Pinwheels resale is possibly my favorite kids consignment shop ever. The owner is a very genuinely sweet woman and I enjoy finding treasures in her store! If either of my kids needs something new, I look here first! I can always find something for one of them or many things for all of them. I love this wonderful little neighborhood childrens resale shop. They always seem to have what Im looking for, whether its a baby gate, some nursing tops, or a pair of tiny sunglasses. Its also nice to be able resell some of our things as my kiddo grows out of them. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pinwheels is always stocked with everything a new/growing family needs. From high quality clothes, wooden toys, puzzles for toddlers, baby items and maternity clothes and extras for mom. I love shopping and selling, they are simply the best. Id give 6 stars, but google is limiting me to 5...

I have been shopping & selling at this store since before my daughter was even born! It is such a welcoming and wonderful neighborhood resource. I almost never buy anything new for my kiddo, I just sell stuff she has outgrown, and then use my credit to get new stuff!

I love Pinwheels Resale so much! I do most of my shopping on their Instagram at the moment due to the pandemic, but it’s always being stocked daily with new photos of great finds for my kids. Other reviews for them say their clothes are overpriced for being used. The reason why it can seem a little spendy is because they only accept certain brands, most of which are higher quality, therefore making the resale value higher as well. Regardless I have always been able to find pieces for my kids that I love and are in my budget. Their selection of books is my favorite part of the store, and they are a great place to get a Halloween costume as well. I definitely recommend checking them out on both Instagram and in person.

Cute little space. The owner is super nice and will tell you know why she is or isnt taking your items. My 5yo loves looking through the books and toys. Most of my kids clothes and toys come from here and go back when they outgrow them.

Great products at great prices. If they dont have something you looking for, just leave your name and number and theyll call if they get that product in.

Great shop with a ton of great items/brands at great prices! The owner is always super sweet and helpful. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and making sure her customers get an excellent experience, I also love the selection of locally made products!

I LOVE this store. Items here are great quality and priced fairly. I find clothes, toys, books and gear here for my almost 1 year old. Everyone who works here is friendly and so helpful. I both buy and sell which is awesome! I would recommend Pinwheels to anyone looking to find great second hand items for their kiddos!

Absolutely ADORE this children’s resale in Portland. Staff is SUPER friendly and you truly feel appreciated. They carry high end brands so prices are maybe a bit higher HOWEVER their selection is always on point, I never have to try and “dig” for the good stuff, it’s all good. Clean, high end, and impeccable condition. They are very picky with what they carry and I appreciate them for it!! I go out of my way to stop by to see new selections !!

The merchandise at Pinwheels Resale is of the highest quality and a great value! With the short amount of time some baby items are needed, I don’t know why anyone would pay full price at a retail store. Pinwheels has a very generous buying program and the owner, Sara, is amazing to deal with. I highly recommend shopping here!!!

Sara is the nicest shop owner with friendly staff who know their inventory! Being a high end resale shop, Im grateful for the high quality of clothing and gear. I also loved the ease in consigning our used kid gear we took immaculate care of.

Such a cute store with a variety of stock. It is organized really well and the prices are pretty good. Pity we couldnt buy any of your bigger ride on toys because we needed to head back to NZ. Wish we had a shop like this closer to us.

My only interaction with Pinwheels has been via their Instagram page, where they offer a small selection of items for sale, but let me tell you, I have been extremely impressed. They consistently have beautiful, high-quality things, their prices are extremely reasonable, and the owner has been extraordinarily helpful and ready to go out of her way to help me find what Im looking for - even though I live many states away! When Im in Portland, Ill definitely visit in person! Ive already sent several friends to them, I cant recommend them enough!

Pinwheels is a fun place to find great deals on high-end, gently used, baby, childrens, and maternity clothes. They also carry clothes and accessories that are handmade by local artisans. (Fairy wings, anyone?)The owner is friendly, down to earth, and you can tell that she loves children and her job!

