I have purchased two boats from Chantel and want to share that it was an amazing experience from start to finish both times.She is great, as is the rest of the team there. AWS is lucky to have her, and I love my new Axis boat! The new location on macadam sealed the deal as I no longer need to go to Oregon City, and have a spot right next to Lake Oswego off of 43!

Bought 2 Malibu’s from Active over the last few years. Both times I’ve had a great experience from Nick South in Oregon city. Can’t say enough positive things about his attention to detail. What happened after I bought the boats though is what really has made me a customer for life. Chantel (who worked to get us financing) has been nothing but the most helpful. She not only went above and beyond to make the process super easy both times but after our purchases has remembered us by first name and checked in to make sure our experience has been good. Also we live next to the Macadam Ave location so the Oregon city location is a bit of a drive for us. She will sometimes run us items or paper work up to the macadam branch to make life easier for us. We super appreciate that! The next part of this is Jermey in service at OC location. Our second Malibu seemed to have lots of problems. It was a brand new boat but sometimes you you just don’t get that lucky! Jermey took our boat in 7-8 times in the first 3 or so months we had it. Every time they would fix a few things it just seemed like more things would come up. Jermey always went above any beyond for us. Typically taking the boat in on a Monday and having it back to us within a day or two so we could still enjoy it for the weekend. He did constant check ins to make sure things were fixed properly and even went as far as picking up our boat and dropping it back off at our house after service. It had to go in so many times I really felt bad for Jermey but he kept a smile the whole time and went above and beyond to make sure all the kinks got worked out and now our boat has been epic all summer! Last person that I have to comment on is Brant at the Macadam branch. It was my daughters birthday the other weekend and we were trying to take the kids tubing. Unfortunately our pump went out. I called up to the macadam branch to see if they had any in stock and Brant was kind enough to take my card number and run the pump down to the dock so we didn’t even have to leave the boat. Truly a awesome experience with the whole crew! Would have any of these guys out boating with my family! They’ve all become apart of our family over the last few years! Thank you guys!!!
