I took over a restaurant that had a contract with them. I figured it would be easier to continue it and the rep, named Alejandra Audelo met me and had me sign some paper work on her laptop. Upon her leaving my restaurant, I told her I was close to empty on coke and diet coke and could she process an order for it so that I would receive them on time for the weekend. She said that would not be possible for me to even order as my paper were not processed yet, and told me I couldnt order for another couple days. I told her I needed some and for her to order some under the old business account and I will pay it up front but she refused. So I asked her if she could pick up any or if I could go to the warehouse and pick up any, she said no, there was nothing that could be done. I told her that I felt she didnt tried to help me at all and she said that wasnt her problem nor her company concern. I should take it up with the previous owner who should have make sure I had enough to last the weekend before selling it to me. I told her that was really poor customer service and asked for her supervisor name. She literally laughed in my face and said I couldnt do nothing to her as the company will just send her my case back to her. I then told her to cancel my contract and again she laughed and said, no you cant, you signed for 3 yrs and it is a binding contract, the contract was already emailed and there was nothing I could do. Worse than her horrendous customer service, was her cocky and mocking attitude. I would NOT recommend anyone to do service with this company if that is how their representative treat customers.
