Excellent workmanship on my Kamon table. Well done Golden West!!

Purchased an 8 Sunset pool table and just had it installed last week. Had an issue with the diamond sights being the wrong color (which I think was the dealers fault) so I sent email to Golden West about it and Rich called me back, sent me the correct sights for free and explained how I can swap them out easily. Rich was very friendly and professional. Fantastic customer service and more importantly the pool table is awesome! The table is sturdy, well made and very nice. It plays very well too! my whole family loves it and has been playing non-stop. Will definitely purchase another table from Golden West in future as I would love to get a full size snooker table. Most importantly.... Made in the USA!

Our property recently remodeled our cue room and the table was damaged in the process. We had a major re-opening in less than two weeks. I spoke to Rich and someone was here the next day to assess the issue. They repaired the damaged leg supports that very same day. I requested they also re-fabric the table since it was already taken apart. They returned within the week to complete the work and we were ready for the our re-opening with a week to spare.

These people are top notch! I reached out to them about reconstructing the family heirloom Brunswick, of which I am only left with the base of after the rest were taken by another Portland area billiard mechanic who was a reputation for theft took my money and pool table pieces never to be heard from again. Golden West was very accommodating to my situation and offered several options. These people are definitely worth trying.

Rich was incredibly helpful in picking the right table for our family. He was patient with all of our questions and had expert advice when it came to customizations. Our installers were on time, extremely hard working and polite. Our entire experience with Golden West was top notch. We would highly recommend them.

I have had GW replace tips on other cues with decent results, but they were afraid to replace a tip on my Predator Revo shaft. Had to turn around and find somewhere else to go. Wasted a trip!

They did move and leveling of used American Heritage pool table I bought. In a week, I noticed ridges between slates. They refused to come to check the table until I called three times. They finally came but refused to fix it as 1 month warranty saying it was a bad table from the beginning. Disappointed and Not a good experience at all.

They had a good selection of pretty much everything but staff on Saturday doesnt seem to know as much as owner. We like what we got but having more knowledge of your products on Saturdays would get the fifth 🌟.
