Ive been a customer for years and the last several months has been horrible. They tell me I have a delivery coming and it never does.. I call customer service after its been rescheduled 3 times!!! They give me attitude about it and say they will text the driver about it. Its been over a month now.. I have empty bottles sitting outside waiting to be picked up but nothing does. No calls to let me know why, just saying that it will be delivered but never does.

I cant pay my bill because I was on hold for over an hour. I cant pay the bill online because they wont give me a customer number. The drivers are great. Water is wonderful and delivered on time. I would like to be able to pay my bill. They should do something about their phone

Ive had nothing but a good experience with Sierra Springs. The deliveries always come on time. I can easily send an email to adjust my order if I need to. The delivery agents have always be friendly and helpful. And, my family and I love the water!

This company is a complete joke. They are unable to keep on a schedule, leaving empty water bottles on my porch for days and even weeks at one point. Delivery dates are constantly changing. Customer service is nonexistent on EVERY level and they are clearly unable to communicate within their own company. They cannot even process a cancellation properly and deliver water AFTER cancellation and state that they won’t credit any water that was delivered and unused.

I have been trying to contact this company regarding updating my payment information after taking over an account. I have been on hold for over an hour and no answer. this is ridiculous for them being a business dealing with a business. so non professional. I think as a business I should find another business that will be more customer service oriented. very disappointed that they were chosen for our office.

I have big water drinkers in my house!! There are four of us and the quantity of water we drink this service provides perfectly for us. I am so grateful to our driver who is always on time and carries those big jugs up to my house. The billing is easy, it’s affordable. It took a big headache away from me when I started the service. We had water bottles and gallon jugs and now the water is always here, cold and fresh.

What a trash company. Ordered service and “had to be there, while they install the unit” uh..ok. Take the day off work, they don’t show up. They don’t show up for another week actually, but now they can drop off on my porch. Ok? The unit they dropped off was broke…but they got me a replacement…a month layer. The delivery dates are too inconsistent. They call from a different 1-800 number to notify you. It’s a different day and week every month. Last month the driver slowed down and waved but just kept driving because I didn’t have my water botttles out. Bro, you could have asked real quick..I guess that’s my bad, but when they do deliver they don’t have my normal, they up charge for water they have in stock. The debit my card incorrectly, they tried charging me $75 for 4 bottles that they haven’t picked up in two months! The customer service is horrid. Literally look up any Sierra springs and read these reviews before you buy. It’s a little bit of a pain. But just buy a water stand any pick up water when your out. It’s not worth the headache

If I could give a zero stars, I would! I signed up for water delivery service in the beginning of June and told them I needed delivery once per month. They did not deliver at all in July and I cannot access my account online. I called three times, and after more than an hour, they still didn’t answer. I tried one more time last week and it took me 94 mins to get someome on the line! When I asked why they had not delivered my water, they told me there was no schedule for future deliveries at all!! I decided to cancel and they told me they would pick up my empty bottles by the end of the week. Of course, they have not picked up the empty bottles as promised! So now I have to waste another half day again to deal with this. This is simply a horrible business to deal with.

I love the service. Our order is delivered every other week just like clockwork and over the past 8 years I have only had a couple of issues and that was related to getting a new driver and was quickly resolved. There was a problem accessing my account when the new system came online and after a couple of calls it was quickly taken care of.I can’t lift the heavy bottles and the bottom load machine is wonderful. Also getting the flats of 16 oz bottles is great. No hurting my back loading them into my car at the store. So convenient and reasonably priced

I have been a Sierra Springs customer for a few years. I wanted to start using bottled water, but the thought of juggling water bottles and groceries stopped me. Then while strolling through Costco there was a Sierra Springs rep. with a free sample of water. That was good, final sales point. The monthly payment could be billed on my Costco card. Well sign me up. Pure water on my porch every 2 weeks. Then one day a friend at my house bought a digital water tester for his hydroponic plant system. To put the meter to a test. First tap water 18 ppm of something other than H2O. Next The Britta filter 16 ppm not H2O. Next The Sierra Springs Water 0 ppm of hot or cold water, delivered to my door and charged to my Costco Card . IMPORTANT NOTE: with no interest if statement balance is paid off every month. Dont fall into that interest trap.Then there was the day that it was snowing. I was going West on Division Street and decided that I needed to chain up before going down hill & pulled into a residential street to chain up. I was laying in the snow trying to put new chains on when a Sierra Springs driver stopped and asked if I needed help. He had experience with the type of chains I had, and he had them installed in about 2 minutes. Thank you. Now I have chained semi trucks in the snow many times, but a Prius was something new to me.

