Everything was going fine until they were bought out. They skipped our delivery in mid September and they have emailed twice since then stating delivery was on the way… and nothing. They continue to not deliver so time to find another company. Until they get their act together, I would definitely not recommend since they literally cannot deliver.

This is our first time with home delivery.And Im so glad we found this company.But more importantly that we met Chris.He has gone above and beyond providing excellent customer service. And he is a very nice guy.THANK YOU VERY MUCH CHRIS.
I had their water delivery service for well over a year. Suddenly, out of the blue one of their drivers became hostile with me in private texts. We were trying to coordinate picking up used bottles, payment, new delivery. The driver had a mental flip out and refused to accept my bottles, money. They cut me off from water delivery and referred me to their collection service. The bill was only 60 bucks or so and since they refused to take the money or collect my bottle returns which lower the bill, I took it rather offensively. They stopped my water service during Christmas week, the one week of the year I could not get a new service. Their collections person refused to address my customer service and driver concerns. Their customer service people ignored me as well when trying to deal with the drivers issues.In short, they forced me into collections for a bill I tried to pay. They stopped water service because of a driver who clearly has mental health and communication issues, backing up his abuses. They refused to collect used bottles from me, then claimed I refused to pay them for it. All this time I was just trying to pay the bill and continue with my service. Theres a million things in my life I have going on and some problem with a water company is not in my interest to generate.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRAUDULENT BILLING SYSTEM. DANGEROUS

Sadly another customer of 2 years with the same complaints .. Awesome water that taste so much better then the competition... Horrible customer service and communication.. Consistently late deliveries, They should just list the week of delivery and not the day! Over half the time this is the sad seen at my house when i return at the end of the day.. Empty bottles on my porch waiting for delivery.. Sometimes they show the next day, sometimes a few days later.. Occasionally i get lucky and get a hold of a friendly customer service rep.. Most of the time i get to speak to someone with a sharp edged personality that should not be in customer service..They blame the drivers for not staying in contact, But this truly is the companies responsibility... I would divorce you guys in a heartbeat if there was another option..
Have this service if you want your front door to look like this for the rest of your life. Very inconsistent delivery. Weve had this situation going on for over three years, with different delivery guys doesnt matter. Until our building management did us a favor by saying they had enough with bottles on the hallway and we are now cancelling the service. Its not always late, many times showed earlier than they had announced, left new bottles and charged us for not returning the previous months. They are very consistent, of course, to charge your bill punctually. At some points weve had > 10 bottles in our apartment. Their customer service cut me and put me on hold when I called to complain. I mistakenly assumed they would be interested in knowing why are they losing customers. I am relieved to not have to deal with them again.
***Update 5/26/2020 They came by and made things right so im going to give them our business as the water is truly the best. Thank you to our driver Ron is awesome and now that hes is back he made it all good!First off this is amazing water, but we have been with them for 3 years now and cannot deal with the poor customer service. We have so many unaddressed emails about missed water deliveries (especially the past 6 months) that we are now done and want nothing to do with them. We are seriously amazed they are still open after all the negative reviews for the same issues ie: Poor customer service or what we call NONE and....horrible water delivery when we are open. Tuesday - Friday.Communication goes a long way.
Love the water hate the service. Weve had Earth2o for 3 years now, and cant believe the customer service just was basically later when we cancelled our service because of their continued screw-ups on delivery dates. We are closed Monday- weve told them multiple times, but they just cant seem to understand this.Our driver was a good dude, and then he disappeared only to be replaced by a guy who hardly interacted and talked. Our driver came back a few months later and said they pulled him from his established route with happy customers, and put him on a new one in an inconvenient part of town for him. The new driver had enough complaints that they brought the old driver back- but for some reason, their office staff who doesnt care if you are a 3 year customer who wants to leave because they keep scheduling the driver to come on days- like I said above, we are not open and cannot take delivery- and this is after multiple calls and emails.BTW... our machine works fine, and there are no issues with it, so Ive heard from someone Earth2o somehow finds issues with machines when they are returned, so Ill update this is they say we have problems- when we know we dont.
Have been signed up with this water delivery for several yrs, they are a dependable business. Current driver and past are the best at meeting our needs. Water is great and feel better drinking earth2o bottled water than city water due to living on a floating home sometime question the moorage pipes where we live, something we dont have to worry about.

