My wife and I recently purchased a AS5 bed from Amerisleep, and it was great. We didn’t know much about the different types of mattresses available, but our salesman provided excellent information that made our choice easy. Weve been sleeping on it for weeks now and absolutely love it! This is easily the best Portland mattress store weve visited.

I’m moving into a new townhome here in portland and the entire process has been extremely overwhelming. If I could leave 10 stars I would.We worked with Scott Agron, the store Manager and there was absolutely no pressure at all, unlike other mattress stores we have been to. In addition, he worked with us from start to finish. He helped get us into the right mattress, educated us and placed the order. He kept us up to date on our shipment and checked in with us after to make sure we didnt have any questions and were happy. Lastly, he even processed a replacement, because we decided to select a different mattress firmness. You just dont find this kind of service any more. Highly, highly recommend. Oh and the mattress is great too!

Our split-king adjustable bed + allows us to individually set our own comfort (I like my pillow area raised slightly and my feet up with the massage on...ahhh; my husband likes his head up to watch TV.). Our mattresses are the best blend of comfort and support.Doug and Grady listened carefully to our needs, recommended features and accessories that will assure our contented slumbers for a long time, and then checked back to see if we were satisfied or needed to make changes. I felt like they purposefully took extra time to make me feel like their most valued customer and I am sure they will do the same for you.

One of my biggest peeves is pillows that are too soft or too hard. I’m giving Amerislepe give stars because their pillows are perfect all around. I got me the best king size pillows money can buy and I can’t wait to sleep on them soon.

Brad was extremely helpful in helping us pick a mattress that worked for us. We’re very excited to get to sleep on our new AS3 mattress. We came back in a second time after trying out the Casper mattresses and heavily preferred the Amerisleep ones. And they were more affordable and made in the USA to boot!

In the past, I bought all my mattresses from outlet stores like mattress firm, Mattress Lot, BedMart, and Mattress World. Their clearance sales were always spectacular but I realized that these beds are really just best for guest rooms. So I can sleep best, I found Amerisleep. While I paid more for my king size mattress, it was worth every penny since I sleep on it every single night. It really sleeps like a dream.

I know a good mattress when I see one (my best friend used to work at a mattress store) and Amerisleep has some of the best mattresses in town. Of course Mattress Depot and Mattress Firm and BedMart offer a different selection but that can complicate the shopping process. The sheer number of options can be overwhelming so for a simple shopping experience where you’re almost certain to get the right bed for you, I recommend the Amerisleep Portland mattress store where the employees can find the best mattress for you. You don’t have to be a serious shopper either. I was just browsing casually and already know which model I’d want to buy in a few years when my current one wears down.

Amerisleep was suggested by friends who purchased a mattress from them after experiencing a back injury and they swore by it. We stopped in the Washington Square location and talked with Grady who was super helpful. We were going to look around at option options but quickly became overwhelmed with all of the options at other stores. We decided it wasnt worth the headache and Amerisleep had a great 100 day offer so we made the investment.We ordered a Queen AS3. It came with 2 free pillows and we were suggested to buy a mattress protector as well. After all was said and done, we spent a little over $1000.00.We got our mattress and after a few weeks, felt it too soft. We contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a topper to correct the firmness level.Still waiting on that to see how it help with support but what I like most about Amerisleep is the customer service. I am blown away by how quickly I can connect with someone. Im not forced to call and wait in a queue. They always have real people on chat and they are so helpful. The store associates are so patient and really go the extra mile to ensure youre happy. I recently made a call to Washington Sq and spoke with Brad who was just great.So- if after purchase customer service and support are important to you, i HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Amerisleep.

I just got off the phone with Brad and I also spoke with Grady a week before. I called Brad to ask questions about the coupons offered at this time, and he was extremely helpful, patient, timely, answered all of my questions, friendly, kind enough to keep a discount for me while my fiancé and I are moving states. He answered all of my questions but we also had a very enjoyable conversation, really needed during COVID. I was already looking to buy the Platform Bed Frame, but after talking to Brad I am sold.