I have used them for both office and home over the last 5 years. In both situations, they were continually unable to follow delivery instructions or provide good customer service.If I request a specific number of bottles for delivery, they ignore that and leave however many empty bottles are left outside - which is always more than I need. The drivers act like this is a huge inconvenience to them, like they make a commission on how many bottles they deliver.Then there is the issue of leaking bottles. A real problem if you have wood or laminate floors.When our office moved, they refused to come pick up the equipment and bottles until a month *after* we moved out. Thankfully the property manager didnt charge us for rent. We obviously went with another service for our new office.I am currently trying to cancel my home service. The support page on the website is inaccessible. So I called and when they heard I wanted to cancel, I was placed on hold. It has now been over 65 minutes on hold.The water is good and the bottom load cooler is great but I regret that this is the company with those products. Ill never use them again.

We have been using Sierra Springs home delivery for more than a year and absolutely love it. We have always had friendly and on time delivery. A couple of times I forgot to put my empty bottles out for replacement and our delivery person made sure to still leave me new bottles. We really appreciated that!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is the worst and apparently their drivers cant read orders. On Tuesday they delivered completely the wrong order and when I called customer service was on hold for over an hour only to find out a representative will have to call me back when they were available. Talk to the 1st representative on Tuesday who ensured me they would contact the driver because he was still in the area to correct order. All way to find the driver behind me as I was pulling onto the freeway at 1 oclock in the afternoon. Contacted a representative again who said that they would be out tomorrow Wednesday to correct the order. Explained the situation that I have a family member who is currently going through cancer treatment and can only drink Spring water due to throat issues. Contacted customer service Wednesday morning to ensure my address was on the delivery route was told nothing was noted on the account. Was proceeded to be told that they can schedule delivery for tomorrow Thursday but would try to have someone out same day. Called Wednesday afternoon still no delivery was told by yet a representative that they could not guarantee delivery for next day Thursday but could guarantee delivery by Friday, even spoke with a supervisor. Came home after work Friday, today still no corrected order. Was told to use their app to track order app States delivery for today Friday but no delivery You would think being in a customer service oriented field that you would put your customers 1st and not just take their money and not deliver worse service ever.

I’m very happy with my services. I ended up having to add an extra delivery because it’s been so hot lately, and we increased our water intake. I called in the morning and within two hours or so of me requesting an extra bottle, it was on my door step. My children love the water, and I use it to make my baby’s bottles. Thank you.

Have their water at home and work in Washington. Great service, dependable delivery, bottom loader with updated look cooler. Hot has a safety button and is hot enough to make my French press coffee. Cold is perfect for my reusable stainless steel bottles. Pay about $26 a month. Although the billing can be confusing. The water is good and so much better than hauling water back and forth from the store. And last I have a couple extra bottles as part of my preparedness stash.

So... Called to find out where the Portland, Oregon branch gets their water source for the sake of a research project. Was directed to sales, then redirected to customer service and upon asking them they said it wasnt their job and they were gonna redirect us again! They did not redirect us... They just sent us to the menu. This happened several times...This is not the way to respond to a journalust/bloggers honest question of where you get the product you sell...We cannot recommend this company to anyone...

I recently got a new number associated with this company...I’ve called them multiple times to report the issue of their clients calling me, and I’ve even forwarded them their orders to be polite and support local business. It’s been over four months and I’ve had to ask them to update their contact list more than once. I feel bad for their clients because I’ve resorted to being blatantly rude, whenever I have to inform them that they need to Google this company’s front desk help line. “Well..do you have their number?!”. No...Bleeping Google it like a normal person, random person calling me at all hours. “This isn’t thomas, and please call their office number”. How is this company so unorganized?!

Ive had the WORST experiences with this company. When I first started the service it took 4 tries to get a bottom load cooler that worked properly. Now since COVID started Ive used their online order management system which is completely useless. Despite receiving confirmation emails that my scheduled deliveries have been cancelled, they continue to make deliveries to my office. And the deliveries are completely incorrect. Im getting things delivered that Ive never ordered. There are now 6 extra 5 gallon bottles sitting in an empty office. I cant wait to cancel this.

