So the people here were very nice but they did not do their job well I went in for a transmission service and an oil change I expect them to know what theyre doing so I did not check my fluids when I left. Just a few hours later I was driving for Uber eats and my transmission would not go into gear after I picked up an order so I pop my hood and check my transmission fluid in neutral like my dipstick says and there is absolutely nothing on my dipstick. Im still waiting to hear from the number on the bottom of the receipt I do not expect to hear from him until tomorrow morning but now I am stuck at the store where I was supposed to pick up an Uber eats delivery until they tow my car back to them and fix it.
Manager of store came out to meet me at my car to let me know that they were busy. Which wasnt a problem, totally understandable.He had a mask but was wearing it under his chin when he approached my car. He also added in the statement after saying that there were only two of them working because the girls were useless this kind of intolerance needs to be addressed and it is truly disappointing to see. You can always drive a little further down the road to get superb service at another jiffy lube.
I went in with almost 250,000 miles on my car and told the lady working there that I would need high mileage oil for my car. She decided that it would do better with a blend. I went on a trip to California which is nearly a thousand miles away and decided to stop at the local Jiffy Lube there where they informed me that my car had no oil!!!! Now I’m in California and in order to have it fixed I have to pay for ANOTHER OIL CHANGE!!!!! I deserve to have my money back.
I needed to do my DEQ emissions test, and found out Jiffy Lube can do it for $25! They opened at 8pm so I was able to get in, get it done, AND filed with DMV all in one! Dylan was super helpful and informative walking me through all the steps. I am always blown away by the quality of service I get from Jiffy Lube, but this one might be my new favorite location.

These guys were amazing! They found a ton of issues on my old, unmaintanenced truck, which they explained and gave a lot of discounts. They fixed everything for about a third of what they could have charged, and despite how much work was done I still paid a reasonable price. They made a genuine connection and did good work. If I could do zero Stars I so would, I have a car that is a front wheel drive my invoice says that my rear differential is full. I had a transmission service done and they let me leave with no trans fluid at all. That was over a month ago and now that its time to replace my transmission because of this I got told it would be done by 5:00 today. And I am still without a vehicle my dog is without food with no way of getting food, I am out of food with no way of getting food. So I guess we all just starve until jiffy lube wants to finally finish working on my vehicle. If they actually knew what they were doing it probably would not take this long. I read on all data which is a site for mechanics that replacing my transmission would only take 6 hours it has now been 18 hours of working time on it and still has not been done. I wonder if they could even get this right, I wish they would actually pay the real professionals to fix it when they messed up on it in the first place.
Assured me they would check my fluid levels, told me everything was clear. Come to find they left the cap off of the coolant and the engine nearly failed days later.

Nice place; they seemed to do a good job. However, be warned to ask if they will honor the coupon you want to use. I printed the coupon a few minutes before heading out and verified that this was a participating business. After I got my card back I noticed the price was higher than stated on the coupon. When questioned I was told their price had gone up. False advertising? Small amount but its the principal of the thing.
I was greeted promptly and the team was great. The shop didnt have heat and I thought that was strange. It doesnt seem like the employees should have to suffer in 24 degree weather in a service bay. I think the owner should value the employees more and provide a workspace that is heated.
They saw us quickly without having an appointment. Offered other service options, but didnt force it on us just gave us the options. Haile was the one who who mostly worked with us and they were amazing and so nice. A++-++
OMG, unbelievable, these guys are super helpful and really/honestly taking care of their customers. This morning I stopped by to change my car oil, when they checked and said you still have 2000 miles to drive but the engine oil is little bit low and filled it for free.I said please check the brake pads, they checked pads with all other inspections for free and said you are good to go, pads are still have life.They spent their time and didn’t charged me.If I was stopped by other places, imagine what would happened to me this morning, maybe spending more then 600$ first thing in the morning.I would say thank you for your consideration/superior support for your customers/visitors.Highly appreciated and I highly recommend this for all rather than other places.💯⭐️ stars for being honest
Service was good, and I had them put new wipers on too. Unfortunately, they put the wrong size wiper blade on the back so I cant use my rear wiper until I replace it again.
Fast service. This time I did not get a sticker & my change oil soon light was not reset. Typically, they are very friendly.

I have a lot of anxiety surrounding mechanics and anything to do with cars really because Ive had some bad experiences in the past. I called this afternoon and spoke with Amanda and all my questions were answered! I was treated with kindness and spoken to with respect. Upon bringing my car in I was still feeling pretty uncomfortable but the manager Leo takes me through everything and explained to me exactly what my car needs. He was honest and gave me plenty of options as to how to handle everything. I felt like I was actually in control of what they were doing to my vehicle. Which is a big deal for me! He even changed my brake lights for free since my car ended up needing more work than I anticipated! I really appreciate the kindness that all the employees here have shown me and the patience they showed when I asked a million questions. Thank you all so much! I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart! And I will never get an oil change anywhere else!
Their doing great with covid for the customers side of it. I watched where they got my oil and I assumed that the box above it was what they put it but the paper work said other wise and no one told me what was put in so I have no clue what I put in so more communication.