I recently purchased the AS3 mattress; although it was super soft and comfortable, I found that I needed firmer edge support. I requested an exchange and selected the AS2 hybrid mattress; it is perfect. A special thank you to Grady B. for excellent customer service.

I researched Amerisleep for approximately two months. I asked buyers on social media about their experiences. All were positive. I chatted with Amerisleep representatives online to request answers to questions I had. All were helpful, but one sealed the deal (Brad at the Washington Square showroom). On my 4th and final chat with a representative I reached Brad located at the Washington Square showroom. I live across the country in Virginia. Brad asked about my weight, any lingering health issues, if I slept on my stomach, back, side, and just the basic “what do you want to get out of a mattress”. He was extremely helpful and could relate to my interests based on his own personal experience. He offered to assist me with my purchase over the phone. I made the call. I wasn’t always a big fan of memory foam mattresses. I bought a waterbed in the 80’s and thought it was the coolest thing. Since I travel so often, I’m always on hotel mattresses too. But since COVID i’ve been travleing less for work and staying at home more often. I realized I needed a new mattress. So, when i got their medium firm bed and brought it home, I adjusted to it after 2-3 weeks and then finally found that I could be sleeping a lot easier every night. THank you amerisleep!

I was looking for a new mattress and walked past the store in the mall so I decided to check it out. Brad greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. He asked if I had been in before and if I wanted to try any mattresses out. He also told me that the mattresses don’t have bad chemicals in them like other mattresses. I tried out several of the beds and got comfortable on one of them. While I was on the mattress Brad showed me the adjustable frames. He also explained pricing to me but gave me space to think about things. I liked mattress #3 the most. Overall I had a great experience and felt welcome and the store felt clean and bright. Ordered a mattress from the amerisleep website and was concerned with shipping. Impatience on my part. Went online and it put me through to a sleep coach, Brad, at the Oregon store. I could not have been more pleased with his prompt help with all my questions and concerns. Great customer service from him in every way. Mattress was on the way just hadn’t got the email yet. Now Just to see if the mattress lives up to all the wonderful reviews once it arrives.

I’m a huge fan of the Amerisleep store in Washington Square Mall. After trying Tuft & Needle, Casper, Purple, Temper Pedic, I can honestly say that AS3 Mattress from Amerisleep is a superior product. My shopping experience was also top notch. Shout out to Brad for being informative, helpful, and not being too overly pushy.

Brad at Amerisleep store in TIgard patiently showed us all the bed choices and pros and cons. He went beyond to tell us about recommended accessories. There was no pressure to buy or sell up. We both have had injuries and pains that make a good nights sleep hard to get. We felt the AS5h was really great, but wanted to do our due diligence. We found that mattress reviews on line are often incentivized, incomplete, or dont compare apples-to-apples. We also found that many products are made in China; not our preference. We looked hard, laid on countless mattresses locally, and came right back to the AS5h.

Grady was super nice and amazing with explaining the difference between different firmness of mattresses and different bases. He also was very generous and provided me and my friends with fresh cold water and allowed us to test all the mattresses on display. I decided to replace my wonderful spring mattress assembly this winter. It was 20 years old and I thought I loved its softness.After literally studying every single non-spring mattress system available, I settled on Amerisleep for a number of reasons. First of all, it is made primarily from plant material and does not produce any detectable gas odor, something very important to me.Secondly, it had a complex construction that meant it is cool to sleep on, unlike petroleum based and even natural latex products of this type. Third, it got great reviews from customers, the company is based in America and does its manufacturing here, they will donate your mattress after 100 nights if you dont like it, and there were five different levels of firmness to choose from. I chose the middle of the spectrum A3.The minute it was set up and I tried it, I loved it. That was over two months ago and I like it even more now. I also ordered the pillows and similarly love them. The bed looks beautiful, there is little to no motion transfer, the edges are firm and it is cool and odorless. Total success.In addition, the delivery was very fast and customer representatives followed through, were friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure and responsive. What more could I want? I heartily recommend this company and this bed!