We get our deliveries on time, we change the quantity we order winter and summer and have had no issues with that. The billing reflects what we order and we are very happy with the service.

I loved having water delivery until they wouldnt stop delivering no matter how many times I called (3) then asked for supervisors(2) I finally quit paying them and told them I would pay when I ran out and needed more. They then got rude even more so and said I wasnt getting anything anyway because I owed them money. I then finally was down to one bottle with 9- 5 gallons on my porch and called to find out I was in collections. No ability to find solutions, provide customer service or communicate. I finally contacted the better business bureau and got immediate results. Do not use this service. Save yourself the stress and time.

I appreciate their water delivery service. Online, I can change the amount of water delivered from delivery to delivery, although the process requires a double confirmation process, which some customers might not notice and then might miss their order change taking effect. I have communicated by phone or e-mail with customer service whenever I have had a question or something I needed changed or corrected. Response by e-mail can take a couple of days, but otherwise has been quick and in my favor every time. I found their online invoice system puzzling until I signed up for e-mail billing. Now, I wait for that e-mail bill and compare the bill with their online invoices.I would have given another star but for an explosive berating I overheard via their communication devices when a woman (a Sierra driver?) somewhere was angry that my representative (who was discussing my new service with me at the time) was in the way of her parking somewhere. My rep seemed resigned to the abuse as though it was not unusual... Due to the professional demeanor of my rep, their interchange did not affect my service, but it did have an impact on this review.

The drivers were always friendly, but they have the most consistently terrible customer service Ive ever experienced. Weve had issues with with their service intermittently over a couple of years. Sometimes theyd leave too many bottles, they often showed up way before our office was even open, and they repeatedly left bottles outside our office suite door even though we asked them not to do that over and over because it violates the terms of our office lease. But it all came to a head recently as we tried to cancel our service due to COVID-19. Despite stay at home orders, I went to the office because they said it was required for us to be there to pick up the water dispenser. I asked if we could place our account on hold until it was safe for us to be there and they said they could do that, but we would still have to pay the monthly fee for the dispenser. Whats the point of pausing our account if were still paying for it? So I proceeded with cancelling and nobody showed on the day they were scheduled to pick it up. I called over and over, and at one point waited on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. I left voicemails, sent emails, used their website contact form and never got a response. Meanwhile, we are still being charged for the dispenser, so I emailed again last week. I finally heard back and without acknowledging any of the issues we had trying to cancel, they simply said they had someone scheduled to pick it up two days from then. I replied, again explaining the situation, and asking to schedule a specific timeframe. Of course they didnt respond until the delivery driver called to say no one was in the office to pick it up. Initially when we decided to cancel, our intention was to start service again after were back to working from the office. However, there is absolutely no way I will ever do business with them again.

Tried to order water though Costco’s website. Apparently this is who costco uses as a third party for water delivery. The delivery service was all communicated trough text. The delivery driver who was texting me never actually let me know what time she would show up, she only gave me a date. I missed her by 30 minutes one day. Then we tried to re-schedule and I asked for a specific time. She told me 1:00pm. Then I didn’t hear anything from her and 2:30pm rolled around. I text her again and he apologized saying her day had been crazy. I said I understood and we would see her soon and for her to drive safe (it was a little icy out). Then 4:00pm rolled around and still nothing. I text her and asked her to cancel our service. She was very apologetic and always text me back. However I had to reach out all day and she never let me know she was running late. Earlier in the week to she was not accommodating at all and would not work with my schedule, it was all about what she could fit in to her drop off time. It sounds like I dodged a bullet cancelling my service before it even started. It likely would’ve been a big pain to try to get my water delivered every month. Very unprofessional, very unorganized service. Delivery staff was “nice” through text but extremely untimely. I wasted an entire day sitting at home waiting for her to drop off the water and she never came, after confirming multiple times. Costco should not be partnered or recommending this company to their shoppers at all. Not only am I upset with this company’s customer service but I am upset with Costco for referring me here. The only reason this water company is still in business is probably because of that partnership.