I never bought resale items before Pinwheels but this store has changed my mind about it! The best presentation and detailed photos with description I have seen, items always arrive promptly, the condition always matches the description and the customer service is amazing! Sara has a huge variety of anything you’d want and need for your kids, is very great at replying on time and makes the whole buying experience so easy and welcoming! Strongly recommend :).

I love Pinwheels Resale! Ive actually been shopping at Pinwheels back when they were still called Piccolina and before I even had my own baby! That baby is now three. The staff at Pinwheels is awesome and every time I go in there its like Im seeing old friends again. They carry the cutest clothes at great price points and its incredibly hard to leave without buying so many things. Ive also had success consigning and trading my own (well, my childs) items as well. I love going in there during the day while everyone is at work because my daughter can just quietly play while I shop and/or trade. Its a great woman-owned business and a wonderful fixture in the neighborhood.

I saw an Instagram post about Keen sandals and requested two sizes so the owner sent me photos of what she had. I claimed two and she set them aside. The next morning I went in to pick them up and ended up finding a couple toys and a book that were like new, along with a pair of Levi’s for my son for a great price! They bought a few things that I brought in (I’ll be taking all of my consignment here from now on) and applied that credit to my shopping! Oh, and my son was busy playing with a Cars table the whole time! We’ll be back!!

I love this baby you store because they have really trendy little girl clothes Ive never been in the store without buying something !!! for a used or its very original and has really cute clothes for girls anyways I have not looked at the boy section also if you need a Halloween costume if you go in October they have tons of great kid Halloween costumes

I love this store! I found them through Instagram and although I live across the country, they make shopping with them feel as if I’m shopping right down the street. Pinwheels always has the best items that are in great condition and at great prices. Definitely recommend!

Disappointed at the little girls selection, nothing neutral. Everything was predominately hot pink and way over priced for brands offered. I felt like it was too congested, and their selection of 0-3 month clothes was slim.Hoot & Annie is best!

I have been to the Clinton store 3 times. Each time I have called ahead to make sure there would be a buyer there to go through clothes. I have gone during the times they have told me and no one has been there. Instead I have been the buyer wouldnt be in for another two hours AFTER the time they gave me. This is incredibly frustrating as I am driving from Vancouver to do this. What a waste of time. At least the Woodstock store is a little better.

I’ve been purchasing from Pinwheels (formerly Piccolina) for a couple years now and always come home with something my children treasure. Great prices, easy to find street parking, and a clean, well stocked shop.

Great selection of used baby and kid clothing, toys, and accessories. If Im in this part of town, I always peek in and see what they have.

I have been going to PIccolina since my son was a baby and hes 10 now (!). In the old days I did not enjoy going there, although I often found good infant and toddler items, because the previous owner was usually pretty grumpy. When the new owner took over I went in cautiously only to find what a lovely person and mama she is! I have always found all of her employees very friendly as well.I can imagine how hard it is as an owner of a consignment store to manage the HUGE amount of stuff folks bring in. I learned a long time ago not to expect all of my items to be bought, even if I think they look great. We dont have the whole picture and we dont know what they are able to sell well. I know that I rarely buy the cheaper brands when I go to resale. They just dont hold up well. I have shopped at a lot of kids resale stores and this place is one of the best. I have found great outerwear, dress up clothes, shirts and sweaters for my son. And awesome puzzles, games, and toys.And while I used to feel some of the items were priced high, the more I shop around the more I realize they are actually pretty fair-priced. (Have you been to Goodwill lately?)I just dont know have anything like the experience some of the other reviewers are having. And whenever Ive called ahead and asked for a good time frame to come in, they have been there. Cmon cranky mamas, these folks have lots to do to run their business and buying our items is just one of them. Its nothing personal. And dont forget, the owner is a mama too! She sometimes has to put her child over being at the store.So, I definitely recommend Piccolinas to folks who are looking for good quality items at a fair price with a friendly atmosphere.

A friend recommended this store and I was highly disappointed by the service I was given. Also, the items were very over priced. I might as well have gone and bought them new.