Came in with friends, had no agenda. Brad gave us the tour while we waited, folks here are so friendly and personable! The shop looks slick and the mattresses are as slick as they look. Those folks really put a lot of thought into optimizing their function and making them as comfy as they can be with careful consideration for body mechanics and wellness.

As soon as we walked in I noticed the big glass “dream suite” . We walked in and when we sat down the bed welcomed us with a video above our head. The store was organized and very warm. Highly recommend going there to purchase your next mattress.

I ordered the Amerisleep AS3 having read reviews of it online. It more than lived up to its reputation. Delivery was prompt and setup was as easy as taking the mattress out of the box and laying it on my bed frame. Having had a firm spring mattress previously I wasnt sure what to expect from a memory foam mattress, but I have found the mattress to be firm enough to support me yet have enough give for me to comfortably sleep on my side. No longer have I struggled to get comfortable when falling asleep and I find that on average I fall asleep quicker and sleep sounder through the night with the Amerisleep mattress than I have in the past.

I have purchased several memory foam mattresses and returned every one...except this one. This mattress is firm and easy to sleep on. Ive had it for about a year and have nothing bad to say about it. I think its a superb mattress. I did purchase another memory foam mattress from these folks and had to return it, too soft. Had no problems with the return, couldnt have been easier. Incredible experience. Brad was amazingly welcoming, not pushy, and genuinely made me want to buy a mattress. I do not need a new mattress. I never realized what a massager built into a bed could do to a man. These are the types of beds that will make you want to do better in life. I got a lot of information about reasons why I might not be getting the best nights sleep as it is right now, and it never ever came off as a incessant pitch you would get at another big box mattress store. I will be buying one of these go up and down massaging beds even if the only nights sleep I get on it is my last.

I researched for weeks before purchasing an Amerisleep AS3 queen mattress in March 2019. My choice has proven outstanding. Being a fitful side sleeper, I now wake fully rested with zero hip pain. I really didnt expect such complete, and almost immediate relief, but I welcome it! Memory foam is a much different feel from a conventional mattress, but in my case it took only about a week for it to feel totally natural. I believe that I couldnt have made a better choice; price, guarantee, trial period policy, better sleep, no pain have all made Amerisleep the perfect mattress for me!

Order a mattress online? Seemed crazy, but after reading dozens of reviews, I took the plunge. Im completely satisfied with my AS3 and the mattress base. Both pieces arrived quickly and the base worked exactly as the customer service rep said it would. I called customer service a couple of times when ordering and each time they were pleasant and helpful. It was a super easy experience and I sleep great!

We did a lot of research before buying the Amerisleep mattress. It was delivered on time and easy to maneuver into place. It’s so comfortable and we’re sleeping great on it. Liked it so much that we bought another one for our other bedroom!

My husband and I bought our mattress almost a year ago. We were suffering from lower back pain and restless sleep. Initially we went with the AS2 model because we prefer a firmer mattress. Unfortunately, I was having a hard time adjusting to the mattress, so we emailed customer service about our problem and were needing to cash in our 100 day warranty. We switched to the AS3 model which is SO much nicer. I have adjusted very well and so has my husband. The Amerisleep customer service representatives were very patient with me in regards to getting them the right information sent in to have our 1st mattress picked up. We are still trying to find options to pick up the mattress, but they are being very kind and helpful in doing so. The only thing I would say as a possible downside to the mattress is the warmth. Most memory foam mattresses are hot, this one is warm...we are already hot natured sleepers, so we are hoping to invest in a cooling pad. Overall, this mattress (and company) was a great investment!

I purchased a mattress about 6 months ago, the AS3. I could not sleep on it because it was a little too firm. I exchanged it for the AS4 and it has made a huge difference. This is the most comfortable mattress and customer service is amazing. They are very helpful and made the exchange quickly.

