holders, on my hand sanitizer can in the holder, console area, around the plastic base of shifter, on receipts, inhaler and wipe packets in gap under dvd player. (I have pictures) I dont drink hazelnut coffee...so I know it wasnt me. I returned to dealer and to her credit, Celeste helped clean the mess, otherwise my 3 star rating would be much lower. PLEASE...STOP DRINKING IN CLIENT VEHICLES!!!! Usually this dealership treats me and my property better. I was sorely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and lack of consideration for me and my property. I dont know if I will return.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle. Weve purchased 2 vehicles here. Theyre very layed back and low pressure. Both times we walked in, told thez salesman how much we would pay and gave them one chance to counter with their best offer. Both times they came back with great prices. Celeste, in Service is terrific. Shes always on top of things and gets our vehicles back asap.
