Stay away!!! I waited 4 weeks for the first Leer shell and on install they ordered the wrong shell for my truck even though I gave them the VIN to order from. They actually suggested to run with the shell that was wrong or I guess wait another 2-4 weeks for a another one. I requested a reorder for the right shell and was told theyd put a rush reorder on it but 5 weeks later with a ho-hum attitude it may or may not be on next weeks load list but they will GLADLY cancel my order instead of putting some pressure on Leer to expedite or rush the reorder being that they are the #1 dealer for the Leer brand. The staff and store manager Jason have no since of urgency or request to rush a reorder for an error that they made for ordering the wrong part. I was offered a whopping $100 off for the inconvenience but that was the best they could do. Do Better. Dont go here, dont buy here, dont do any business here.

I dont generally leave reviews, but this was such a bad customer experience that I feel compelled to share with others. We called trying to find a tow hitch for our 2004 Toyota Rav4. We gave them our year, make and model. They told us they didnt have one in stock, but that they would order one for us. When we picked up the tow hitch, the receipt specifically said it was for a 1998 Rav4. I asked them to double check that it would fit a 2004 Rav4 since it clearly listed a different year. They assured me the hitch would cover 2004 since it was the same generation of Rav4s. We paid $260 for the tow hitch, only to find out as soon as we got home that the hitch didnt even fit our vehicle. It was too narrow and the bolt holes didnt line up. We want back the next day to return the hitch, and they charged us $65 for the return ... due to restocking fee.So long story short: we wanted a tow hitch, they ordered the wrong part, we returned it and got charged $65 and left with no tow hitch. They didnt even offer to waive the restocking fee despite the fact that they ordered the wrong part to start with.

I got a set of Nerf bars for my ram truck. they were very helpful going over there available products. and i felt there advice was honest . they did not just try to up sale me but listened to why i was getting the bars function over looks in my case. there pricing was competitive and i will shop them again. I looked on line and at there local competitors i am very satisfied with the entire experience and the bars work great for me. they installed the bars for me. it was done by appointment when i arrived they got right on the job and everything was spot on from start to finish. i would strongly recommend checking them out for your truck and SUV needs. there showroom is clean well laid out its easy to find what you are looking for and a top notch staff.

They even took my vehicle over to Stereo King free of charge to get work done that was separate from what they do.

I have to give theses guys a 5 star for saving me money and doing an excellent job. Here is what happened: In short, I wanted fog lights, but my 20 year old 4Runner has no pre-manufactured mounts for them. Northwest Auto Accessories wanted $650.00 for them with an additional external bracket. Nick and company did it for $300.00 and custom fit them in my preexisting grill out of sight. Had an appointment. Got told its gonna take 30 min to wire up my canopy. Was 10 min early. Dropped off my car. Came back 1h later. They didnt even touched my truck. Still was sitting out in the parking lot. Took my keys back and left. Didnt get offered a new appointment. No costumer service at all.

NEVER work here! The management is poor and does not care about the people out working on the floor. The showrooms have hardworking great people but employees are treated like dirt unless you are one of the long timers.

I am so glad that we drove 30 minutes from the Beaverton area to the 82nd location. Great experience! We were looking at canopies on display in the parking area. Nick asked us if we had been helped. In less than an hour we were shown all the different models and options. His recommendations were spot on. Our order is placed and we are waiting on delivery and installation. I will post a follow-up on that as well.

I own a Mitsubishi Evolution X, and ordered wheels from Jason Roy, with some other accessories including weathertech inserts, wheel hub rings, and centercaps. Even though these are not truck components Jason got what I needed in a timely manner. All parts fit perfectly. Great customer service and experience among the staff. Went in to get warranty work done. While trying to fix leaking canopy they chipped my brand new canopy and my canopy still leaks. Factory will not warranty chips cause of dealer mistake and dealer blames on a factory issue. Stuck with now taking to court.

Have purchased several canopies from this company and one from this store. They have done a great job on installs and repairs. Today having a CTS II tuner installed and am pleased with the experience and the quality of service from all the staff.

These guys really helped us out. We were traveling cross country we ordered a camper top over the phone, they had it ready and waiting for us . We had a very narrow window and they got it on for us quick and easy .

Very poor customer service. Steer clear from this company and especially this location. I had an order for a Canopy and they had a floor model that was the exact one for my truck only to find out when I drove back out 60miles to have it installed that it was for a different year. I had the BedRug already installed and kept it but when driving on the highway it almost flew out and I had to tie it down because they didnt even bother to install it properly I found out when I got home.Not sure what kind of business theyre running there but while I was there another customer was in complaining of poor installation of a canopy too. Theyre a big corporate scam that dont really care about their customers. Go down the street to Canopy Corner if you want to get your moneys worth.Theres a reason theyre not even accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

All there old employees have left along with there customer service. The old employees treated you like there best friend and bent over backwards for you. The new employees are super pushy and not very friendly. There always pressuring you to buy there most expensive accessories like there working on commission. Probably wont be back again.

I ordered a canopy. I then found out Id need it super fast. While there werent able to accommodate this to match my urgency completely, they were able to place a rush order. It took, and I was able to get my canopy installed on my 2016 Taco prior to my cross country move. Price was about what I expected in order to get what I wanted. I set out to look at AREs or LEERs. After doing some research and adding up the extras I wanted, it was behoove of me to go with a SNUGTOP. I didnt show my cards initially, and listened to Chris explain pros/cons of items I inquired about. They matched exactly what I had learned on my own, and then some. He helped me make a good choice. Im happy and in Ohio. We went through various weather with dogs in the canopy. We arrived fine and nothing was soaked.