Recently, I have had hip surgery and this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I was always a restless sleeper, this bed is so comfortable that I can lay in one position at a time for longer periods of time. When I wake up in the morning, I am more rested than I have been in years. This is the best mattress for the price on the market.

Researched different beds for months w/ great consternation about which company to buy from sight unseen. Then which bed to choose was the next big decision. Decided lying on side and back to sleep, Amerisleep AS2 was the bed I wanted for older adult wife and I. Cant imagine making a better decision although the dang bed is expensive. But believe me, for the comfort Ive received with no more tossing a turning throughout the night and waking up in the morning with no back pain, believe me when I say - IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!

Scott, Store Manager, was very helpful explaining the construction of their beds and he explained the differences between the models. The bed arrived as scheduled and we are very happy with it. The only issue was the communication with the factory was bad - they failed to give us shipping status and didnt contact us. I had to call the company. I was never told about the pillows being on back order until the third call! (They did finally arrive.)

We did so much research in regards to purchasing a mattress. One thing that I noticed over many online mattress reviews was that Amerisleep was a great company with an exceptional mattress. We had even looked into the purple mattress but read many reviews stating that it just didn’t live up to the hype. After trying out a purple mattress it just was not as soft or cooling as an Amerisleep.

Honestly one of the best mattress stores around, absolutely loved the hospitality. The friendly staff and amazing atmosphere made the whole experience even better! 10/10 would recommend!

I loved my experience here! I originally was dragged in by a friend because she wanted to lay down. We immediately got helped by one of the employees, Brad. He brought us into the trial room for one of the adjustable mattresses. I have to say I fell in love with it immediately, I have chronic pain throughout my whole body. And as soon as he started the adjustments, I could immediately feel the pressure taken off of my joints. I have to say this is definitely a future investment for me. Even if you are not actively looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend stopping by to check this place out!

The store was super clean and modern. The employee who helped me was very friendly and informative but not pushy at all. I am a side sleeper and have spent all my life waking up with my arms asleep and tossing and turning due to the pressure on my shoulders. I went with a AS5, Amerisleeps softest mattress. My friends and I went in here today to check things out, and I’ve never had better service! Brad was really nice and helpful, he made sure to answer any questions we had. Next time I’m looking for a new mattress I’ll make sure to come here.

I went into the store and was greeted by Brad. He was very helpful and walked me through every bed and asked me the right questions to help me find the right bed for me. He was superly nice and made me feel comfortable. One of the best shopping experience I have ever had.

Brad welcomed us warmly. He told us and showed us everything we needed to know about the beds and sheets. Also gave us some free water. Definitely enjoyed my time.

Ordered the A3 and it’s amazing!! Delivery was fast and as soon as I set it up, the first night I was in love! I don’t have back pain any more! While I travel I wake up with back pain and realize how good I have it with the bed at home!!

If you go to the Washington square mall and start to get tired, DEFINITELY go to the amerisleep shop. Brad helped us in and allowed us to be annoying and mess around, then offered us a full tour. We had an amazing time trying all number of different beds, all of which crazily amazing. Definitely stop here!

I took a chance on ordering my Amerisleep queen mattress to be delivered to Texas even before I got in the car in Maryland to drive cross country to my new home. My mattress arrived in a box that was managable for my family, and they had it out and ready for me when I arrived. Ive slept on it every night for the past 5 months, and I love it! Im a side sleeper, and Ive always had sore hips on a spring mattress. No more! I sleep like a baby. Thank you, Amerisleep. My comfortable, beautiful mattress was worth every penny!

There was a really nice room set up with one of their best mattresses and adjustable bases, it even had a tv installed into the ceiling for the ultimate experience. Brad was super nice and gave us a demo and offered free water as well.

Definitely the best mattress I have ever owned. I went with the AS4 because I wanted something a little softer. I think it’s the best mattress for a side sleeper and I would recommend this mattress to others.