So when I got to this one she still got me going in a jiffy I was well on my way. Was going outta town. Thats my go to oil change and else what from now on. They rock!!!!!!!!!!
A suv was brought in and requested a oil change..oil change cost 58 dollars and a charge for topping off was charged 8.99 was cost..I talked to 143th An division they said conventional oil change was 24 dollars and no topping off charge... Halsey charged 5800.plus 8.99 for topping off.i will take my family business else where.thank u.

Leo the manager and his staff provided a wonderful experience. I was curious about the different types of oils, location of my cabin filter, and other aspects of my truck and Leo took the time to show me the locations of my trucks components and even took me under the truck to show me the underside components. I enjoyed my visit and recommend this location.
Ive always been iffy about going to jiffy for some unknown reason, but this place was on top of it. They didnt have the filter I needed for my vehicle but called another store and it was delivered quickly. The manager was super nice, people friendly and a hockey fan. This was by far one of the better experiences Ive had. They kept me informed while I waited. Ill definitely be back. Thank you!

This jiffy lube I believe is store 25. Leo the manager was extremely friendly and prompt. The service here was very good. We were assisted quickly even though there was line of cars we only waited 20 minutes to have the car evaluated for any leaking hoses attached to the radiator. Leo did not find any leaks and sent us on our way. I was happy to know we were fine. I would recommend this location to everyone. That place is a great!
My wife was there today for oil change, one of the technicians (he said he is the manager, tho I don’t believe him) told her the full synthetic oil is 99.99 and she said let me talked to my husband and she called me and let me know the price I said too expense and we will do it some other place tomorrow but the technician already dump it and forces us to get an oil change with out my willing... I tried to talk to his supervisor and he said he is the supervisor. He was so mad when I talked him on the phone. Not good at all!

Got there 10 minutes before closing time, guy told me sorry he had already turned off the compressor I needed to go somewhere else. Nice professional move. I will be calling store manager on Monday.
I have been having several problems with my car...an expensive and stressful experience.So when I received the coupon, I was relieved that I had a chance to save some money.I arrived at my Jiffy Lube on 102nd and Halsey and was promptly guided in. I was shown to the waiting room and opened a book. I hadnt even gone 2 pages when the attendant came in to tell me that I wasnt due for an oil change for another 2,000 miles. She told me that they could top off my oil and checked everything else out.I had neglected to look at my previous sticker and compare it to my mileage so I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism!This store has always been very helpful to me and I appreciate them.Thank you,Roberta Lindgren
I had it in me to send receipts and show proof to a corporate office about this, but covid happened and I decided not to pursue it. My review is to warn people trying to use this place or this particular location for something as simple as an oil change. Go somewhere else... they changed my oil efficiently and quickly, but forgot to tighten the cap while doing so. As a result my car had an engine sign come on and I took my car to the dealership. I had to leave it overnight as they couldnt find the problem then and there and did a through inspection of the engine parts.... I walked out paying 125$ for a diagnostic and the 70$ or so at jiffy lube. When I spoke to the manager about what happened he offered a half hearted apology about the mechanic and brushed It off as, well he doesnt work here anymore, and a discount on my next oil change ..... which is a terrible offer as of course, why would I risk doing another oil change with this company.

The work space was clean and everyone was very friendly from start to finish with enjoyable conversation along the way. It was understandably busy with such great service. This was my third experience with my receipt indicating my car was vacuumed and my windshield wiper fluid was topped off. My car has yet to be vacuumed and my wiper fluid was empty! I’m writing this review only to state my concerns but have no intent of returning based on these three experiences.
This jiffy lube is fantastic. The manager whose name is LUKE is the most polite compassionate man. I recently had a new motor put in and apparently they had forgotten to put oil and other vital fluids. He toped off all of them and put air in tires. Even though it had been more than 90 days. He still helped me. Im handicapped and 61 years old. What a gentleman and compassionate person.thank you jiffy lube for everything!!!!!!!. By the way rose city automotive is where i got my new $3,000 motor. They destroyed a ton of other things on my eddie Bauer explorer. Stripped ignition. Broken hood latch. Empty air conditioning unit that they failed to fill up after emptying it when changing the moter etc. etc. etc. The list goes on. Dont go to rose city automotive ever. Good free advice for you. It cost me $3000. Have a good day
Extremely friendly / fast service. Jason was a huge help...had a mixup on which oil my car should use (all owners fault). Upon realizing the issue and bringing my vehicle back into the shop, Jason was extremely helpful and courteous in correcting the issue and also waived the initial conventional oil cost from my final bill. 100% would recommend.
Usually good service but the past couple times Ive come in they forget to fill my windshield wiper fluid and most recently was told Id have a 20 min wait for a top off only to wait nearly a hour

I’ve had some bad experiences at Jiffy Lubes in the past. I swung by because I needed a fast oil change and it was close to where I live so I caved. I was pleasantly surprised. The guys were great. Cool, friendly and most importantly, helpful dudes. The car looked dirty and they offered to wash the windows and vacuum it; they even helped me figure out why a certain light was on. They didn’t try to sell me on other stuff; just asked if I would want to know about other services they have and when I said no thanks, they respected that.

