Stopped in recently to check out the store. I had an obscure, technical question for the gentleman working behind the counter about an OBDII Memory Saver.I was surprised he knew exactly the product in question, and though not in stock, he was quick to find one for order.After, I looked around a bit, and noticed that while I shopped, the highly informed man at work seemingly did the job of three people.Answered phones, collected battery cores, cashed me out, and answered questions inquired by the customer in line behind me.Great atmosphere, good staff, products on hand, products for order, battery recycling, and more Im sure. I highly recommend checking the place out.

Been here a couple of times for generator batteries for my electrical company was always happy with their prices and customer service. Felt like leaving a review after I came in looking for a battery for my boys Power Wheel 4 wheeler. Mary was wonderful and the price was lower than Amazons and still name brand, I was extremely pleased to support a local, veteran business over that big giant smile.

I had no problems with collecting my warranty on my defective Interstate Battery which lasted almost 4 out of 5 years of the warranty. The customer service was what it needed to be with the exception of the fact that it was obvious the one and only salesperson was overly stressed with too many irons in the fire trying to help customers and putting out fires apparently with their tech support. Long story short I will probably never buy another Interstate Battery because of the crummy warranty. While I was able to get 25% off the cost of a new battery the new battery warranty only lasted to the end of the old batteries warranty period. Meaning that I paid $109 for a new battery whos warranty is only good for one more year!

Really excellent service and honest employees. That said, It would seem prudent for them to be wearing masks and to provide sanitizer.

I came in here to recycle some used batteries. The staff was super polite and helpful, they explained the payment and had it printed on the wall. They were very informative and helpful!

Simply great people. Ive come in to get a new phone battery, and then when I came in the next time, they were installing a car battery right their in parking...their private spot. I just needed a tiny battery for my CUBE. Which the lady promptly popped open and installed.

Updated 5/7/21 Service was excellent. She didnt tell me what I needed(I knew before hand),instead she detailed my options and let me decide. In and out less than 10 minutes.Update27 months into a 30 month free replacement and the tech tested my battery and replaced it no problem. Awesome service . I. Will go THERE again..

Interstate Batteries are by far the best in my experiences. I used to run other brands, but interstate sells the most reliable batteries out there. The folks at this location have superior customer service, very friendly, and very willing to help you. Not only do they offer car and truck batteries, but also flashlights and other items. Although I have no problems installing my own batteries, I would feel very comfortable sending my wife there, as I know she would be taken care of. Thanks again guys, great job!

The staff here is amazing. I have bought batteries here before but also once had my car die in the parking lot and they went far beyond what they needed to in helping me out. Really great store

Their batteries suck! I have given them three chances to sell me a cell phone battery and every time within weeks it stops producing juice and my phone needs to be charged continuously. After the second one I had a conversation but the third one was just as bad. I wouldnt shop here again -why would you?

I got a rather irregular sized batter for my Honda about 15 months ago. I was having some issues with my cars startup and they serviced the battery, checked and replenished its water levels, tightened the connections, and cleaned the electrical contacts. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and my car has been turning over no problem.

Excellent customer service! Jameson was warm and friendly. He quickly found our new battery and did the install in mere minutes. We did a quick start to confirm everything was in working order and he sent us home with a smile. Thank you!

If zero stars was an option, I would give it to this interstate battery location. I bought a battery for my Yukon there about three years and 6 weeks ago and almost immediately began having problems. I brought it in a couple of times and was assured it was not the battery. One time they tightened the connections. One time they ran a test and told me it was probably an electrical systems problem. Took it to my mechanic had it tested no electrical problems, starter is strong. Kept having the battery die. Got it jumped by AAA several more times and they consistently told me it was a problem with the battery. Brought the battery back about a year ago they took it out for a few days gave me a loaner. Experienced no problems while I had the loaner. They put my old battery back in, started having problems again. Took it back to my mechanic and had the pleasure of AAA jumps several more times. Every expert I have consulted consistently says that it is a bad battery except Interstate. There is a clear cold cranking issue. I did not even understand this much about batteries before but am understanding how to read the diagnostics now. Cold cranking amps are about a quarter of what they should be. For some reason interstate is the only company whose test do not show this. And now that my Battery is about a month past warrantee they are refusing to replace it even though there is a history of notes in their system of my consistent challenges and their refusal to replace it. I’ve had consistent problems and they refuse to give me a new battery. They did offer to give me a discount battery today. Very nice except for the paperwork says I should be outrageously satisfied with the battery. And I am far far from it. I would not recommend getting a battery here. Maybe another interstate can do better but I’m pretty confident the guys at this location do not know what they’re doing.

If you want your battery installed, with better warranty at the same price you would just buy one somewhere else... this is the place!! great staff!! awesome service!! fast and easy!!They even attach temp battery to save all your car settings...

Been there a few times. I needed a battery for my truck, and they were extremely helpful and even installed it at night and in the rain. Super friendly and knowledgeable folks. Highly recommend.

There high end batteries are great, however a bit pricey.

I went there to check my battery and they tested it for free. My battery was fine and no one tried to sell my anything I didnt need. They were honest and friendly.

Excellent service. Price matches with online offers (including eBay). Bring a printed out paper with the item. They also are genuinely interested in helping you. I got a $134.99 battery for $110 flat - they can recharge your car battery too (first time free!)

Recycling of many different types of batteries is good for the environment. Staff seem genuinely interested in meeting challenges posed to them. Moreover, a car battery I purchased warranted for 72 months never gave me a challenge to start the car and lasted 76 months!!! U cant beat that. Thanks!

Went into this store last week and Im sure its a perfectly good store, the guy who helped me was nice but refused to sell me a battery for my car fob. He said after testing it on something on the counter that there was nothing wrong with it. I told him that it was not working all the time and I thought it must be the battery. I went into that store with the plan to purchase and was turned away. A week later the battery completely stopped working. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