Horrible experience!Every negative comment here is so true. The problem we ran into are :First you can’t stop the driver sneaking put water in front of your front door even you don’t have an empty bottle out of there or you put a hold on the account online. Very sneaky. The driver came very early in the morning like before 7 o’clock then knock your door really loud then just leave the water there and leave.Second they have hidden fees. They charge for delivery but don’t tell you up front.Third when it comes to billing. They over charge and very easily send your bill to collecting agency without a warning or anything.When we needed a break from the delivery because they just keep putting them in front of our door. One time we had to jump out of bed and ran to the door to catch the driver and explain that we have a hold on the account and we don’t need more water. He said nobody told me. Then just left. We called the 800 service number. The lady talked to me was very rude. Said there was nothing she could do.Don’t get water from them. It’s a really awful experience. With 3 bottles of spring water and 4 months with them we ended up paying more than 75 dollars. Can you image how much hidden fees are there. So so so disappointed.I never write any comments for anything. This time I feel like telling people our true experience. Be careful!!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If I could give them an NEGATIVE 1 star rating I would. The coffee machine they supplied quite working and we called the customer service line. First we were told our machine was recalled and they would bring us a new one. A week passes nothing. WE call again and this time we are told they had a replacement that should be there in a week.... A week passes... The rep comes in to deliver water and we ask about the coffee and he says he hasnt heard anything about it and it is our fault for calling the 800 number that is the wrong number. So he gives us another number to call and we do it goes straight to voice mail and we leave a message.. Never did receive a call back. Bottom line is we NEVER did get the coffee machine replaced or fixed. After playing around with the customer service and sitting on hold for 20 minutes at a time. We cancelled our service....

In 6 months I have had 2 missed deliveries and 1 delivery to a wrong house! I contacted them and the pick up from the wrong house and delivery to my house was never placed. This happened on a Friday. I called again on Monday. No ticket set up. They had to set one up and deliver 1 more bottle. I had a neighbor who was strong enough to carry the water to me. Rude customer service people! I am very frustrated with Sierra Springs. I ask for a supervisor and they give me another customer service person. He was helpful though. Now my machine has quit providing hot water! Well see if a new machine comes on Friday! Also, they are not taking any new Costco customers for delivery. Sales was very rude when I called and tried to set up a business delivery! Their customer service sucks. Never any offer of something extra for all the hassle! They must be from the East Coast. I cannot believe Costco endorses them!!! I do not appreciate dealing with rude people! And if you get paper statements they charge you a billing fee for them. I now get them e-mail to avoid the billing fee. I believe it is $3.00. In my opinion they are a horrible company and do not care about their customers.

I setup an account for a small business but was concerned with the poor reviews Id read regarding late to non-existent deliveries. I was assured that those reviews were from people that hadnt paid their bills and was upset with the company. Now I see why they didnt pay their bills...they didnt receive deliveries!I was originally told that my delivery wouldnt be any later than Friday. Come Monday morning I called and was able to get the phone number to the local branch. I was assured on their toll free number that we were scheduled for delivery the next day. We even received a call from the driver at the same time I was on the phone with customer service, that the driver would be there the next day before noon.So I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally the next day (the day I was told by 2 people that wed receive our delivery before noon) at 4:30pm, I called the local branch phone number and left a voicemail message. The following day at 4pm (still no delivery) I called the local number again and had to leave another voicemail. The following evening I received a call from Sierra Springs to let me know that they do not deliver to our area...It wouldve been nice if someone had told me that when I set up the account!VERY POOR customer service! VERY POOR communication. What a colossal waste of time.

TL;DR: AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS.One star is too much for this service. I have left TWENTY voicemails and have never heard back. My water is NEVER on time and sometimes doesnt happen at all. I cannot get anyone from my branch to contact me. When our water does randomly show up, its always with a substitute delivery person. Although they are friendly, they dont have the answers I need and have little power to help. This service is a joke.I will say every time I call the main number, the customer service people there are always kind and helpful. They always sound shocked when they hear my struggle. They do what they can and I truly appreciate that. I believe this problem is within the Portland branch and not the company as a whole.

When the water guy at cosco offers you water, grab the water and keep on walking. Here’s why.This company is very dishonest and misleading. Do no trust anything the guy says at cosco. The whole “first 30 days are free” is a lie we got our bill after 22 days and we had a bill of $47.22 for charges of $6.49 for a bottle water x3, water bottle deposit $5 x3, $5.76 for a “energy surcharge”, $4.00 for a paper invoice fee and last but not least $2.99 for the water cooler.