I cant say enough great things about Earth2O and Oregon Cold Brew. Barry Thibodeaux was amazing. He was professional, on time and easy to work with. Our office absolutely loves our cold brew, on tap! The water is also the best weve had. I highly recommend this company and working with Barry.
The best water you can buy. I have never had an issue with deliveries. The few times I needed to contact customer service I am always treated well with quick resolution to my question. I would recommend Earth2o’s service to anyone looking for a reliable clean water delivery service.

Weve had Earth2o service for several years, but service the past 6 months has been awful. They miss delivery appointments and it always takes multiple calls over multiple days to have additional water delivered any time we run out. I do not recommend Earth2o service.11/8/2018 EditService seems to have improved recently so Im bumping my rating to 4 stars. If we dont have any further problems I wont update this review further.
I love this water so much that I not only have it at my home, but at work, dentist office, and I plug for it everywhere I go! Trying to get water delivered was an awful experience. I work at a high school and need to have water for my students in the room. I have had a terrible time with them not giving me a calendar of delivery dates, switching drivers on me, drivers not responding to texts, strange charges on my account. I have tried this company twice and now I am done.

Not even 1 month of service and we canceled.This company is not the best at communications with customers in a friendly manner customer service is definitely something they need to work on. I called and requested a different delivery date due to being set up at the end of the month and got a calendar for delivery for 2 weeks after I just got set up. I requested a change for delivery towards the end of the month and guess what? Magically no one put in the request so I got a delivery for 5 bottles when my family finished 3 and working on the 4th. Once I was told the request wasnt submitted I requested to cancel and was hung up on. I wanted to cancel because I already know other companies to get water from, I got a call back and in defense of being hung up on I got firm and had zero tolerance for this company. The driver told me i wont be back until the 7th... no offer of checking with the office to see about the request or any attempt of customer service at all after I informed him I requested a delivery date change. Upon his return to pick up after I cancelled, he came back shocked that I was firm about wanting proof that I cancelled. His excuse for not giving a cancellation confirmation was his printer was broken. The woman over the phone claimed my card information was deleted and wouldnt be charged. The driver gathered their things and drove away without giving proof of cancellation. Based on the questionable actions of all their employees we went to the bank to ensure they dont charge us again.Dont trust this company. Not professional at all.
I recently began ordering water from this company and the water is good the customer service is HORRENDOUS! First delivery after service set up was a no show. They then showed up after ten in the morning. I had to go buy water for the whole day and a half. Initially the person that dropped off the actual water dispensary and water, did not know what he was doing, he spilled water all over the floor, did not know how to set the water dispensary correctly, the water did not get hot, he failed to turn the switch on in the back of the dispensary, also he lost his keys, when he came back to the house and asked if his keys were in side I said no but he is welcome to check, he farted in the hallway! And then he was outside for an hour waiting for a locksmith and did not leave after the locksmith came and left. They are not welcome in my house after this. Any other problems, I will have to make some heavy complaints. Also this seems to be a problem for most customers, when calling no availability from employees to answer the phone and water deliveries are late, my very first water delivery was a day late and I have my second this thurs... let’s see what happens. I live in Hillsboro, hopefully whoever is in charge can clean up customer service.

Tried contacting customer service twice with absolutely no response. Its been over a week since my last attempt and still nothing. Save yourself the money by just getting the water dispenser at Home Depot and filling the water yourself at any grocery store. Price checked New Seasons today and its $2.05 for a large 5 gallon jug. Waaaaaay better deal.UPDATE: Owner just responded on this review and said I was a previous customer that didnt pay? That is not true, read the review man. I was trying to be a NEW CUSTOMER but your customer service is awful. I could never get a hold of anyone, so I went elsewhere for our company water.
1 review5.0 star rating9/14/2017I have been Sierra Springs customer for more than a year (got that setup through Costco). Their service has gone downhill (missed deliveries). Moreover, I dont know why a water company will have springs in name when its tap water. Finally, I called Earth2O today to setup the service delivery and expected them to deliver water in few days. Here comes the surprise. Chris from EartH2O calls and sets up everything same day. And water tastes much better than Sierra Springs.I still cant believe how fast service can be. Its like Amazons 2 hours delivery service. Thank you Chris!
Extremely unhappy with the customer service. I canceled my account about 1 year ago give or take, because they over charged me for several months. The delivery was never on time and Everytime I called I was treated very rudely. I decided to cancel and buy myself an in home water filter instead. I am being charged for $16 dollars which doesnt make any sense because I still have 5 bottles that they have never picked up which technically means they owe me money, not to mention the person who signed me up forgot to sign me up for the special that I was promised - when I called and asked about it they said that the computer couldnt find any of my records when I have been buying water from them for about a year and a half but yet somehow I didnt exist in the system anymore. I contacted Chris who never replied back and so from that point I cancelled my service. Its been more than year! I have called and called and scheduled at least a couple dozin appointments but am told to leave it outside only to find that they guy never showed up. I am tired of having this thing in my house and Im ready to just throw it away or leave it on the side of the street but Im afraid they will just over charged me again. This is by far the worst review I have ever left. Sorry but not sorry.

