I was in town visiting friends and walked into this Aesop shop. I have known the brand name for awhile and always thought they had nice store design, but had never tried Any products before. I was greeted by Kayla and she really spent time with me to help figure out what the best products were for my skin type. She even gave me some samples. Needless to say, I went back to Denver and bought even more products, I am hooked!

I was visiting from California and just thought about walking in for a little browsing. I had probably the most amazing customer service ever.I believe his name was Andrew. At first, I wasn’t used to it and I wasn’t sure if he was pretending to pay attention to me - but he honestly blew me away. He asked targeting questions to understand my needs, gave great demonstrations, never pressured me to buy but rather informed me with all the right stuff, and gave a ton of samples he even extended to all my friends. I ended up buying their toner, which I truly enjoy. Very attentive, caring, and so friendly! Thanks for an amazing experience.

Peaceful, knowledgeable and extremely professional, Andrew was a wealth of knowledge and a breath of fresh air. In addition to thoughtful questions and personalized skincare advice, he even gave us local tips for our visit to the area. Its so calm in the store, smells nice, and one almost feels a spa-like pampering with the attention, care, and details like a warm cup of tea while you shop.

Life-changing product. My face used to hurt every day from sensitivity/breakouts. I tried everything. Then I wandered in to Aesop. My advice: Scrap all the other stuff you’ve been spending your money on (that doesn’t work) ... consider the quality of ingredients in this lineup... use it and watch your skin evolve... and the price is totally worth it. Don’t be intimidated by the premium ingredients or the premium customer service. This is where you go to just treat yourself. Andrew is the best.

Amazing customer service, as always. Aesop never disappoints. The staff even recommended us some restaurants and places to try and visit, and they were all amazing. I adore all of the Aesop stores!

Always fantastic customer service. Even though I could go online, its one of the few experiences left in our post-retail world that I regularly go back for.

Inflated prices for what youre buying. Aesop seems like a very expensive lifestyle. You are paying quite a bit for these herbal lotions and oils. It would make sense if the concoctions has varying prices based on what herbs and oils are in them, not all the same price. Would avoid, can get same type of products at a local whole foods.

Every Aesop shop is worth a visit. The facial cream for man. It calms your skin.
