I ordered a set of sponsons in August of 2020 and paid for them in full. I have not received one communication from them since and of course have not received the product. The service is non existent and probably a scam. Do not depend on this dealer. Now there is some issue as to refund of my $3500 that was paid over a year ago. I will likely have to take legal action. Buyer be very aware!

Called for a part for a Nissan motor, absolutely went above and beyond to source for me even referring competitors and used dealers,They were ultimately not able to help but I wish I could have purchased this part from them. They are now my new go too....

The parts I needed for my Zodiac were in stock and at a reasonable price. Mike was polite and very helpful with the questions I had. I highly recommend going here for your inflatable boat needs. I know I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Mike was super helpful on the phone and answered all my questions even though it wasnt going to lead to an immediate sale. This type of customer service shows you where you should go when youre ready to buy.

The employee Mike was so rude I had my zodiac repaired there they were supposed to contact me after almost two weeks I didnt hear nothing I called them they hadnt started on it so I told him I would pick it up the next day I went to pick it up the next day hour and a half in traffic one way I was told they were working on it nobody had called me I did not have a price yet I was very tired from overtime working Mike had an attitude with me I said fine I dont want to move it while theyre working on it I will pick it up tomorrow finished finished or not that would be Friday before labor day he called later left me a snarly message I saved it I have it in my phone I went to pick it up Friday they charged me $200 for one little patch for a slow leak nobody had called me about it the price they were supposed to do other work he never got to it I was fine with but I will ever go there again I wouldnt let them patch a bicycle tire I read nice things about Mike he might have been having a bad day but he was rude to me a couple of days in a row Im posting this also on other boat sites he did not help me load it in my truck Im 65 I have a bad back its not that heavy but it would have been nice if you would have helped me he wanted me to sign something at the end when I loaded it and paid him and I did say screw you. RobertIt’s amazing it took two years for a response no one ever contacted me and I do not care what he says he has on anything the only time I was rude as when he wanted me to sign something after I load today zodiac by myself two years review your responses that’s bad business he might’ve been having a bad day I might’ve rubbed him the wrong way I don’t know but I was not rude and I did not expect anything other than what he told me Robert

Great place but I wish they had a better way to figure out how much they are while walking around the showroom. I drive up from Salem to visit a couple times a year but I like the upfront pricing without having to ask. Put package pricing on the boats with different motor options that fit the size of boat.

I was skeptical when I saw the price on-line. I sent a couple e-mails and wasnt overly satisfied so I call inflatable Boat Center and Mike answered the phone. Wow thing changed at that very moment. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I ordered the boat and he followed up my on-line order with a few shipping questions. I received my boat today and was very pleased. I only opened the box but it looks exactly what we discussed on the phone. Thank you! You just gained a loyal customer all the way from the great state of Wyoming.

Visited the store today to buy an electric pump to inflate the Zodiac 340 my brother gave me when he passed. Mike at the shop willingly answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. Nice clean shop, I will be back.

I called IBC to find out about pumps/inflators and they sent me to the website to view the pump online that I was interested in. I visited there site but was unable to find the item and it would not come up on there Quick Search. I called back to tell them I could not find the item on their site and the person I spoke with (not sure who it was) told me I was lying and that I hadnt put it in the search box, I told him I had and he again told me I was lying and that he was the one that designed the site. I then told him that I absolutely typed it into the search box of the website he designed and it gave me the no matches message. He again told him I wasnt lying and I told him I thought he was being rude, he told me he was busy and I told him thanks but I will find a pump somewhere else and he promptly hung up on me. By far the rudest, worst service I have ever had. I have been to this store previously and had good experiences but after this I will not step foot in the store and I would encourage others to seriously think about where they spend their $$$$. :(

STAY AWAY!!!What a joke of a business. Torn cover when I bought my inflatable. They promised a new cover. NO DICE.Then - they said they would take care of the MSO and registration with the Oregon Marine Board. NO DICE.
