After opening the bubble wrap my fingers had an oily residue from removing the bottles of essential oil. Also, holding the bottles to unscrew the lids my fingers came away black due to the label print rubbing off. I looked for leakage, but all the bottles were screwed on tight so somewhere in the packaging process some oil or something got into the envelope. So far the clove oil is working nicely in my diffuser and Im hoping the others will be as fresh.

Edit- a few days after posting this review the company finally did something about the year-plus of unchecked weed growth and cleaned it up. The road is now more visible for cyclists and pedestrians trying to cross and the neighborhood looks nicer. Thank you for taking some pride in your building.Original - This company takes zero pride in the community it is based in. The weeds outside its budding are so big some have literally grown into tree form. They make it difficult to walk on the sidewalk.

This little hidden gem is a great place to get quality essentials oils and knowledge from staff that are part of the distilling process. This is a wholesale location so they do not keep typical retail hours. I have not shopped online but know they ship all over.

I get my essential oils, hair conditioner, shampoo, and massage lotion base from them. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have ordered on line at times for pick up and gone in to smell some of the different perfume oils. I love this place!