Horrible service. Havent delivered water since spring time. It is now the end of august. Went the whole summer without water delivery. Called customer service multiple times and they say the driver will be out when in area again but he never shows. If you care customer service our address is 930 commercial st ne in salem. Account is under Cascade Car Connection. The water is good if they ever deliver more. But service is the worst.UPDATE: Service is getting better since review.2nd UPDATE: I had udpated my rating to a 3 star after they started delivering ontime. I was going to up the star rating every time they delivered ontime. Then they posted a reply with a bunch of lies. So its going back down to a 1 star. Good job to whatever manager handles these reviews. We once had a month overdue balance of $25, not $250 like they said. Which was payed 1 month late after we received a late notice. We still didnt receive water for another 3 months and only after I posted the original review. Yeah and we did not expect delivery same day but we do expect it within 3 months during the SUMMER(HOT DAYS). We didnt receive water until the summer was over. Oh yeah we never shut our business down, we changed location and notified you of that. Have a great time coming up with some more lies.

I began ordering distilled water from this company 04/2016. By 08/16 I was emailing them over my difficulty in getting them to charge for only what I ordered. I didnt want to have to search for another company selling true distilled water and was willing to iron out kinks then.In 06/17 I emailed them because I was getting bills every month but not getting my order every month. They didnt deliver the month I said they missed but sent me a new 2017 calendar as if to say it was me making the mistake. In 08/18 I emailed again to correct an over charge and set my orders straight again. By the end of October 2018 I was done being patient with the charges that I wasnt receiving product for. I was ready to terminate the business relationship but I really wanted to make a point about not receiving what I paid for first. I called the 800# about the undelivered water and finally emailed Yolanda. She emailed me saying. Looks like the driver did not have any distilled case on his truck. There is a shipment going over so he should be getting you taking care of this week.I wanted to be diplomatic in cancelling so I asked to cancel until further notice once I received the last one I paid for, although I didnt intend to return as a customer. Yolanda acknowledged my email and agreed to cancel until further notice. The week passed and as expected, no delivery and no explanation or different expected date. This time I was following closely and on them about it. I emailed her again saying, Yolanda, Ive called to check on my late and undelivered water twice, and twice Ive been rescheduled and still it remains undelivered. I was told the company was out of my order the first time and would be delivered the following Friday. It didnt come that Friday and I waited until the following Wednesday to call and check again. I was told it would be here no later than Friday again (which was yesterday) and it is Saturday and still no water and no one bothers to call me and tell me theres a problem.Please just credit my card back the amount I was charged.Thank you.She replied saying, Hi! I do see where you have been calling and I checked with PDX office and they confirmed they did receive DI on Friday afternoon so driver will be making that delivery tomorrow. I told him to comp that case for youHave a great day.I received a bill in November and December although my cancellation was acknowledged in October and the guy who delivered was apparently mad I complained because he dropped it upside down hard in front of my door, breaking the seals/necks and by the time I got home my downstairs neighbor was complaining of something upstairs leaking on her and I found my gallons broken and only half full. I would have complained except I cancelled my future orders and I thought we were done. In December I finally cancelled my debit card and ordered a different card because I still kept getting charged and each time it was broke and half full and my neighbor was complaining each time. As I predicted, I got sent a letter wanting payment for water and I reminded another person in their office, Bianca that I cancelled but she wanted the money for the last damaged delivery. At that point Im done with diplomacy. I wrote a fed up with this email and said they shouldnt be charging me anything and Id never give them a card # again. Bianca replied with an address to send a money order instead. These people dont care if you get your shipments but they dont skip a beat in forcing a monthly bill on you. Bad business here folks and dont give them your card #.
