I recently moved to the area and needed to furnish my home. Went to the furniture shack because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. When I walked in Bill introduced himself and asked if we had questions or needed help. He then let us shop in peace and wasn’t pushy like some sales people can be. We had a weird situation with my bank and Bill was super understanding that it wasn’t in our control and worked with us to get it sorted in a way that didn’t hold up our furniture. Can’t recommend them enough.

I stumbled upon The Furniture Shack from a quick Google maps search of local furniture stores. Wow, Im so glad I found them! The outside of their warehouse storefront is a little non-descript, but feels very home-y once you walk in. I was quickly greeted and pointed to the furniture I was searching for. They had exactly what I was looking for - a slim profile power recliner - at a really great price. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. My recliner was a floor model that was in excellent condition - had only been on the floor a week - and was plastic-wrapped for transportation.Very happy with my experience with The Furniture Shack! I will absolutely visit them again when Im needing furniture!

We bought our couch here that pulls out into a big square a year ago and just bought a dresser recently and each time we went, it’s been amazing customer service from the manger and all the employees. Their furniture is great and holds up very well. Especially if you buy the protection layer! Our big dogs are on our couch all day, and so far, no tears or rips! Ive visited The Furniture Shack twice in the last few months. On my first visit, I had a great experience with Bill even though I didnt make a purchase that day. I decided to purchase a different couch from a different furniture store but that couch kept getting delayed and delayed. I was tired of waiting so I came back to The Furniture Shack hoping I could find something that would work without a long lead time. We walked in planning to snag a discounted chaise lounge from the website, walked out having almost all of our new home furniture accounted for instead. Violeta had us at ease as soon as we walked in. There was never any pressure to keep browsing, let alone to buy more than the first item we asked about, and she was more than happy to look up instruction manuals, call other vendors, do any research needed to answer the few questions that she didnt happen to have answers memorized for.Overall the selection is surprisingly good, prices even better (some of those sets are a STEAL), delivery times more than reasonable (days or weeks, not months). If youre unsure from the website, Id highly recommend giving Furniture Shack a shot in person - pictures dont do a lot of those cushions justice, and they definitely take Covid seriously as well.

The Furniture Shack has super friendly workers and beautiful inventory. They also do fun events and celebrations. They take great care of their clients. Today they had a Gilmore Girls event. It was very creativly put together and so much fun. Shopping here is like being with family. Love this place.

I waited to write this review until my delivery was taken care of and Im glad I did. On the bright side the women that I interacted with were great. I spoke with a blonde woman on my first visit who outlined what delivery looked like the fees associated with it, how taxes were calculated, and answered any other questions that I might have. A dark-haired woman pointed me to the catalogs that they order pieces from and let me bounce ideas off of her and see what some of the options were for the space that I was trying to outfit.My issues came about with delivery. The delivery company was perfectly fine, furniture shack was not. My delivery was scheduled for a month out because one of my items was on back order. It turned out one of the items that I was looking for was oversold and I was not made aware of this until two days before my delivery as opposed to at any other point in the month between me paying for the items and getting them delivered. When everything was delivered to the house, I noticed that the bookcase I ordered had a bunch of scratches and a piece missing out of the bottom corner. I went back to furniture shack thinking that the delivery company dropped off a return or a floor model by mistake. The man there says well, we told you it was a floor model and discontinued. Which no, they did not. Because if they did, I would have looked for an alternative. As I did for the oversold item I was interested in where the only other option was the floor model.Im hoping this experience was a fluke and they are typically better than what I dealt with. The other reviews here seem to suggest that. But if theyre looking for advice for their future interactions, take a moment to note on a customers paperwork if something is as-is or a floor model. Maybe even just write the letter f. So that instead of assuming you did it correctly, you can be sure that you did it correctly with proof to back it up.

I went in and seen Bill after my parents bought a couch from him and had an amazing experience. Bill customer service as well as his knowledge of the products was fantastic. My parent had mentioned how I was looking for a new mattress after I was ripped off by another mattress store. He promised to take care of me so I took a gamble and went and seen him. A very friendly family owned business. They offered good suggestions to help me furnish a living and family rooms. I took a lot of pictures so that I can compare which pieces will fit best in my home. They even gave me a list of their manufacturer websites so I can research which pieces will work in my space. When its time to purchase I can just email them and they will order it that is customer service!

I got burned on a Wayfair delivery that didnt materialize, and then had to search high and low for outdoor furniture...in June! Of course everyone was sold out, but Furniture Shack had a some great options left. Felicia was super helpful and made sure to get one reserved for me right away, even got the cushion colors I wanted. Pickup was quick and easy. You can tell Felicia cares about everyones experience which is hard to find these days.

I wanted to find a specific mattress, 12 gel foam, and found a fantastic option. While they didnt have the size I wanted i opted one size up. Other places I looked wanted 1,400 but their price was $547.Their payment plan of 90 days with no credit check was also very easy to navigate. It only adds $75 to their asking price. I paid an initial $50 and will be starting regular payments on the date I scheduled according to when I get paid. They even looked up some third party shipping so I could get it in the same day, about an hour after made the purchase. It cost $91 with tip. Basically it felt like I post mated a bed.I did most of my business over the phone with Billy, and a femme who assisted me at point. Both were very helpful and patient with me doing at home browsing. I also appreciated that they didnt make me feel pressured to physically come into the store to check their wares.The bed itself seems to be fine. A gel mattress apparently needs to breath for a few hours and 48 hrs to fully expand but it feels great. I look forward to doing their layaway option for the bedframe ^_^Essentially, cheapest place to get a bed, quick delivery, friendly and efficient service!

We went out today mostly looking for ideas but crossing our fingers wed find the right couch for our new space and were delighted by the range of styles within our price range. Within a half hour wed found just the right chaise and accent chair to make us excited about our small living room space. Associates were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I spent a lot of time looking for a white sleigh bed with storage for my daughter. I found the perfect one but when I called around to several places I was told they werent able to get it or it would be several months out. I called Furniture Shack & spoke with Felicia. We were looking to purchase a large sectional. We stopped by to see what they had and we found a six piece sectional with all the bells and whistles. The employee (Bill) was very helpful and not pushy. (That was a major plus in my book.) He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Went here for the first time today. I have driven past them everyday and finally decided that I would go in.. I was looking for a sofa for my smaller apartment, most other stores were at least a two week ordering time. The furniture shack had exactly what I was looking for. The staff is amazing, so friendly and easy going. The selection is really good, something for every budget and the overall vibe is way cool. I highly recommend them and will definitely buy from them again.