Tried contacting their Corporate office - no dice, no one there will talk to you and no Supervisor at the call center will speak with you either. I have spoken with 5 different representatives over the past month and NOTHING has been resolved - still being billed for an account where we have not been for more than a year - really unbelievable, if I hadnt experienced it myself I would think this review was dramatic. After dealing with this companys bad service issues for nearly 2 years .... Ive moved on. The customer service is a joke. You will spend 30 minutes on hold, tack on another 30 minutes to get anything resolved during your phone call. However, just because the phone conversation ended well doesnt necessarily mean the outcome will be the same. I cancelled my service with them and they were supposed to come by and pick up the cooler unit, empty bottles and rack on a certain date. I had all the items on front porch to be picked up. The pick-up never occurred until over a month later. Even after I called numerous times to have it scheduled to be picked up. Every time I called them they had a later pick-up date then what was scheduled and kept pushing back my pick-up date. Only later to receive an invoice for the rental of the machine that was already supposed to be collected. The customer service representatives will just pass your call to another agent to avoid helping you with a problem that they seem to have no control over. Please avoid this headache and choose a different water service company.

Absolutely, positively, THE WORST company in the state, and likely even the country. Do not be fooled by the fact that this company sells through Costco, you will not get service that approaches any semblance of acceptability. It took them two months to replace my defective cooler after five phone calls, one in-person inquiry of the representative at Costco, and finally escalating to Costco membership services. Since they replaced my cooler, theyve not delivered my water two scheduled deliveries in a row, but they charged me for them. This nonexistent enterprise doesnt keep any record of payment and often tries to accuse you of not paying your bill and try to recieve double payment. Terrible customer service ........ we were charged over and over for products that they never ACTUALLY DELIVERED. Consistently does not show up when they are supposed to....... meaning we run out of water consistently.NO phone number to reach anyone locally........

Very unprofessional. Customer service very rude. Delivery drivers do not show up. Water cooler leaked and was broken for two months. I did not feel valued as a customer. I was with Sierra Springs for about two years. Miscellaneous charges occurred on my bill almost monthly. I never paid the same amount. Calling and disputing or questioning these charges was always very time consuming and went in circles as representatives dont leave notes on your account for each other. Finally I canceled my service after being stood up yet again by the delivery driver. I do not recommend.

I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. I have been a customer for 3 years. I have had no issues until within the last 6months. From their shadey and inaccurate billing process; to thier completely inconsistent deliveries; not to mention the uneducated, unprofessional people in the customer service department at their call centers. On more than one occasion I have attempted to call my payment in as I have always done, and there phone lines gave a busy signal for days; when I do get through I am on hold for more than an hour; they say I am delinquent and refuse my money.They add additional charges, then reflect that I am behind in their system and refuse to give me the origin of these additional mysterious charges.I have also experienced incompetent deliveries. They deliver outside my schedule, they at times dont deliver at all; one day they just dropped my bottles out on the side walk adjacent to the street. I didnt see them for two days.My company has a business account with them and we have several locations; I will be strongly encouraging them to discontinue service.The individual that assisted me on the phone last time I got through told me quoteI dont have time to help you and I will turn you into collections no matter what you decide to pay. Its water, an optional item. I have never heard of such a ridiculous threat.

This should be a ZERO star option as this was the worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. If I provided this kind of service to my customers I wouldnt have a job.1st Call. I opted to have them call me back and not loose my place in line. This was a joke as I never received a return call. Thus an hour later I called again.....2nd Call. The on-hold time was to be 4 minutes. Ended up being 13. After speaking with a representative, I was then transferred to another department. This resulted in being told the hold time was 1 minutes. Yes, only one minute. What a joke!!!! 19 minutes later someone finally picked up. This person must have been new on the job or something, as I had to answer the same question over and over again.This company needs to hire employees that now customer service or they need to just get out of the customer service industry.

Like the other reviews, Customer service; is horrible. It takes forever, getting help. They lie, about the amount; of bottles. They keep you hanging, for delivery, too! They may be great for businesses, but terrible; for residential services. Dont want to bother, with this company.

Dont waste your time with this place. Ive been a customer for a couple years. I signed up for spring water, which they delivered for a while. I just noticed that we have been getting purified. I called in, because I wanted them to correct it. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes. I get this lady who just sucks. They told me Ive been getting Purified since December...ok big whoop? I want spring water again, which is what I signed up for. So, after being no help at all, she hangs up with. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?!?!? Im done with them.Keep in mind! I called them yesterday to solve this issue, and chose to get a call back due to abnormally high call volume....They called me after about 45 minutes. I answer it, and the person is on the other line silent. I can hear them typing, I keep saying Hello? Are you there? Can you hear me? I can hear you and you! And I sat there for over a minute, and they just sat there. WE NEED TO BOYCOTT THEM!

