I didnt think it would be a nice place just because of the outside, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped with the highest level of customer service. Much better than the four other places I went to see that same day. I went here in search of a couch, I first discovered this loveseat I really loved and didn’t see much else I liked as much. John let me know they had a couch Verizon coming in and helped me secure it before arrival! He also helped me purchase a new bed at a great price. My wife and I went in looking for a mid-century modern sofa and two chairs. Omar, the owner, had some nice choices and we found exactly what we wanted--at very good prices. He was very helpful and friendly--not at all one of those hovering, high-pressure sales people. Especially noteworthy, compared to other stores, he was willing to sell items off the showroom floor. And best of all, he was able to arrange delivery to our home, via Lugg, within 3 hours. We are very happy and literally sitting pretty.

Highly recommended!I went in on a whim looking for a couch. Everywhere we’ve gone the last week has been sold out and on back order for months. I chatted with Omar, the owner and he said we could buy the floor model and take it the same day! As new homeowners this was a huge relief. He advised me not to strap it to my roof due to the risk, and helped me load it and tie it down in the back of my Subaru. 5 star customer service. We’ll be visiting again next time we need some furniture.

My family had a really amazing experience with this store. We came in very close to closing after shopping all day for the perfect sectional. Right by the front door, I knew I found the perfect one for our needs and budget. The salesperson (Jon) did not seem annoyed at all at us being there so close to closing, and also did not pressure us to make a decision. We decided to get the model we tried out very quickly. It delivered in a very reasonable amount of time, however, once it was all set up, there was a small problem with the end recliner. We contacted the store immediately and they jumped right on it. We live a little ways from the store so they gave us plenty of time to bring it back, and had the issue fixed at no charge within two days, and then gave all the time we needed to come pick it up. Very professional and will definitely go back for any furniture needs.

I bought a couch today from here. Got a really good deal on it. Im sorry I didnt get the name but he is the owner really nice guy, super friendly very helpful. We were waiting for our pick up truck he kept on asking us of we needed amything. Offered to help us load which he did. We needed a rope to tie the furniture provided that. I would say I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend and shop here in the future.

Two weeks ago I bought a leather loveseat from Furniture Plus and it was a fantastic experience. Omar helped me out and was knowledgeable, polite and patient. We bought a very large sectional with a ottoman and it is beautiful, fits perfectly in our new home! Customer service yesterday was AMAZING! He was so excellent with our boys, who are younger & wanted to see everything in store, it was helpful as a mom, how he was so easy with them while I was deciding on what we wanted! We rented a home depot truck for $22 & he helped load in truck, taking home our new sectional within an hour of getting to the store! Excellent family experience buying our first very large new sectional & ottoman!

I want to shout out to Omar and his team at Furniture Plus! My bf and I have recently bought a sectional from them and we have leveraged their delivery partner Lugg to deliver it to our home. Unfortunately, the pieces are too big to go through our doorway and get to our second-floor living room. We have to contact Furniture Plus and Omar has been extremely helpful! He helped me to know what I should measure to figure out the dimension of our hallway and brainstorm with me for potential solutions. In addition, he has suggested me his friend who owns a moving company can potentially help me move the sofa through our balcony with a way more seasonal price than some moving companies on the market. In addition, he has also offered us potentials of other sectionals/ love seats and kind enough to offer to help us move the sectional back to the store.Omar and his team are really good communicators and they helped us through this process professionally and calmly. You feel you have someone for your back and they are reliable. With their help, we now have a sofa in our living room! I cant suggest this place more for you to purchase furniture from them. Their customer service is probably one of the best that I have ever experienced! If you ever need a piece of furniture, make sure you check them out!!

Havent had such a good customer service experience. My husband and I lucked out when this place came up as a nearby furniture store as we were searching for a new couch. Its a small store so they dont have a ton in the showroom but it didnt matter. Omar was super friendly and helpful. He asked us what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect sectional in one of his catalogs. He gave us a quote and we were surprised at the low price. Omar told us that his prices would be much lower than other stores but doesnt every salesman say that? We wanted to see the couch in person, of course, before ordering so Omar directed us to the nearest Ashley store to see if they had it or something similar. After visiting Ashley and seeing that the exact same couch there was $700 more (yes, $700!), we called and placed an order with Furniture Plus. Jon took the order and he was just as nice to work with. We picked up our couch today (delivery wasnt an option because we live 100 miles away) and Omar helped us load it into our pickup. He even offered us an extra set of straps to ensure we would get it home safely. I really cant say enough about how genuinely nice and pleasant this guy is. Plus you cant beat his prices for quality furniture. We will definitely go to Omar first the next time we are looking for furniture, even though he is 100 miles away!

Will always be going here for furniture shopping! After hitting 6 furniture stores on a Saturday, we ended up coming to furniture plus and had a more than positive experience. We didn’t have anyone down our throats trying to sell us anything or push us out of our price range. We were able to walk away and think about it overnight without having a guilt trip and came back the next day after deciding on our couch. Everything was quick and East. The prices were great and the service was excellent.

The price was great, the couch is well made and so comfortable. Both times we were in we were helped by John - no lurking, no sales pitches, no wheeling and dealing. He simply welcomed us in, let us shop around at our own pace, quickly answered our questions, and helped us load our wonderful new couch into our truck.
