Great service and great prices!! I had been searching all over town. Went in specifically for an inexpensive split queen box spring and within 1 minute Jessie located what I was looking for and for a great price! We were paid & loaded with in 10 minutes and I had enough time to browse sofas and found the one we want. I will continue to use BedMart outlet in the future.

This place is seriously the best. Walked in got greeted within seconds. Jesse helped us find the right mattress for us without any pressure to choose within a certain price point. He showed us exactly what we asked for and then let us wander and try things out. I can’t say enough nice things about Jesse and Cheryl. This is the third bed we’ve purchased here for our household here and we will be back for more furniture. If you’ve been thinking about stopping, I would highly recommend you do!

Well the copper memory foam bedDidnt work for me and had problems and so I first exchanged for same bed but still manufacture problem so I then paid a fee to get another type of bed the escape 700 and it seems to have no issues and is soft. Love it.The people at this store are really great and I recommend to all my friends and familySharon

We recently purchased a mattress and a sofa set at BedMart on airport way. We were helped by Cheryl & Tim, who were both very kind and knowledgeable. Both presented us with information to make an informed decision. The customer service was outstanding and they worked with us to find something that was high quality but in our budget. They were laid back yet professional, not pushy and made us feel comfortable. We will definitely be looking here for future furniture needs.

My daughter just moved to Portland and we were looking to furnish her apt. We walked in and spent time with cheryl - she was fantastic helping my daughter pick out the right bed in her pricerange. After making a delivery in the area and waiting for my next gig, I decided to go in to see if they had a powerlift chair for mom. Ive always hated these kinds of stores because it seems as if theres only 1 sales person and when no one is in the store, they attack you just because they seem to be desperate, have a quota to fill or just want someone to talk to. Then they try to sell you the entire store.Cheryl greeted me soon after walking in. I told her I was killing time and wanted to look around. She was super nice and didnt bother me. When i finally made it back around to the front, she then asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for. I told her about the chair and she turned around and pointed behind her. She apologized to me that it was the only one currently in stock.I couldnt believe my eyes, it was on sale for $699 and it had an extra 10% off for memorial day. That made it less than half the price I had seen them anywhere else. Because of renovations, I asked if they had a layaway program so i could pick it up when we were done. Yes they do. I told her I wanted to bring my mom over to see if it fit her and if she liked it. Absolutely she said thats very important. She never tried to get me to buy it ahead, she never tried to sell me anything. She answered my questions, and she asked me questions for a better understanding of what I wanted. Thats it. I was super impressed with Cheryl and her level of professionalism.I took mom, she loved it, we bought it and we are going back to get the rest of the items we need after renovations are complete. Thank you Cheryl for putting this sarcastic person at ease.

Purchasing a mattress at The Bedmart Outlet Store was the best mattress and furniture purchase I have ever made! From the moment I walked in the door until my new mattress and loveseat were delivered the next day it was 5 star service! Cheryl the salesperson that helped me showed me a number of mattresses and loveseats and never once did I feel pressured to buy. I found exactly what I wanted at a fair price. My new mattress and loveseat were delivered the next day by two friendly guys that were careful not to damage my new items or my home! They even showed up a little early which was great! I will definitely recommend Bedmart to any of my friends that are looking for a new mattress or other furniture!

We came in after going to a competitor and Timothy really took care of us! He was easy to talk to and ask questions of and made us feel really comfortable. His honesty and straightforwardness about the mattresses really solidified our purchase. We are very happy with our new mattress!

Cheryl was nice, I went back twice before deciding on a bed. She offered me a discount on the frame I wanted. The bed I was going to get was taken the day before and I ended up going with more expensive mattress. No warranty on a lot of the mattresses, but I believe is good pricing anyway. This review is only for the store and the manager, not the bed itself.

We had been to a few other furniture stores in the area and were bombarded by sales folk, this wasnt the case with bedmart. Cheryl, the store manager, welcomed us in and let us browse at our own leisure, there was no pressure to buy, but with prices as good this place you likely will. Much cheaper than the surrounding stores, and online platforms as well.Overall great experience. Would definitely reccomend!

My wife and I were moving and needed a new bed frame and mattress. She looked around online and found this place. We visited and were really happy with the service, selection and prices. The lady that helped us (cant remember name) was very nice with no pressure or gimmicks. See even setup my 4 year old son on a motorized bed and showed him the controls, that kept him entertained the rest of the time we were there. We financed our purchased to push off paying for it a couple months to help ease other moving costs (18 month zero interest, but will pay it off in a couple months). It took maybe 5 minutes total to fill out the short application and get a response. They also threw in free high thread count sheet set and sold us nice Sealy foam pillows for like $10 each. Everything was in stock and they loaded it all into our trailer we brought. Their name is a little misleading though as they also sell end tables, couches, recliners, etc.

I bought a really nice Tempurpedic from CherylShe was very informative and knowledgeable on all the beds. I’m very pleased and highly recommend any buyer to this store.Ask for Cheryl

Hit about 6 other mattress stores and as we drove by here saw big discount signs. Pulled in and as we were walking in saw sign said they closed at 6 and it was 601. The gentleman at the counter said go ahead come in. He asked what we needed and provided awesome customer service and was very friendly. We ended up making a purchase because he found the perfect bed in our parameters. Will recommend everyone looking for a mattress to check this place out! Thanks for the great experience.

Weve purchased two mattresses from this location and had a great experience each time. We recently went in, shortly before closing, and didnt feel rushed or pressured at all. Cheryl was extremely knowledgable and stayed after-hours to help us find the perfect bed with great financing options. They have a variety of mattresses for every budget and have better prices than any of the other stores we went into. You wont have buyers remorse if you shop here, just go see Cheryl!

Cheryl is amazing! She really helped me find the right furniture for my disability. I went in thinking I was needing a lifting recliner, but am getting an adjustable bed that keeps my entire spine and legs in the proper alignment, no matter what Im doing. I couldnt be more happy with my purchase! My pain went down after just sitting in it for a few minutes - so Im beyond thrilled. She was so understanding and caring and hooked us up with a great comforter, pillows, and so much more. You just cant help but want to be her friend. Oh - and those U shaped pillows? Buy them - Im not kidding! Buy extras so you have spares and buy them for gifts. Your neck will thank you.Seriously though, its relaxed and comfortable there, no hard sales tactics. They just know their stuff and want to pair you up with whats best for you. You cant beat that.
