If I could give Kalberer Frame & Line-Up a thousand stars I would. Vance from Discount Tire recommended this place to me after someone tried removing the lug nuts off my front passenger tire. This could have been a terrible accident since my front tire only had one lug nut on it. I spoke to one of the owners here and he was able to get me in the following day and called me within two hours of the business opening to let me know my car was done and ready to be picked up. I asked what the cost would be and he said it was free - parts and labor. Other places would have charged me $200 to even look at my car and another $200-$300 for the parts and labor. Free isnt a word you hear from auto repair shops. This is one of the most honest auto repair shops I have ever been to in my life. I asked the owner if I could bring him a gift card, donuts, coffee - anything. He said all I ask is that you tell your friends and family. I will only go to Kalberer Frame & Line-Up and will continue to spread the word. Thank you so much!

These guys knocked it out if the park. Brought them my Corvette that has had alignments done by Firestone and Les Scwabb previously. 2 visits, Tony met me discussed the vibration that starts at 57 MPH drops out at 65. Tires he says, right he was. 2nd visit I hear a vibration rattle, sway bar bushings, right he was again, Awesome folks all of them.

Kalberer’s gave me a great price for some suspension work, worked with my schedule, and completed the job a lot quicker than I thought it would take. When I went to go pick up my vehicle, the project cost me less than quoted originally! I was blown away... I have had multiple suspension projects done here and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know!

I had went to Les Schwab to get an inspection and a possible alignment (Schwab charges $90) They refused to do the alignment due to multiple (Spendy) issues. I got ahold of Kalberer for a second opinion (I live in Tigard) and showed his the paperwork Schwab generated. The Gentleman who assisted me (Tony?) took a look and told me he could do it. (I was feeling like I could have been rooked by Schwab.) 45 minutes and $45 dollars later everything was trued and I was on my way. Nice to know there are honest mechanics out there. I will likely return in the future.

Came in for a quick repair, staff was nice and knowledgable. If I need any other repairs done I will be coming to these guys first.

Dean was really helpful in advising me. He took good care of my repair issue even showing me the old parts and the new ones and explaining how they work. He mounted my new wheels and tires and told me when to come back to have them checked. I appreciate Deans manner.

Very honest folks at this business. I came once before to get a stud on my tire repaired and returned yesterday to get an alignment because I was in a minor accident and thought the steering felt off. The technician told me he didnt really see any misalignment at first glance but he thoroughly checked it out anyway and even test drove my car. He could find nothing wrong and so he did not charge for their services. Im thankful and impressed by this honesty and I will most definitely be back.

I just bought a new set of tires at Discount Tire and asked if they knew any good shops for alignments. I was recommended to come here and was even able to get in the same day. They have great prices and are fine with working on lowered cars. My alignment was fine but the steering wheel was ever so slightly off center, but they adjusted it for me for free. Will definitely come here again if I need an alignment.

I dropped in to ask about getting an alignment expecting to have to schedule an appointment. They finished up on a customers car and started mine within minutes. I was finished and leaving in less than an hour for a very reasonable price . They are very fast and knowledgeable. I am very pleased, I will come back for any future work needed and I will recommend them to others.

It’s rare to find a place like this with such great people. I was told I’d probably need an alignment after a lift kit and when I showed up they checked it out and told me it was just fine, to come back in 500 miles after it settles and they’ll look at it again. And they didn’t even charge me anything! I will definitely be back here for all my alignment work from now on. Good people . Simple place on the outside but never judge a book by its cover because inside it’s a gem ... hardworking good honest people.

My car was pulling to the right, so I initially brought it to a different shop. Despite having scheduled an appointment a week in advance the other shop wanted me to come back in an hour. I decided to go somewhere else. Kalberer was able to get me in within a few hours and get my problems addressed quickly and cheaply. Quoted me less than half what other shops did. Luckily my problem was an easy fix and he was able to adjust the steering wheel for me free of charge. Will return if I need actual work done!

I called a few months ago to get an alignment on my car, they were able to get me right in. When I got there they greeted me right away and looked at my car. 5 minutes later, the gentleman returned and told me that I didnt need an alignment.i dont know anything about cars, so they easily couldve taken advantage of me, but they were honest. My daughter hit a curb with her 20yr old car. After being told my another shop that she had now $1100 worth of damage I had two people I trust (not certified mechanics but working on cars for years) look at it. They both agreed I was being swindled and that I should bring it somewhere else as they both did not see anything wrong (other then it needed an alignment and maybe the sway bar adjusted). So my husband contacted Kalberer. They got us in the next day checked the car out. Gave us an alignment and stated the sway bar was really loose. The fixed it in 30mins! And it only cost $39! They told me nothing else was wrong with the car and even told me about recent work that had been done.Go to them they are great! Glad I didnt believe the first place(K &M Auto) who tried to swindle me out of $1100 bucks! IF you need an alignment or any other under carriage frame work go to Kalberer the staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.

I thought that customer service was a thing of the past. We needed alignment on our SUV and got great customer service with the job. Very reasonable cost. I felt that Dean went above and beyond in doing the service and then explaining what he had done. Then also explained when to do tire rotations to get the most mileage out of a new set of tires. Any future front end or bake work will be done by Kalberer.

An honest alignment shop! If you come in for an alignment check and everything is within tolerance, theyll send you out the door with no charge.They know what they are doing, and their prices are below all the national chain places. They also have a frame machine and can adjust bent frames if needed.I have been using them for years, and recommend them to my friends and family. The owner, Tony, is a nice fellow and is happy to answer questions or explain what is going on, and will show you if you want to see it for yourself (something the national chains will never do -- they dont let you out of the lobby....)In addition to alignment and front-end work, they also do brakes and some other mechanical work -- just ask.

They charged me a very fair price and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. The work they did was done well and very timely. Although the shop is nothing to look at, they do have a very small waiting area so you can sit while they work on your car. I highly recommend this shop. So much better than any dealership.

Came here a year go because i thought i needed an alignment they looked at my alignment and saw nothing wrong with it, they then told me it was something else that wasnt on right and they fixed it for me, i said how much do i owe you they told me nothing we didnt do an alignment, they could have told me they did and charged me BUT THEY DIDNT! super honest place i told them Ill definitely be back and tell everyone about you guys, going back tomorrow to get an alignment done

I went in because a wheel stud broke on my car. They had it fixed and me out the door in 10 minutes.

I was recommend by Discount tire. Called and came in for an alignment on my jeep and it took about 15- 20 minutes and it was only 48$ cheaper then any other place Ive called. Although you will have to go elsewhere for tire rotation which is no big deal, but obviously it is kinda a nuisance to go to two places.

Tire shop couldnt do an alignment and referred me here. Turns out the new tires solved my issue but they measured everything and informed me there was no need to align anything. Pushed me out (as my transmission is having issues and doesnt go in reverse) and sent me on my way free of charge even though I took 15-20 minutes of their time. Excellent costumer service and honest folk can sometimes be hard to find with automotive work; seemed to be in abundance here.

I have been coming here for my alignments for years. They are always super fast and have never charged me for an alignment check, just for adjustment. I have a vehicle with a heavily modified suspension, and have had to come in several times over the past 7-8 years as I change components and things get out of whack. Ive always had great tire wear, which is an indicator of a properly aligned vehicle.Ive also brought my other vehicles in whenever needed and referred friends and had nothing but good experiences. I drive in from across town to see these guys!