Tavian was awesome and was honest about the job being quick and simple. Since Id already brought the part we needed, he didnt charge us for the labor! It really helped a lot during a tough week!We live almost next door to a different Jiffy Lube but well probably always go to this one when we need something important.
The staff is nice and the time to get the work done was fast, they explain all my car needs and helped me to save money, I gave it 3 stars just because after my car was done I had to return back to rechecking the job .Eventhout they were nice again and the problem was corrected.

Waited over 4 hours and nothing got done. Went in for a quick brake pad replacement at 2:30, the girl with the parts showed up at 6:15(45 mins before closing) with the wrong parts. They lost me as a customer forever and had my car blocking their service bay all day. Horrible way to do business. I repeatedly offered to come back another time and they kept promising just a few more minutes. Just bad people, period.

I went to this location on 3/13 to get my headlights chsnged, The manager name Morgan was very rude and disrespectful. Her communication was very unprofessional. I refuse to except their service, and went to a different location on 181 and Glisan where i was treat with much Respect from the manager and other staff.

I wanted to get my oil changed. I told the first guy I didnt want anything else, that I wanted to run next door real quick while they were doing it. But he told me to wait in the waiting room til someone talked to me. I waited...when they were halfway done with my car someone came over and tried to upsell me. I told him I had already told the guy I didnt want anything else and that I wanted to run next door.. By that time.. My car was done. So..yes it was Less than 10-15 min.. But Good customer service, listens to customers... no.

5:13pm April 24, 2019It’s funny. New staffs today for my oil changed. The guy who quoted me a price for 99 dollars looks like never sleep for long time ago. He just said that is our price.I’ve been here from I bought this car and it is at least 5 times I have oil changed here and never heard that price so hight.Then after checking my record, the manager names Christian told me the price goes up. And he could give me few bucks discount. Oh no. I said I dont need that discount. Every time I always prepare at least 15 dollars for tip for the good service. But today I got really disappointed for this new staffs. I keep coming here just because the good service from the old staff here.The price with 99$ is hight but adding with the bad attitude from the people made me feel real regret with all my expectations and my respectability.They put all that attitude and I dont feel safe with my oil changed when the staffs here dont feel happy about my questions.This is the place I trust from beginning with my 1st oil changed. Now is the 6th time here....Now they take all my hopes away for Jiffy Lube.I hope my car have nothing wrong after the service today since they are not really happy with my questions now.

$45 for an oil change. They got rid of their cheap service. Hour long wait, no one told me about the price change until I had been waiting in the bay for 30 minutes. I left without getting my oil changed and learned how to do it myself.
I didnt. I waited 10 min to ask a simple question. One guy walking around pulling up his pants and looked at me but didnt acknowledge me. Felt ignored and not important. Not good customer service. Really should have respectful and properly dressed employees. I will not be getting any services done at this location. And I will not be referring anyone to this location.
Worst oil change experience ofour lives and because of the treatment we received along with the marathon wait for 100 dollar oil change, I’m banning jiffy lube for life. First off the floor manager dude is bouncing around like he hasn’t slept for a fortnight. He’s got a giant, disgusting ball of chew in his cheek and his behavior is erratic and limiting an attention span. We pulled in with a full functioning camera system and radio console. We drove off with a dead one. We came back to bring this to this this fellas attention and he immediately became defensive, crass and offered up zero accountability. They broke our entire camera system and computer console. I took it to the dealer. Where I’m taking all my service now . You lost a lifelong customer jiffy lube and I’m spreading the news.

Worst place to go to get your oil changed. I recently went here to get my oil changed and was treated like I am a fool.I visited this Jiffy Lube on 9/20 to get my oil changed and to get my check engine light looked at. The employee that was helping me told me that it would cost me $500 to check the light. I said never mind (not paying for that) and he replies back to me, How much do you have?To make a long story short, the service was terrible and they broke my glove box in my car so now I cant use it anymore (it was fine before I went here).Ive contacted their support several of times and Jiffy Lube doesnt seem to care about their customers as they havent even begun to resolve my problems!So be careful when you go here... you could be next!

They put my panel on wrong after a oil change and then it broke off in pieces going down the freeway hitting other cars i went back to the location they said they would ordered the part and it would be in within a week so i waited and nothing then i went in and they said they forgot to order it so they said it would be here in a frw more days they seem to like to give u the runaround when the parts are not available

Did a thorough job and worked hard to upsell my oil change last week. Very friendly and helpful but plan to spend more if youre not good at saying no a lot.

I just had oil change earlier, left my sunglasses in the cup holder, theyre gone when I get in my car. I talked to the manager, he promised will check the camera. Im so disappointed, stealing from your customer is plain wrong.