I work in property management and tried on 3 different occasions to schedule a drop off and water dispenser installation. All three times they failed to bring it out after confirming time and date. Im honestly confused on how this company even makes any money. All of the apartment complexes I work for now and in the future will be seeking an alternative business for our water needs.

Worst customer service and billing I have ever experienced. We were overcharged almost every month for products we did not have. Be prepared to spend about an hour a month on the phone trying to straighten out your billing. We terminated our contract 4 months ago and are still being billed.

This company should be shut down. They scam customers and have unethical business billing and delivery problems. They have tried to charge me for bottles they NEVER owned. As a long time Oregonian, I was with Aqua Cool and the company before that when Sierra Springs bought this company in the late 1990s. Due to the 1996 floods, I had bought 15 bottles of water from Aqua Cool and when Sierra Speings bought it, they have tried to charge me $150.00 for bottles not returned. The driver left water when I had vacation stops in place and I had them come take it back, yet they still tried to charge me. They will unethically send your account to bill collectors and operate on such a illegal level, that I had to get an attorney to address it. It was put to rest and resurrected years later. These business practices cause the public SO MUCH STRESS and unnecessary work. The company is sloppy indifferent in correcting these unacceptable practices they put on people. PLUS, THE BOTTLES ARE BPA contaminating the water, when left in sun. Best not to support the water, or company.

Im a current customer and Im renting a cooler. It broke and they were supposed to replace it on Thursday between 8am-5pm! I stayed home all day waiting and then called at 4:30 pm when no one had come yet. I was told they were coming and wait 30 min more. Stupid me believed it! They didnt come and I called this morning. After 25 min on the phone they told me it was strangely set up for Monday, lies. Im so mad. I said I dont want to wait all day Monday, I want it today Friday. They said no one could make that happen and they would credit me 4$ for my cooler rental! This is terrible business practices. I was then put on hold for a different service rep who could possibly help me, yah... left on hold. ..never picked up! Im really unhappy. Going to cancel and get earth2o. Heard its got excellent customer service from my cousin!

Nightmare. Missed one payment. Sent to collections after making payment arrangments and a first payment. Charging me for all equipment. Had no idea I was in collection. Was waiting for my delivery. Nightmare customer service. Will be talking to the BBB.

Wish I could give a zero start rating, but that isnt available.I have never been more disappointed with a companys service in my life. It started with issues with a coffee service. I asked that they pick up the machine and stop my coffee delivery. They didnt pick up the machine after making multiple calls and scheduling multiple pick-up times. And, they continued charging for coffee that was never delivered. Eventually it all got fixed, but only after calling multiple times/waiting on hold/etc.I cancelled my water service a month ago and they said a rep would pick up my water machine the following Monday. This never took place, I didnt recieve a call that day notifying me that nobody would be by, nor did I hear anything from them afterwards.After days of trying to call them and getting busy signals, I finally reached a rep today. She said they would set up another pick-up time. I told her I needed it picked up today, as I would not take the risk of sitting here awaiting a pick-up with nobody showing up. They said that is impossible, even though the main office is a few miles away.Eventually talked to a supervisor, who provided zero assistance either.Just so very disappointed with the amount of time that has been wasted for what should be expected as very basic customer service. I hope DS Services and Sierra Springs will take my comments seriously and strive to improve their processes and customer service.

After being a customer for 10 years, they have gone completely downhill. For the past year, they never showed on their scheduled days, when I called to ask about it, they were completely rude, terrible customer service. Not only that, they tell me I will get a delivery the following day. NOPE 3 days after speaking to someone, they show up randomly and drop off 2 bottles WITHOUT taking our 4 empty bottles.. We said whatever, we will just give them to him next scheduled day if they show. Well they DID NOT show up on the scheduled day. Evidently I was in the wrong for expecting my water on a scheduled day that we verbally agreed on, because they just never showed up after that. I called and canceled my service and was promised a call from the Manager to get things straight, you know, what a decent company would do to make sure a customer of 10 years was a little bit happier with your company. Not only have I not received a phone call, but 2 weeks after canceling service with them, they tried to show up and drop off more water! Huge communication problems at this place, terrible customer service.