I used to work here. They take hookers into the basement, they scratch peoples trucks in hidden places just for fun. They overcharge, they lie to customers. And they have poor work and business ethics. Dont shop here, trust me.

Great experience working with Jason Roy at this location. I am a return customer, having purchased a SnugTop Rebel at the Hillsboro location about 4 years ago. Jason was great to work with. He answered a ton of questions I had about SnugTop and Leer. He was able to quickly get me price quotes on various models, options, and current incentives from the different manufactures. In the end, we decided on the Leer 100XL with the Adventure Sports package plus a Leer bed rug. Jason was very professional and great to work with! I highly recommend him.

I placed an order with a $500 deposit. Two weeks later I hadnt heard from them, not even an email confirmation of my order and deposit, so I wrote asking when the canopy would be ready. I received a totally disrespectful reply from Jason saying that Leer had to build, paint and then deliver the canopy, so I shouldnt expect the canopy for at least 3-4 weeks. Okay, I had no idea that they didnt carry the canopies in stock, and I was told over the phone that they should have one in 2 weeks time. So Jason then told me that he expedited one from Leer and it would be there the next week. I drove the 60 miles that day to have it put on and surprise they had ordered the wrong size which Jason told me was my fault. Not true, I gave him the dimensions of the truck bed and he told me the size based on the numbers I gave him. He said he could order another one but it would take 3-4 more weeks. I said no thank you and requested a refund. I was told that it would be sent to me in the mail. If it doesnt arrive within 2 weeks, I will place a claim in court. Interestingly, my sons girlfriend placed an order 2 weeks before I did, and upon arrival they didnt have the correct size either (this is why I wasnt surprised when they didnt have the correct size for me). BAD business all around.

Bought a canopy, they installed it, it moved - they want $100 to (re-install it). So let me get this straight.... Im to pay twice (in a year) because of a poor install ?Never really off road - just gravel roads a couple times. My last canopy never moved in 15 years (installed elsewhere) with lots of off-road travel. Ooof.

Bought a new Snugtop canopy for my pickup 3 years ago from All American Truck & SUV Accessories, PDX, OR. I am disappointed not only in this Snugtop product, but also with the installation and customer service. While driving to the shop (again) today I remembered having to go back to the shop at least six times since I bought this product: 2 Xs for improperly installed rear window (wouldnt lock/close/latch properly because of cables something or other), 2 Xs for the razorblade screw heads they left exposed on the inside ceiling from the roof rack they installed (found out the hard way by shredding some expensive rafting gear, I ended up grinding them down properly so ya didnt open up your head, equipment, etc.), 1 X for broken window latch (snapped off in my hand with normal use, window wont lock without this flimsy plastic latch), 1 or 2 Xs for window railings popping out, 1 X for the leaking canopy. I was surprised when they reminded me that I had only owned this canopy 3 years, seemed like 5+ considering all the issues Ive had. I went to the shop today to run a leak test to find out where the canopy is leaking rainwater, I slept in the back of my truck couple weeks ago so the pouring from the canopy drivers side window was pretty obvious. They also found a leak in the right window as well; $100 to replace both the seals around the windows. They were hellbent on convincing me that all canopy windows leak over time, which Im sure is eventually true. But on a product that is only 3 years old? Thats ridiculous, we all own modern vehicles that have windows with seals that dont leak thru the lifetime of the auto, there are plenty of people that have truck canopies, RVs, etc. that dont leak, and they were basically convincing me that the new seals would also likely leak probably again in a relatively short time. Mankind has invented seals that dont leak, they do exist!!! I emphasize this because it may not actually be known at Snugtop. How can you stand behind such an inadequate product knowing that the customers bed of the truck is likely to be a slosh pit within a couple years? Snugtop obviously chooses not to engineer a product using the proper quality materials. Im an outdoor adventurer that expects my equipment to function properly, even willing to throw money at something to make sure that it does work properly. I decided to keep my $100, and my leaky canopy for the time being, and because I am a reasonable and decent person Im gonna have to cut ties with this shop and its products. Although I am connected to a large personal community, this is my first internet review I have ever filled out for a product. I intended to keep it as objective as possible, but this product has been a personal waste of my time and energy. Until Snugtop corrects these issues I have with this product I will continue to strongly recommend against purchasing an inferior product such as my Snugtop canopy. Poor value and quality. I found it difficult to get customer service for parts for my 2002 Leer canopy after 280,000 severe use miles. Today Chris at All American surprised me with old school customer service . Several trips outside to look at my worn out latches, two phone calls to Leer, consultation with other employees, and a box of rotary latches to replace my old ones. I could not be more impressed. All American will be my go to supplier for truck accessories starting today. Thank you All American!

If you buy a canopy or something expensive they will fit you on schedule asap, like 1400$ canopy in two day is installed, if you have something that is cheap as installing two lights they have a very busy schedule for next two following weeks.

Paid $100 for canopy install after I paid 2k for the thing. Then it leaked in 3 places and had to spend another 2 hours waiting to get it fixed. Still leaks.
