My brakes went out last night and I was so thankful this shop was by my house. Fast, friendly and great priced compared to even going through a friend. Will definitely be going back for anything I need that they offer! Thank you so much Justin! My car drives great and brakes feel amazing!

Company is no longer in business.They flaked on their mobile appointment after sending me a confirmation text confirming the time and date of when their technician was coming to fix my brakes.

Having unexpected car expenses is the worst, owner went above and beyond to make it a great experience. They are remodeling their new location but every one was friendly, informative and helpful. Very reasonable rates, much cheaper than others and great customer service! They were able to get us in within an hour of calling.

Would give zero stars if possible because I never recieved a service.I first scheduled an appointment with them to come replace my brake pads, and when the guy was an hour late I called and they told me he was on the way. After another two hours of waiting I called back and they rescheduled me for a different day. The following day, 30 minutes after the appointment time I got a call saying the mechanic called in sick. The appointment was set for 10-11 and they called at 10:30. They offered to reschedule, so I did. Next day, rolls around waited 2 hours for the mechanic, no calls or messages. THREE chances I gave them and I got NOTHING.

Brake Team has excellent speed, quality, and cost of service! I went to the downtown Vancouver location.They out perform the competition overall; I havent found a better shop!

I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. They came out to do a brake job and to change the bearings in my van. Not only did they fail to attach the brake pads correctly, leaving parts hanging loose, but they didnt replace the bearings (which I paid for). Essentially stealing the parts that I bought and sending me and my wife out on the road to possibly have a fatal accident. Last night, the brakes went out and I nearly lost the front passenger wheel. I managed to get the mechanic back out on a service call to fix his mistake to which he lied through his teeth to me, said that it wasnt his fault, and refused to fix the issue. Anyone who intentionally acts in a negligent manner such as this should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for criminal negligence. These people are the lowest forms of sub human filth known to the universe. DO NOT USE BRAKE TEAM!
